I've been following East West Gem on IG for awhile now and was super excited when I found out they had an in-person location in Miami. The appointment was super easy to make online and Wendoline was such a pleasure to work with. I came in looking for a wedding band and she took her time explaining the rings and helping me decide which one was ultimately best for me. I especially love when she suggested I use my mom's gold wedding band as a spacer. Thanks for such an easy and fun experience!

I had a showing recently with Wendoline and it was lovely. The ring and gem assortments are gorgeous. I was coming into the city at the last minute and Wendoline made space on the schedule so I could have a full showing. She designed a custom engagement ring and band based on my desires and provided a price estimate and all the details for me to keep. So excited to get my rings!

My appt with Wendoline was lovely! She was extremely helpful in helping me choose and decipher sizes as well as educated me on so many different little details that I wasn’t aware of. The shop is super cute inside and the concept was just super special in general, to be able to navigate rings in a way that traditional stores do not allow. I thank you!
