They will sell you anything and upsell you parts that don’t even fit! When she pulls, I’ve been in business for 35 years I know what I’m doing. Don’t believe her believe your own instincts and if anything doesn’t fit you correctly, don’t buy it. I have $318 in snorkel stuff that leaks and they have no other replacement for me so I’ll be doing a charge back because they don’t want to work through the mail. I was amenable to trying other options, but they only have one for magnification. It’s unreasonable to think people who do not live in Marathon are going to drive all the way back to Marathon to make an exchange.

We booked a morning two tank lobster dive. Unfortunately, on the first date the water was too rough so we had to postpone. They gave us no issue and rescheduled for a couple of days later. Miss Jackie is a wonderful boat. It’s very clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Wendy was our guide and we caught a lot of Lion Fish and Lobsters. Wendy was very knowledgeable and made us all feel safe with her plans. Definitely worth booking them for diving or lobstering.

What an amazing, and knowledgeable staff! They were very forthcoming with where we should dive to improve our odds of harvesting a few fish. AND, they are the only shop around that fills nitrox. I wish I had this level of service close to my house.

Great crew, who takes care of the customers and their safety! They took us to 2 different wonderful reefs where we stayed 1h each in the water, watching the sea life.

We had such a great time today! 17 years ago my dad brought me here and we went snuba diving. Well today 17 years later and I’m certified diving and had my lovely wife try snuba! A day I’ll remember for ever thank you Donny and Larry for such a great trip and a final day on our honeymoon! It was a blessing to meet you both. Thank you guys for everything!

Great experience! We went into get new masks, fins and snorkels for our 3 children. The sales girl that helped us was knowledgeable and able to work with us to fit the equipment for each of our kids. Unfortunately, two of the masks we purchased were defective. We went in the following day and the owner was wonderful. My husband was able to exchange the masks without any issues in a matter of minutes. The replaced masks work great! Good customer service! Highly recommend.

Great organization! Went out on the Miss Jackie to dive. Crew is super nice and accommodating. Thorough briefings and had a crew member for each group that needed to be guided. I felt safe the entire afternoon. After diving there’s an extra special “spa” treat to freshen up. You can get rinsed and condition your hair. Wendy has a beautiful boat and spectacular places to see the fishes on the reefs. Have fun! Thank you to the whole crew. 🧜🏻‍♀️
