😠 There is a reason why this hotel has 3 stars and I am giving it one. I have never seen such a long line for check in. There were 15 people waiting and there was just one staff member at the desk.     There is a reason why this hotel has 3 stars and I am giving it one. I have never seen such a long line for check in. There were 15 people waiting and there was just one staff member at the desk. When I asked I was told that the other staff member went home early. I can see plenty other staff standing around and wonder why they were not cross trained to help? In any case, waiting 20 mins for check in is not acceptable. Please book other options...there are plenty near the airport.

    The last double tree I'll stay at. It says $10 for parking online my pickup truck and trailer takes up 5 spots and they charged me $100/ night just for parking. The ac barely works and the rooms smell. Avoid at all cost. Absolutely not worth the money. Much better options in area. Will be checking out asap and going somewhere else.

    Horrible all around. AC didn't work. Shower leaked all over the floor. They charge so much for parking too on top of everything. Complete waste of money. Double tree should be ashamed.

    VERY poor customer service! December 26th, 2022. When we landed at the airport, we were told that the shuttle arrives every 30 minutes. My wife and I waited for 50 minutes. We ended up calling a Lyft, which arrived in 5 minutes. The heat in our room didn't work well so requested two blankets. We called three times within 2 hours before finally receiving one blanket. The best thing this hotel has going for them is the food. I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they resolve these issues.

    Not great... I travel often and I have definitely seen better. Not what you would think of a Hilton brand hotel. I first noticed the TV remote, as this usually says a lot about the attention to detail of a place. It was absolutely disgusting! So much, that I had to request another one , (which I must say was a little better but not by much). The rooms and bathrooms are outdated and not than clean either. The bathroom faucet is missing the diffuser/ end. See photos. The bed does not have a fitted sheet! And the headboard was stained, (I noticed once I moved the pillows out of the way before going to bed). During these post covid times, it makes me really doubt their safety cleaning measures. I also called for room service and was instructed to go and pick up the food myself. Not a big deal, but it made me doubt even more their 'commitment' to customers. I will not be staying here again.

    This hotel is not even a 2 star. the rooms dont have refrigerstor and microwae. Room was dusty and bath dirty. in top of that we have to pay for daily parking lot because they dont offer it. Very bad experience.

    We had a terrible experience with the reservation and service. We were two families with 2 adults and 2 children each, and we had booked two quadruple rooms months in advance. When we arrived, tired from the trip, we were accommodated in two rooms with just one bed in each. There weren't even sofas to accommodate the children. We went to reception and management to complain and they just said that they didn't know what had happened but that since the previous day not only our reservations but also several others had been occupied and that nothing could be done as the hotel was fully occupied. They said it was the travel agency's fault, but the agency sent us a screenshot of the Hilton system itself proving that the reservation was correct. We had to go to Wal-Mart to buy air mattresses so we could accommodate the kids. We asked the hotel for sets of sheets, pillows and duvets and they only brought us 1 duvet and some torn sheets, saying they didn't even have enough items to suit us. We later read several similar reviews with the same problems on Google and TripAdvisor that were posted in different months and years, which demonstrates that this is not a one-off misfortune. Bad experience.
