Good,
The
Bad
&
The
Ugly
of
this
Starbucks
location
The
Good:
Great
store
location
during
the
week
and
even
better
in
the
weekend.
The
Bad:
This
store
in
particular,
tends
to
attracts
really
bad
leadership.
Based
on
my
experience
in
the
last
4
years,
the
members
of
this
store
that
seem
to
be
in
charge
are
VERY
DISRESPECT-FULL
towards
other
team
members
which
I
have
noticed
thorough
the
years
in
coming
to
this
store
location.
The
cashier
that
took
my
order
was
simply
an
ass!
No
manners
and
no
talent
for
dealing
with
the
public.
The
Ugly:
Work
environment
cultures
are
created
by
their
leadership.
I
am
a
fan
of
Starbucks,
and
this
store
does
not
reflect
my
overall
experience
with
this
brand.
The
problem
with
customer
service
and
attitude
here
is
pure
BAD
leadership!
A
retail
store
that
is
truly
interested
in
their
customer
experiences
put
their
email
on
their
cards.
The
store
manager’s
business
card
just
lists
a
telephone
number.
Really!!!
Who
the
hell
is
interested
in
talking
with
him.
Just
have
an
email,
so
opinions
can
be
recorded.
Ordered:
-Cappuccino
with
Coconut
Milk.
(Looks
more
like
a
wet
Cappuccino/Latte).
But
it
did
taste
good!
Suggestion:
Work
on
leadership
so
you
can
have
genuine
happy
team
members.
