What used to be a 5 star rating is anything but that now. It’s as though the hotel has eliminated everything that one should expect. My room was dirty upon arrival. The restaurant in the hotel Addikt) no longer accepts room charges (goodbye points and convenience). For those of us with elite hotel status, you can also say goodbye to included breakfast. The location is beautiful, but don’t expect much from any other part of the hotel. What used to be fun and eccentric room design now just looks old and tired…especially when it is dirty. For the price, you can find better options. I know I will in the future.

By all means DO NOT stay at this hotel. I travel constantly. This property is BY FAR the most disorganized, user unfriendly, nickel-and-dime establishment I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. THE LOWDOWN: The W shares the footprint with a high rise condo complex. It appears that the W has no actual ownership of the building. This means that they are a tenant and have no say in any of the workings within the establishment. This makes the guest a total afterthought Here are a few of the issues: VALET: the valet has nothing to do with the hotel. You can not put the expensive overnight fee on your room. When you pay, you are forced to go to a single credit card payment machine. The machine hardly works and the line is long. The driveway is in total chaos, it’s always backed up and there is constant honking (well into the night) People cut each other off trying to get in and out of the valet area. Finally, there is a rule that you can only leave your car in the driveway for 10 minutes before they take it away. This means that if you need to check in… then run back out for a meeting, valets insist that they park your car, then force you to wait 30 minutes for it to be fetched again. Not only did we experience this, but two other people did at the exact same time. People were literally screaming at the dismissive valets. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Even though the restaraunt and bar are in the upper lobby, they have nothing to do with the hotel. This means NO room charges, a $7.00 cup of coffee paid with a separate credit card, ZERO room service. Oh and the hotel generously provides you with a $20 credit to use. But don’t try to use it at the pool, the bar, the restaurant, the valet, or anywhere other than your hotel mini bar. So, for my credit I grabbed a small $18 small bag of cashews. How benevolent of them. POOL/SPA/GYM These are all shared spaces. NONE ARE PROPRIETARY TO THE HOTEL. Upon entering the pool, the guard asks for your room number and takes forever to “verify” you before putting a plastic wristband on you (think the lowest of a budget cruise ship), The pool closes at 7pm. Guards make the rounds literally whistling at people shouting for them to leave the area. If you want access the gym and spa from the hotel, you must A) take the hotel elevator to the fifteenth floor B) get a wrist band at the pool C) walk close to five minutes to another building and through a hidden door. D) Take a separate elevator down a floor E) walk through a maze only to be interrogated by another guard insisting on your room number. For admittance. Finally, you can get your workout in. BUT Don’t make the mistake of working out past 7pm (even though the spa is open til 10) BECAUSE The hotel locks all the reentry doors back into the property. So you either have to hop a wall and cut through the bar (as I did) OR as my colleague experienced, you are forced to exit through an unmarked door, get locked in a stairwell and walk down fifteen flights of metal stairs. This lets you out at the garage and you must then navigate your way back to the main entrance of the hotel property. ROOM QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY If you are traveling with family or colleagues and you are on different floors, you will NOT be able to meet them on their floor because the key cards ONLY work for the floor you are on. So to meet up, you must go to the top floor, then they have to let you into their floor. My king room appears to have once been quite nice. Sadly, the shower door would not close properly, the water pressure was low and the toilet paper holder was loose, falling off the wall. My room was situated on the valet side of the building so I was perpetually bombarded by horns blowing eternally, as drivers were angry, and caught up in the bottle neck. Bottom line, this property is shameful. The Marriott organization should be ashamed for allowing this location to operate. It is by far, one of the worst large city hotels I have ever stayed in. I leave tomorrow, and cannot wait to evacuate this property. Good riddance.

I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels before and this one is surely not a 5-star hotel even though they’re designated as such. Service was terrible for the most part. New hires at the front desk did not know the answers to my questions, they did not address every concern I had while checking out, and I felt I was talking to a wall. The attendant's eyes were lost, she had no idea what to do when I asked about simple room charges, I was so tired I just left. Food selection was very limited and the menu description barely resembled the actual food. There is no in-room dining from 11 am-5:30 pm, so if you’re hungry during those times you’ll have to order in or go to their restaurant 😓 the staff doesn’t wear/use uniforms, they wear what they want and they look scrappy. There is no mini bar in the room and when we requested a bottle opener they stated they would bring one once we ordered food, but we wanted to drink some of our own wine before ordering. We had to go downstairs with the bottle so they could uncork it for us Bc they would not lend us a bottle opener. In my room, one closet light was out, the toilet would not drain correctly and water would just run unless I moved the handle. The shower was not perfectly clean as there were parts in between the tile that were black and pink as when someone doesn’t scrub them. Room service came and just left a pile of towels by the bathtub, they didn’t even have the decency of hanging them where they belong or folding them appropriately. They would take forever to come and pick up the dirty dishes, and one has to place the dirty dishes outside the door. I will never book here again.

This place has really gone down hill. The W was always a 5 star and now it’s 1.5 at best. No room service, no charging to your room, super rude valet people (not one or two but all where rude) they charge for your car by the hour which is crazy. The bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean and shower floor had mold. Very disappointing to see what was once one of our favorite hotels go down this way. Going to stick to the Mandarin orienta moving forward, better in every way.

We had a great experience at the hotel until it was time to check out. The service was great from the front desk staff to the wait staff by the pool. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the balcony was convenient and a great place to relax. My family had a great time until we packed up everything and went downstairs to check out. While in the line to check out I realized I left my very expensive engagement ring in the room in the white tray on the desk…pretty secure place while you are in the room…or so I thought. Upon returning to the room after being out for 5-8 minutes tops housekeeping had already came in swept the room and stole the ring. I’m praying for a happy ending to this birthday trip story and one of the accused turns it in but the violation of someone stealing something so important and personal is horrible. I’ve never had anything stolen from me at a hotel and I am extremely sad and furious that one of there staff members had the gaul to steal from a guest and lie to my face about the theft. I will never stay here again. Anyone with valuables should stay clear from this place because there is a dishonest thief amongst the cleaning staff.

No hangers in the closet, no ice available for in the room. Wallpaper pealing off the walls. Curtains don’t block out streets lights or morning sun. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Requested ice and hangers but they never came. Coffee bar in lobby sold the pastry I bought to someone else, gave us sour half and half. The location is what you pay for, don’t expect anything else. Stay somewhere else if you want service.

Upon arriving at the check-in point near the pool this morning, I was met with an employee who displayed a lack of politeness and respect. Despite extending a courteous "thank you" on two separate occasions, I received no acknowledgment or response. This lack of basic courtesy was disheartening and left a negative impression of the hotel's customer service. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the absence of a general introduction or explanation of the hotel's facilities and services. After waiting patiently for approximately 20 minutes, my companion and I discovered, by chance, that there was a separate location to pick up special towel covers. It would have been greatly appreciated if a member of the staff had taken the initiative to inform us of this information upon our arrival. As a tier one hotel, I believe that training employees in providing polite and attentive customer service should be of utmost importance. While I acknowledge that the hotel boasts an excellent location and decent room quality, it is crucial not to overlook the significance of customer service, which ultimately shapes the overall guest experience. As a loyal guest and a silver elite member, I had high expectations for the level of service I would receive, but unfortunately, my encounter with the staff at the check-in point near the pool this morning left much to be desired.

Location the main attraction. Also view from the room is simply amazing, you can stay for hours just looking the city from the balcony. Rooms are nice and spacious but the quality of everything in the room is coming from a two stars motel. Bed sheets are awful, the quality of the mattress is also way under the level you expect from this building. For the last two days almost half of the elevators were broken therefore going up to your room or down to the lobby was like going in rush hour in some big city metro (subway). Price vs quality balance is far from good.

This is the worst hotel ever the rooms are very dirty I can’t believe what I saw when i enter the room there where hairs on the floor and the bath even on the towels there where hairs it’s disgusting. There where two elevators broken. So there where only two available. I have to wait an hour, for the elevator to come up. The staff at the reception are so rude they wound believe that I have to wait an hour. I stayed in many hotels, but this is the worst ever, everything was dirty the windows where not good you could hear everything from outside. And the staff is so rude. Rip-off scammers. And I paid 84 dollars for breakfast, and it was cold. Don’t ever go to this hotel, is the worst

Heads up: this hotel is not for light/normal sleepers. The W is in a great location, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean. However, the challenge with our stay was unfortunately the street noise in the room. It was perhaps the loudest hotel room we've ever stayed in - motorcycles revving, cars accelerating loudly, sirens, etc ALL NIGHT LONG. Embarrassingly, I ended up taking a pillow into the small toilet area of our bathroom (because it had a door) and slept on the floor in there - incredibly uncomfortable and it was actually STILL loud from in there. Nice place, but I wouldn't stay here again unless it was in a non-street side room.

The best W I’ve lived in the US so far. Spa is amazing, swimming pool is amazing, service is amazing. Front desk Zoey is the best, and she speaks fluent mandarin too! Love this spot and will definitely come back again.

Wouldn’t stay here even if it was free! - Rooms are naaaaaaasssssty. Once you get past the dated room, it’s even more downhill from there. The carpet, floors and furniture are visibly stained, and very poorly maintained with a poor paint paint job, and mold and rust everywhere in the bathroom. The balconies have never been cleaned neither are the windows internal or external. I kept on being bit by insects during the night under the covers in the bed. - Housekeeping was spotty. Some days they showed up, some days they did not. And the room was not clean by any measure. Most days did not show up for turn down service, as expected. I got sick during my stay there probably because the room is so dirty. For people who have asthma or allergy issues, this is definitely not the place for you, because of the rampant mold. - No breakfast benefit for Bonvoy Platinum and above because (wait for it) “we are a small establishment”. Lol. They asked me to pay in the restaurant, then come to the front desk with the receipt each day for a partial refund. That makes me giggle. Why do these people think they can get Bonvoy members without offering guaranteed benefits? - Front desk never picks up the phone. And though appeared polite, were completely useless, unable to comply with small requests like cleaning the room, and often made different excuses for the exact same issue, even with in a conversation. When I was there face-to-face, it was quite apparent that they were just making things up as they went along. Upon multiple requests to speak with the front desk manager, he never got in touch. It’s really shameful how they treat their guests. The manager should be fired for incompetence. This really is a terrible, poorly run hotel. Dissatisfied and disappointed would be an understatement. I’m headed to the Hyatt Regency just a block away.

Not a great location for families with kids. We ended up driving everywhere and the traffic was crazy. That bridge went up like every 20 minutes. We were on the 33rd floor and we still heard the traffic, it was really noisy in the hotel and our 1st night there was a huge party going on with loud music until 5 am. Our entire family including my toddler didn't sleep. So much for noise control, because that rule went out the window for those people. However, over all, the look of the place was nice and our kitchen had cookware and plates and such, but you had to literally buy everything if you wanted to cook anything. BTW no coffee maker so that was a huge huge bust for us. No standard amenities like, salt pepper or sugar or sponge for cleaning dishes. But they did provide some dish washing soap and a laundry pod for the washing machine. So if you want to do laundry, you have to go buy detergent. Furniture was below par, our bed completely collapsed on us the first night we checked in (we are very small people and there's no way we broke it. We were just the straw that broke the camels back. We ended up sleeping on the couch and floor), and the couch looked like its legs were going to collapse too. So when we reported the bed issue they had someone come in and fix it the next day. The person in charge for checking us in assessed the issue and agreed that this bed was well broken before us, so we weren't charged for damages or repairs. Just goes to show that the furniture is either cheap or you have some really crazy guests in your hotel. We won't be visiting again. One and done Miami thanks for the memories.

The rooftop pool is amazing! The views and the layout are unforgettable. But the room had peeling wallpaper, cracked mirror and peeling ceiling. Definitely time for a facelift and not worthy of the high price.

When you’re paying for a 4 or a 5 star hotel, you’re paying for access to their hotel/restaurant as well. They decided to have a private party and denied access to any of the guests of the hotel. I wanted a beer before going to bed as I had to be up early and was told to use Uber eats. So much for the whatever/whenever branding. On top of everything else, there’s a club somewhere in the building that’s reverberating bass onto the 11th floor preventing me from sleeping at 1230 in the morning. This place 100% has a management problem, as it’s clear they do not care about the customers or want to uphold W quality guidelines.

This W has clearly seen better days. While the bed was comfortable and the shower pressure adequate, the whole place needs a facelift. Examples: Manually turning off EVERY lamp and switches that are upside down, 11+! Or a sinks that don’t drain (one was actually off its mount). Or toilet that banged on all night as it kept reloading. Glad they had that little coffee stand downstairs, but stay away from the baked goods. They’re stale and awful. Even the restaurant didn’t open at 7am for breakfast as listed. Sigh. Come on W, you can be better!

I attended a Halloween party where the entry fee was almost $100, and was left feeling disappointed. The balcony, window, and pool areas were all off-limits, confining guests to two tight spaces. The bar's offerings were limited, serving just a basic mix of soda and alcohol for a steep $20. The event seemed more focused on profit than guest experience, coming off as overly greedy.

Terrible, just a terrible hotel. There’s something really, really wrong with this place. The front desk staff can keep a straight face while making up stuff. They make errors on your bill, and won’t fix it. You know they’re lying when each time you speak to them, they offer a new excuse. I asked for the front desk manager and general manager many times during my stay, but they never around and did not respond to my requests to call me. And, if this is how they treat Bonvoy elites, you wonder how they treat people who are not used to traveling. The rooms are not clean at all. Fluids everywhere. I cringe in thinking what exactly they were of. And, housekeeping doesn’t clean at all. See photos. I got foot fungus even with wearing sandals. The mold and dust also made it difficult for me to breathe. The room decor is dated, and the furniture has seen better days. Everything is old and tired. The curtains, carpeting, ironing board are dusty and full of stains. See photos. The walls are not painted properly: looks like a drunk person painted the walls with three different shades of white. Bedbugs made it difficult to get any rest. Every time I used the safe, it cut my hands. The valet is a service, pool, and gym are run by the other ICON buildings. Hotel is an afterthought here. Last, and most importantly, the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast in the restaurant as required by Bonvoy as a choice on check in for Bonvoy platinum/titanium/ambassador elites. Someone needs to pay attention here, and fire these people and close down this hotel. I see that recent 5 star reviews are of the AirBnB or apartments, not the hotel. If you really want to stay here at ICON, consider AirBnB instead.

The stay was ok except a lot of things in the room you can tell they did some renovations to the room. For example wallpapers in the room were peeling from the ceiling. The floors were uneven in the room, as you walked across the room you begin sinking and hearing creaking coming from the floor. Then the valet service they provide to you has thieves that steal different items from your vehicle while parking. My wife had cash missing out of her car. Not much but it was the principle of it on top of that we tipped the valet pretty good so stealing out the guests vehicle seems very greedy and stupid. But other than that I enjoyed the other amenities that were provided to us.

Baller building, very nice! Valet parking is expensive but that's to be expected of a place of this caliber. Club on the top floor is free to get in if you're staying there, but is 15 dollars for the weakest drinks I've ever had.

This hotel was ok. I did like how everything was near by. The rooms were a bit outdated but the bed was very comfortable. My main issue is the communication. The phone number listed on the hotel website just rings and hangs up so good luck with calling because there isn’t any answer. I checked in early and if I hadn’t come back to ask if my room was prepared, I wouldn’t have gotten into my room since I was told there were going to call me about it. I had to keep coming back downstairs just to get my questions answered and I’m on vacation- it shouldn’t have to be so much of hassle. Each hotel is different and a little guidance on how things work would be nice. The additional fees are something to be mindful of because that was snuck in there. Overall, not really worthy of the 5 star hotel title.

Great hotel I love coming here with my girlfriend, we come once a month from Atlanta. Front desk staff is great and housekeeping always bought me what I asked for. Cant wait to see you again this month for another amazing stay...Carlton

This hotel gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Our newly renovated room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. The pool is well-maintained, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. They sent us a nice cake and a card for our anniversary. We will definitely return, and I will spread the word about this hotel to everyone I know!

Giving 2 stars because the front desk girls were super nice and very professional, but this hotel is not worth the money. Stayed for a weekend to celebrate my wedding anniversary and probably got the worst room in this hotel, not to mention we were rudely greeted.Toilet flush was broken, the walls were peeling, light switch broken, shower was super dirty, bed lights were broken, weird stains on the carpet. We asked to be switched but there was “no rooms available.” Night front desk person never explained anything to us, just checked us in and gave us a welcome paper that later I saw we had a $20 gift card that we couldn't use it anymore. Wanted to come back for my husbands birthday but we for sure wont be coming back. Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Absolutely disgusting service...on honeymoon, paid in full but wanted double for incidentals without telling us beforehand, then had an issue with a cabana charged to our room that took us four weeks and a regional manager to overcome only to realize it was potentially their own staff...don't stay here...

Everything about our stay was great! We arrived early and Eric made the check in process great and assured us that we would be contacted as soon as a room was available. The customer service was exceptional. We had the most interactions with Eric and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything. We decided to stay an extra day and we are glad we did. The pool was amazing, the pool staff was great, the location was perfect and the room was awesome. We have already started looking at dates for our next trip and we will definitely be staying at the W Miami again. Thank you

Marriott Ambassador and lifetime gold customer here. After paying $150 for 3 days of valet parking at the W Hotel in Brickell, the valet returned my car with a long rugged scratch in the leather of my car's steering wheel on the left hand side. After I filed a claim, the valet team's management denied the claim due to "lack of evidence." Apparently multiple photos don't suffice. Please do not use their valet service. While I am displeased with the valet who drove the car and completely disagree with the decision of upper management, the one good thing I'll say is the valet manager, Jose, took the concern seriously when reported and personally called to communicate the claim denial. Jose demonstrated professionalism and empathy, even if the decision was out of his hands.

After 3 days of canceled flights .. i arrived at 2:00 am .. and ask to for my room key as a guest of my sister who booked and paid for our room and notify the hotel I was her guest .. the manger said she got the message and would charge me full price till my sister arrived for a room that was paid for already . she never look at me once while speaking to me .. was rude and dismissive.. I never heard a “sorry miss “ or I apologize.. This was definitely not the service I’d expect from this hotel !! Please do better !

Not what u expect from a W brand! They have no interest in Marriott loyalty member benefits. Lack of customer service! Manager just as unhelpful as front desk staff. Good location but save yourself the unnecessary headache and book any other available place nearby! Read few other recent reviews and you’ll know what to expect at this W Miami hotel.

Lets start this off with the price of the room. 800$+ for a 1br suite.. To begin, I had to wheel the luggage cart to the room with 8 suitcases. No help. But everyone staring. There were blood stains in the room, used cigar, gum on the couch. Gross. And no in and out valet.. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. A Holiday Inn would be a nicer experience.

The worst hotel experience I have ever had with very disorganized and unprofessional staff. They mistakenly charged over $2000 on my credit card without authorization as I was a guest for a conference with all charges specified for an event master account. Upon check-In, my shower had trash from previous guests in it that had never been cleaned. Our guests did NOT receive their promised 4pm check in. They never answer their reception phones and generally just have 1 person working even when the hotel is sold out. DO NOT STAY HERE - Marriott should definitely do an audit of the hotel.

Planning a trip? My mantra is always to cross-reference. Sites like HoteIDuIIy.cᴏm have often given me the edge in securing affordable rates! If you're looking for a luxurious hotel with an amazing ocean view from a high floor, I highly recommend the W Miami. I recently stayed there and was blown away by the stunning view from my room. The room was modern, stylish, and very comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a high-end hotel. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the view from the window. From the high floor, I had a panoramic view of the ocean that was truly breathtaking. Watching the sunrise and sunset from my room was a memorable experience that I will never forget. The staff at the W Miami were also very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests I had. The location was great as well, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. Overall, if you're looking for a luxurious hotel with a stunning ocean view from a high floor, I highly recommend the W Miami. It's an experience you won't forget!

HOW CAN A 5 STAR HOTEL NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE!??? They should be stripped of the 5 star status! I was disappointed to find that the W hotel does not offer room service, which was unexpected for a 5-star establishment. This aspect should be addressed by the hotel management, as it affects the overall experience. Additionally, I found the service at this hotel to be lacking, with slow response times and difficulties in reaching anyone through the room phone. I believe improvements are needed in this area. Considering these factors, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you value prompt and efficient service.

The hotel room 5 star! Beautiful, spacious, and clean. I wanted to give this a 5 but their service was terrible at Addikt Kitchen. We sat there for 30 minutes before we got approached. They were not busy .. just busy chatting. We were disappointed and left and walked to restaurants near by. Beautiful view from this floor but not returning to this kitchen. Cafe down stairs was good. Front desk very nice, friendly, and polite. Location is great if your walking. Driving any where is a nightmare. Traffic bumper to bumper starting at 3:00 pm.

So... every night, we heard someone walking around upstairs.. Interestingly, our room was on the top floor. Out of curiosity, we asked one of the employees what was above us. We then learned that the hotel is actually haunted. How cool is that? I loved the hotel. From the decor, to the ambiance, the great staff and the wine hour. It was absolutely great. The rooms were clean and beautiful.

Large 1-bedroom condo in a great location. Staff was friendly. They didn't have a key for me, so if I left, I wouldn't be able to lock up. I stayed for 12 hours and didn't leave, so it didn't matter. The cc hold on a prepaid room was steep at $250 and the hold doesn't get instantly released like it does at hotels. Would stay here again.

The front desk was awesome. Quick check in and check out. I called for ice and a roll out bed and got those items quickly. The only horrible part was the valet. They ask me for proof of payment 4 times, took forever to get my car and the guy was really rude. Overall the hotel is excellent and beautiful.

They stay was great. Room was clean and nice. However the valet parking was a mess during my time there. They don't give you a choice for self-parking, you must use the valet. Well they charge around $40 a day (with taxes). Sometimes i waited for my car more than 45 min. They give you a ticket with a phone number to text so you can get your car ready and the number did not work. I understand that the valet is a third party company however the valet is a part of my experience staying at the viceroy. I asked for refund and after several calls no body from the hotel has given me an answer. Overall i think is poor customer service. I will not stay in that hotel again.

From the moment we stepped out of our car, we were treated like royalty. Steve, the valet was welcoming and very funny! Check in was a breeze. Their hour long wine reception is nice and they served nice wine and hot tatties. Rooms were well equipped, well insulated and very clean. This is a dog friendly hotel but you would never know that dogs had been there. The only challenge was getting a taxi at 7 pm at night which made us late for our dinner reservation.

Service was good, but a little slow. We ordered crudo, croquettes and shrimp cobb salad. I didn't get a chance to taste crudo, but bf said it was fishy. For that I'm taking off 1 star. I found my cobb salad delicious. Shrimp in it was prepared well, not overcooked. Croquettes were so savory and filling, I highly recommend! As our last dish we shared watermelon appetizer, which tasted more like a dessert. It was perfectly refreshing and sweet.

Less than impressed. Room wasn't ready at 4 pm check in so we had to wait over half an hour. They said we were getting a $100 dining credit but then they forgot to apply it to the room. The bath tub faucet came off and we couldn't use it. The mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Woke up with back pain. The restaurant was good but nothing special. Definitely very overpriced. Not worth the over $750 paid for one night. There are much better options in Brickell. Will not stay here again.

The beach and hotel are amazing! Service and staff are 10/10, no matter where you are- hotel guest services, beach, pool, etc. Highly recommend and definitely coming back!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel, but at time of visit, COVID restrictions limited some of the amenities. The pool area was large and had a great view. We had one minor issue with our accommodations but staff was quick to address and even threw in complimentary breakfast. I would highly recommend visiting now that COVID restrictions have eased

Hi, my room was amazing but unfortunately the pool attendants, specifically Casandra, woman with dreads was very greedy. She made my friends pay her $80 under the table and when I asked her for our change back she ran off and did not return my money. Other than that the young gentleman and front desk staff were amazing.

Well located in brickell next to the bridge and water. Offers diverse restaurants and nightlife options in close proximity. Staff was nice and accommodating. Stayed in a suite. The size was great but flooring is marble so very cold on the feet. Had a problem with both vents making noise that needed to be fixed. Hotel was booked so couldn't change rooms. There's a nespresso machine with I love! Bathroom is very spacious and nice.the half bath is a great plus. Bed was comfortable, pillows a bit soft. Good amount of storage but there weren't enough electric plugs next to the bed.

The overall stay was great. Very nice staff all around. The room was amazing with a breathtaking view. The pool area was super relaxing overlooking the whole city, the only thing i wished, was for be for the pool to be warmer especially because it was so windy.

Also forgot to mention in my previous post that it sounds like a construction zone is going on 24/7 coming from inside the hotel it’s a constant pounding sound. Oh and from reading previous posts I bet the hotel manager is going to reply with something along the lines of, “we are so sorry and will look into it.” Doing a great great job at this 2 star motel here nanyce!

I went to the common area of the pools to enjoy the views and take photos with my camera and a security agent forbade me from taking the photos, for the simple fact that it was a "professional" camera and not a phone. If there is someone who likes to draw landscapes, be careful, maybe since you are using a "professional" pencil they even prohibit you from drawing. Very unpleasant experience.

Loved staying at the W Miami when we visited. The pools are one of a kind, great service and hospitality well. The location in Brickell is very nice and there’s so much to do in the area. Not to mention, you can be on Ocean dr with a 15 min car ride.

Really bad experience. The restaurant and spa are not worth it. Restaurant lacks ambiance and the food is plain. Outside seating is uncomfortable on metal chairs. The spa you can only reach by walking 10minutes through a parking lot! Way overpeised. Safe yourself the money and pick a better place. Definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised.
