I love living here, it is a very quiet, clean place, in short, it is everything you are looking for in one place. The closets in the master bedroom apartments are what every girl wants. Eduardo is very kind and helps you with everything so that your moving process is as smooth as possible. Best experience. I highly recommend that place.

Beautiful concept. Units are very nice. Huge walk-in closets, mediocre appliances and amenities. The gym needs more equipment & the pool area is blah. They say they’re finished and moving in tenants, but I wouldn’t move in with it being unfinished, (hoping what I saw wasn’t a final look for the property). All in all, it’s the most expensive in the area and it isn’t worth the prices listed at this point.

There should be 10 stars excellence in person, the employees, the owner, the atmosphere the best I have seen in the area, considering moving soon.

Beautiful place to live in ! Great location, everything is convenient, Publix and all the shops are walking distance. Very nice amenities.

Beautiful new building with only 60 units tucked away in Palmetto Bay, I love the feel of privacy it offers, as well as spacious floor plans and modern decor.

The move in was sooo perfect at Vistas it’s very family oriented the owners were there greating me personally they gave me my key went upstairs with me also they went over my apartment again and made sure the apartment was approvable to my standards .The gym is 24 hours which is a plus the pool is gorgeous it’s on the 3rd and it’s very peaceful I love it here …..

I had the opportunity to stay there for a few days and the experience was excellent since it has excellent customer service, the common areas are very clean and organized. I congratulate you for having people working there with such good human quality.
