This
is
the
absolute
worst
medical
office
I
have
ever
dealt
with
in
my
entire
adult
life!
It
is
a
shame
because
Dr.
Clark
was
very
sweet
and
personable
but
dealing
with
the
ladies
working
in
their
office
is
just
not
worth
the
hassle.
I
am
a
new
patient
who
recently
moved
to
the
area
from
Chicago
and
have
had
3
TERRIBLE
experiences
with
this
office's
staff.
When
I
had
my
first
appointment
at
9:30,
I
didn't
actually
see
the
doctor
until
after
11,
which
is
fine.
I
understand
getting
backed
up,
but
by
the
time
we
checked
out
I
was
starving
and
really
needed
to
get
back
to
work.
I
filled
out
the
form
to
have
my
medical
records
transferred
from
my
previous
doctor
in
Chicago
and
explained
that
she
had
moved
offices
since
I
moved
but
provided
the
address
and
phone
number.
I
was
told
by
the
lady
checking
me
out
that
I
would
have
to
call
to
get
the
fax
number
because
"they
don't
have
time
to
call."
So
I
went
back
and
sat
an
addition
10
minutes
to
call
and
get
the
fax
then
wait
in
line
again
for
another
20
minutes
to
turn
the
sheet
back
in.
Not
the
best
first
impression
but
ok.
Then
days
later
my
test
results
were
posted
to
an
online
forum,
but
I
did
not
understand
the
language
of
what
I
was
looking
at
so
I
called
the
office
to
ask
if
someone
was
available
to
explain
the
results
to
me.
I
waited
on
hold
17
minutes
and
then
they
took
a
message
and
said
someone
would
call
me
back.
I
waited
about
4.5
hours
and
called
back.
I
was
on
hold
26
minutes
this
time.
The
lady
that
answered
the
phone
sighed
and
laughed
under
her
breath
when
I
told
her
I
didn't
understand
the
results.
She
said
that
someone
would
call
me
back.
When
I
told
them
I
had
been
waiting
almost
5
hours,
she
said,
"
I
understand
that
this
is
important
TO
YOU,
but
people
can
wait
up
to
a
week
for
a
call
back!"
I
brought
to
her
attention
that
she
had
basically
told
me
that
my
results
were
not
important
TO
THEM,
to
which
she
started
back
pedaling
and
took
another
message.
Someone
called
me
later
that
night
and
said,
"All
your
tests
are
fine"
and
basically
let
me
go
after
all
of
3
minutes.
I
was
very
irritated
but
Dr.
Clark
had
gotten
me
in
to
see
a
specialist
that
I
was
having
trouble
getting
into
on
my
own,
so
I
put
it
out
of
my
head.
Then
the
3rd
incident
was
when
they
scheduled
my
follow
up.
I
was
unable
to
make
the
appointment
time
because
of
work
so
rather
than
sit
on
hold
I
tried
to
reschedule
online.
The
messaged
me
asking
about
another
date
and
time,
I
wrote
them
back
promptly
saying
no
unfortunately
that
day
would
not
work
either
and
also
inquired
as
to
what
the
appointment
was
for
and
if
was
necessary
since
"all
my
my
tests
were
fine."
I
never
received
a
reply
and
they
just
scheduled
the
appointment
anyway,
so
I
canceled
it
online
and
waited
for
a
reply
to
my
message.
I
waited
5
business
days
with
still
no
reply
when
I
finally
called.
The
same
woman
who
was
so
rude
to
me
last
time
answered
and
said
the
appointment
was
cancelled
so
they
did
not
feel
the
need
to
respond.
She
is
an
extremely
unpleasant,
rude,
and
lazy
person
to
be
your
point
of
contact!
Although
I
did
like
Dr.
Clark
very
much,
I
did
not
and
will
not
be
rescheduling
for
any
doctor
in
that
office!
