I came to South Beach today to spend my last day in Miami relaxed, and Sarah completely ruined my last day here. She was rude and had an attitude the whole time she was on the phone speaking with someone while attending me! This is absurd, aside from the prices being expensive the least they can do is have workers that AT LEAST pretend to like being there and attending customers. I ended up going to a different part of the beach because whenever I would go up to her asking for prices on drinks, she wouldn't even look at me and pay attention to my questions, completely ignoring me. The girl is very unprofessional and made my experience horrible and just downed my whole mood.

We rented a cabana, chairs and umbrellas for a group of 9 at South Beach. The guys in the booth were very nice and made sure we got the best deal for our party size. We had a great time at the beach vacationing from Texas.

John Kelly Belizaire and Bernard were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made our stay on the beach comfortable. Bernard gave us clean towels and John cleaned all the sand off our chairs and checked in to make sure we were happy multiple times. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just want to say that Ms. Sarah at the 6th street Boucher brothers rental stand was VERY friendly, very helpful and her customer service needs to be recognized because she is very good at her job. She had an unruly customer whom was unhappy about the umbrellas being let down early because of the wind. We also had to have our umbrella let down as well but we know how it works. She handled it very well and she should be recognized for that. We come from Michigan several times a year and every time we go to the same stand because that stand and the employees work together. I would love to be a part of the BOUCHER FAMILY.

For the last 3 years that i visit Miami, i rent an umbrella and sometimes chairs from Boucher Brothers. The Miami sun is no joke and for someone who is not a Miami resident, it can be brutal on the skin. The employees are helpful every time and make sure you are enjoying your time at the beach. I also want to mention that this area is pretty safe. This week, Q has been very attentive and customer service is great! The employees are ready to help. You pay for the umbrella/ chairs for the day, so you can go take a break having a Starbucks and come back to your spot, anytime before 6pm. How great is that! Umbrella is $21/day.

We stayed at the B Ocean and asked on Saturday about a cabana rental for Sunday. Girl with glasses said there was only 2 left and it was $120 for the whole day from 9am-6pm so we reserved it. Cabanas not ready at 9am, no towels until 11am, and they take the umbrellas away at 5pm. We discovered upon check out we were charged $160.50 plus tax for the quoted $120. The hotel manager went to speak to the same lady who blatantly lied and denied what she communicated and said they told everyone the prices were higher for the holiday weekend.... total lie. These people are truly shysters....quoted different umbrella rental prices to different people... guess they see what they think you can afford ugh

We did not rent from them, BUT…. What gentleman!!! They saw us struggling and offered to drill our hole for our umbrella… we will rent from them next time. Whoever is training these guys know what they are doing. Chivalry is not dead. Thank you Boucher Brothers!! What nice guys..

We just came back from a week stay at Hutchinson Shores spa and resort. It is our favorite place to stay and once again we are we’re not disappointed. Ray has done a very good job mentoring the employees there. We met Ray a few years back and think the world of him. Eric and Zack took care of us this past week. They were so professional and courteous and we’re always smiling. They would check on us every hour to see if we needed anything and the day that Cape Canaveral sent up a rocket ship Eric made sure everyone on the beach knew about it . They are really a good representation of your business hope they will be there next year. Feel free to contact us if needed.

My wife and I are guests at the Yotel Pad , we come to the beach everyday during our stay. Sarah at the booth always greet us with such good enthusiasm and offers us the best deals on the umbrellas and the cabana beds, from 10am until 6pm for only $125, you can't beat that. Davidson , pelegrini... the whole team is super nice and attentive. Thank you for the amazing experience guys.

Phenomenal team!!! We have used both and they are just fabulous!!! Easy to talk to, reliable, respectful, great work ethic, reasonable pricing. Stand behind their work and products. We have used them in 2 houses, for both heating/AC and plumbing. Our daughter has also used them with high praise!! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TEAM!!

We had an amazing first time in Miami Beach. Q continued to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He recommended things for us to do once we left the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist us (besides Leon). They made our day. Thanks guys

Pelegrini and Davidson are great. Friendly and efficient. I come to the same hotel every two weeks for work and they always remember me by name. South Beach is not my favorite, but they make it worth it.

Stefan was amazing he spoke french to me, i felt at home. I will recommand this place to all my fellow canadien. Please give him a raise !!

The weather was beautiful, and we were given a very nice bed by the beach. We were helped by Stefan, so much thanks to him.

Boucher brothers was the company we rented beach chairs and umbrella from while in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Although somewhat pricey. We paid $70 a day, no matter what time you show up. They’re open from 8:30 (I think) until 4:30. We found the employees pleasant and helpful.

Went with my friends and family to South Beach on Wednesday and Elie and Owen were really nice to us, helping us and explaining everything to us. Everything was very organized, clean and peaceful. A great experience and I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Ask for Elie and Owen if you want a great service!

Me and my sister hung out at siesta beach and all I have to say is that their customer service is top tier. The whole team was so great .Louie, Klaus and Peter took such great care of us. To the chairs and the lounge beds, it’s definitely worth getting . I 10/10 recommend these guys while out at the beach. They can provide anything from umbrellas to lounge beds . Thank you to the whole team!

10/10! Came down to Sarasota with my sis and the plan was to beach bum all weekend. These guys rock! They got chairs, lounge beds, & umbrellas for rent right on the siesta beach. Klaus and Pete were awesome setting up the chairs and umbrella for us, they even adjust it for you if you need to move anything. Highly recommend renting the lounge beds if you want ultimate comfort! The whole team was so friendly and awesome… till next time! 🤩

Don’t rent beach chairs or umbrella from Boucher Brothers South Beach Miami. For 2 chairs & 1 umbrella they charged over $80. I also supposed to have them until 5pm but at 4:30 the guy came & took them away. When I said something he said it was until 4:30 which contradicted what he told earlier. Don’t waste your money. Cheaper to buy own chairs/umbrella at CVS & use them for your entire stay. Avoid doing business with Bouchert Brothers. No stars.

We stayed at the beach hotel and it covered 2 recliners by Boucher Brothers. Great folks. We ended up buying bed from them too the next day - as weather was hot. Quick service, no non-sense. Not much queue. They don’t keep much stuff to eat and drink, so bring something along.

Aya helped me and my friends out when deciding on how many chairs and umbrellas. She was super friendly and sweet! They set us up and everything was great! 10/10 beach day thanks to them

We have enjoyed the beach chaises and umbrellas daily throughout our trip. Today, and only today, the set-up representatives asked us to pull back from the shore to about the third row. Meanwhile, all other forms of umbrellas, chairs and tents remain along the first row — as we have for weeks. Please reflect consistency in your training.and if you do have a policy to only set-up mid-beach, the policy is creating a disadvantage for your company while other. beachgoers have no restrictions. We have appreciated your services for years. Today, not so much. - Haulover. Beach Park.

The Boucher Brothers never fail to take care of me, my friends and family. We visit Siesta beach at least 3 times a year and the service is always great. Craig was very helpful and very kind!
