We
had
a
terrible
experience
with
the
reservation
and
service.
We
were
two
families
with
2
adults
and
2
children
each,
and
we
had
booked
two
quadruple
rooms
months
in
advance.
When
we
arrived,
tired
from
the
trip,
we
were
accommodated
in
two
rooms
with
just
one
bed
in
each.
There
weren't
even
sofas
to
accommodate
the
children.
We
went
to
reception
and
management
to
complain
and
they
just
said
that
they
didn't
know
what
had
happened
but
that
since
the
previous
day
not
only
our
reservations
but
also
several
others
had
been
occupied
and
that
nothing
could
be
done
as
the
hotel
was
fully
occupied.
They
said
it
was
the
travel
agency's
fault,
but
the
agency
sent
us
a
screenshot
of
the
Hilton
system
itself
proving
that
the
reservation
was
correct.
We
had
to
go
to
Wal-Mart
to
buy
air
mattresses
so
we
could
accommodate
the
kids.
We
asked
the
hotel
for
sets
of
sheets,
pillows
and
duvets
and
they
only
brought
us
1
duvet
and
some
torn
sheets,
saying
they
didn't
even
have
enough
items
to
suit
us.
We
later
read
several
similar
reviews
with
the
same
problems
on
Google
and
TripAdvisor
that
were
posted
in
different
months
and
years,
which
demonstrates
that
this
is
not
a
one-off
misfortune.
Bad
experience.
