WOW. If you have any doubts whether or not you should visit diamonds direct, take this review as a sign to JUST GO. Ask for Valerie! My fiance had proposed with a beautiful diamond ring, but when we started discussing bands I realized bands just weren’t my style, so we decided to get me another engagement ring to stack with my current one. My fiance went first to scope it out and Valerie and the Diamonds Direct team treated him with such respect and warmth that he came home on cloud nine to report on his visit! He was more excited about his visit with Diamonds Direct than he was when he picked out my original ring! When we went to pick a ring together Valerie already knew everything she needed to know about me from speaking with my fiance that she had a selection of rings already chosen for me when I walked in the door! Lo and behold the first one I saw I fell in love with. She was so patient and we were both treated so kindly and reassured that their staff would take care of everything. They take care of you in a way that you don't find in other jewelry stores. If you believe people are what makes the difference, you will get a 5-star experience.
