My
only
regret
is
that
I
only
had
time
this
trip
for
a
quick
lunch...
and
that
it
was
way
too
hot
to
sit
outside.
The
Wasabi
Martini
was
insane,
and
I
could
have
easily
had
three
or
four
more
of
these,
but
I
had
a
boat
to
pilot
right
after...
The
wasabi
is
more
in
the
background
providing
a
slight
umami
kick
while
the
yuzu
pineapple
played
the
main
characters.
Cucumber
Tataki
was
not
really
a
tataki,
and
while
demonstrating
excellent
knife
skills,
has
already
been
forgotten.
Wagyu
skewers
met
expectations,
but
nothing
to
write
home
about.
The
meal
really
started
to
take
off
with
these
shrimp
and
cilantro
dim
sum
dumplings.
The
crispy
duck
hit!
This
would
typically
be
called
Peking
Duck,
and
I
believe
on
their
dinner
menu
it
is...
I
can't
say
enough
about
this
Crispy
Peking
Duck.
The
pancakes
were
like
a
delicate
gossamer.
I
thought
for
sure
they
would
fall
apart,
but
somehow
had
enough
substance
to
hold
all
the
ingredients
together
for
a
spectacular
couple
of
bites.
The
duck
itself
was
perfectly
crispy,
and
everything
came
together
just
right.
Looking
back,
I
wonder,
was
I
just
hungry
that
day?
Because,
right
now,
if
I
had
to
choose
one
dish
for
the
rest
of
my
life
on
a
desert
island,
well,
this
crispy
duck
would
be
in
the
top
10.
Desserts
were
also
good,
although
I
forgot
exactly
what
it
was
I
had,
can't
wait
to
get
back
here
for
dinner...
