**Update from a year ago: The particular Circle K has gone down hill real fast. The fountain drink is crawling with ants, product seems to ALWAYS be on the floor and end counter top, and money orders are "down" when a certain employee is scheduled. The store ran out of bags and a gentleman who had several items was told to get a box from the dumpster! Two female employees were arguing with each other in front of a long line of customers, the one lady with a cast on her arm was doing the best she could with ONE hand while the other lady took her absolute sour time preparing the register to receive a customer. Very, very inconvenient to say the least. Convenient with pleasant employees.

I do not appreciate being yelled at by the Store Manager!!! She yelled from behind the counter that I can not rinse out my cup in their sink. I have been rinsing out my cup in that sink for months. The ladies that work in that section has daily given me permission to rinse out the cup that I had bought from Circle K . Yelling at customers across the store in front of several other customers in the store is very unprofessional and you have lost my business. I tossed my cup in the trash on my way out the door!!! The quote Store Manager needs to take classes on how to properly handle situations like this that arise. Yelling across the store is not the answer!!!!!!!

This Circle K employee used HUGE go-away hand signals at the pumps and front entrance doors to ensure NOBODY came within 800yards of the property. Gotcha pal, I’ll NEVER return to your property’s

2018 edit: Service is much better, pumps accept debit cards if "credit" is chosen through the prompt. Store has been partially renovated and it is generally a nice gas station. 2017:"Consistently the absolute slowest service possible. Unable to use a card at the pump and forced to go inside and wait in line... twice... Just to get gas and get a receipt. I've walked out without purchasing multiple times because it's quicker to drive to another store. Otherwise, I imagine it's a fantastic place. If you want gas without fuss, find another gas station, if you enjoy conversations with strangers while waiting in line this is your perfect stop."

The workers are extremely awkward, and rude. Cashier asked if we’d like our change back and then scoffed when we said yes (who asks that at a gas station), the guy cleaning up was looking at the customers, started to say something and said “you know what, nevermind,” and then walk off mumbling under his breath. That same guy is constantly mumbling something under his breath when we visit this store. Just an overall unpleasant experience even for the couple of minutes we stop there.

The lady at the counter was no were to be seen this morning and then finally when she arrives behind the counter she denies this black man his lottery ticket said she would not ACCEPT HIS STATE MEDICAL card which is accepted by everyone so not sure why circle K would not accept a state medical ID that has the DL issused picture on it. He explained his license is coming in the mail and that’s what he’s using and he has not had issues as he got upset she told him well that’s not my problem so then I chimed in and said and that she should accept a medical state card every other circle k and gas stations around Florida accept it and she looked at me and told me to leave… this women at the counter needs to be fired I will never come back into this circle K ever again. Please focus on who you hire as employees she is a bad representation. This was Sunday around noon 10:00 am -she not only made his day worse but she made the whole room awkward and unprofessional.

Very poor service. Employee rude and started a fight. I am a customer and he is cussing at me. I know I will never be back. No wonder the store as gone in the gutter. It should be closed!

Mary the cashier is very polite and accommodating. It’s a shame that the new management treats her and the rest of the circle k staff so poorly. Brian is a rockstar and handles business like nobody you’ve ever seen. He should be in charge of all the stores and hiring because he exudes professionalism and wisdom of the industry. These younger people don’t seem to get it or have any compassion. Get that new regional manager out of there. There are certain types of people that don’t belong in positions of leadership and that’s the two new managers they have in key west. Brian is loved by all!!!

It's what you expect the restroom is always closed for almost a year now. They are out of stock a lot. It is in an o k location so that Is nice. The cashier is mediocre but does the job. I wish they had more variety of product, like chips and voltage. Sometimes they get my change wrong. It's whatever. I only go when I need to.

DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH! You can barely make the turn to get into it. The wait time was rediculous- only 4 cars ahead of me - got gas at 1.55pm - in car wash as I am typing 2.44 pm. YOU CAN turn back - due to tight space. DON'T DO IT.

Car wash is CONSTANTLY broken at this location, almost every single week it’s down for multiple days!!

Very nice and friendly They let us use the microwave and we warmed up our halal food. Had to buy a red bull of course for the drive back 👍🏾

The lady in the store is very friendly I use to work with her she always help me all the time, I give her store a five star
