Gorgeous hotel and very friendly staff. I stayed in the king suite and it was beautiful! Very spacious with the bedroom and seating area that can be closed off. The bathroom was huge and shower was wonderful. Loved how open it looked when the bathroom curtain was up but could be closed if you wanted privacy. The only complaint I would have would be the lighting in the rooms was pretty dark and I would have appreciated brighter bulbs with dimming.

We didn’t reserve a shuttle and our flight arrived at midnight- yikes! However, I called the front desk and Diego was able to accommodate us with a shuttle pick up! Upon arrival he greeted us and made sure we were all set for a quick but restful evening. Next day we headed down to the restaurant, sat at the bar and Viviana welcomed us with open arms and mimosas! You can’t start a Miami visit without a refreshing cocktail! Apparently she overheard me asking my partner if he’s ever had a Canadian old fashion (specialty drink on the wall) and a few minutes later asked if he’d like to try one! It was great! She was engaging, asked about us told us about herself and made it feel like we knew each other! Thank you everyone for a great stay and we will stay longer next time!!!

Arrived off a cruise ship about 10AM although check-in wasn't till 16:00 check-in staff spoke to housekeeping and got us in just after 11am. Brilliant Service. As for the room one of the nicest I've ever stayed in stayed in room 620 which was huge with complimentary water and Coffee. The food in the Miranda restaurant was excellent and served up by friendly and efficient staff the Cocktails were pretty good also. Highly recommend it.

The basic room was nicer than we expected. The shuttle to the airport departs every 30 minutes and runs on time. 4:30am departure was no problem (it's technically free; driver helps w bags for tips). Food options outside the hotel within walking distance are limited. However, delivery options abound. There is also a car rental option thru a 3rd party right there at the hotel; seems they may also get favorable or free parking (just ask if you call them to confirm). The weight room was nice & clean. Pool looked nice too. Enjoy : )

I read the positive reviews and thought ok maybe... There were so many reviews I thought perhaps the front desk was soliciting them. We took a chance and stayed here before an international flight. We were very pleased. What a great spot! Felt like it was really good value for the money for this hotel. The gym was well equipped, the rooms were pleasant and the dinner was very good. Whenever we interact with the staff they were accommodating and kind. We also liked that the elevators require a key card access. We would definitely stay here again

I travel for a living. Hotels are like a second home for me (unfortunately). However, this particular EB Hotel makes me feel like a welcomed friend. At the front desk, there is Gianni the “hostess with the mostest” who was ever so wonderful! Yuri at the bar serves not only delicious drinks but endless smiles. Brian is a classy guy who is always there to serve. Rosa is the most glamorous waitress on the planet. The manager Alberto is like a conductor for an orchestra… one heck of a leader. Viviana was great at the bar. She took very good care of us! Canadian Old Fashioned!!! We just stayed at the hotel overnight. The Deluxe room was large and full of amenities. My only issue was the cleanliness. There was dust everywhere. Something that housekeeping shouldn’t miss.

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was a unique experience. Since our arrival everyone was super attentive and kind. I would like to give a special mention to Aurelio. He went out of his way to make sure that all of our needs were met and we were completely comfortable and satisfied we our stayed. We even received a complementary breakfast.The service and attention from all the staff was excellent. We will be definitely coming back. Thank you so much

My stay here was wonderful! The beds are comfortable and it was everything I expected. The staff is helpful and attentive. They also offer robes/slippers, room service, and a minibar which I loved. The restaurant that’s located inside has great food and wine. It was super convenient for us.

If you're looking for a sexy hotel, than this is it. I wish that I took pictures, but I only took video and this app won't allow me to post videos. Although my husband and I only stayed one night because we were cruising to the Bahamas the next day, we simply loved this hotel. It isn't far from the airport, and the hotel itself has everything that we needed. I love the see through bathroom, and the vibe was very chill.

Friendly, helpful staff. Large, nicely appointed rooms. Convenient to the airport. But I'm giving this place only 1 star after two of our four suites didn't have working A/C (despite it being over 90° outside) and the hotel did NOTHING about it when we brought it to their attention. Poor decision. I will not go back there and recommend you all do the same. There are better options with reliable basics like air conditioning. Do not book your stay here. UPDATE (6/26): Hotel's front office manager contacted me today offering 50% off on two out of my four rooms. These were the two that had A/C issues. I am adding 2 stars to my rating of them.

Rooms are nice, our bathroom shower was a masterpiece with rain heads and body sprays. Staff is friendly and the restaurant service and the food was a special surprise. Though not busy at the restaurant the food was well prepared and had a nice South American flair. A great place to spend a night before or after a cruise.

Fantastic Hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very spacious and very well appointed and quiet. The shower is as good as it gets also very clean. Food in hotel great with great presentation. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great stay!

This was an awesome hotel! We got an early check in with great service. We had a lovely and delicious brunch in the restaurant there. There was a sleep number bed. ❤️ They gave us a shuttle from the airport. They arranged transportation to the airport for us. They exceeded our expectations and we will stay there again without a doubt. Loved it! ❤️

Gianni at the front desk was incredibly helpful and provided superior customer service. We so appreciated her following up personally with a phone call to ensure we had shuttle service when our delayed flight arrived at almost midnight. We loved the security of using key to gain access to the elevator in the lobby. Hotel was very modern and clean. Every hotel should offer the type of beds at this hotel! We also enjoyed the unexpected upgrade. Thanks for a great experience. We will be back!

The EB Hotel Miami is the best kept secret at the Miami airport. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bedding is to die for. I even ended up purchasing the same pillows for home. The shower is like having your own spa and the rooms are very well insulated, no noise from the outside. You can't even hear the airplanes. The staff throughout the hotel is very accommodating and always welcoming and pleasant. The restaurant has great food and service. This is also a good place to stay if you are going to a cruise, only 15 min away from the port. Highly recommend.

Great location to stay after a long international flight (close to airport). Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable but walls a bit thin. Could hear people next to us in middle of the night flushing toilet and moving around...but it wasn't that bad. All-in-all a good hotel.

This hotel is exceptionally nice! I travel for work and this is really a luxury place to rest your head. Sleep number beds, incredible shower, and the staff member, Diego, went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable. The hotel is close to the airport and accessible for travelers with a hotel shuttle. The pool was very nice, as was the gym with plenty of equipment to get in a work out on the go. They do need to add yoga mats, however.

This Hotel was very inviting & beautiful. I love everything about this hotel. It was a plus that it is extremely close to the airport & it offers 24 hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Plus the have a park & fly package up to 7 days when u book certain rooms. My room was spacious & very comfortable! I would definitely book at the property again.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed in. Suites were well appointed and large. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Pleasant and talented bar staff. Did not experience the restaurant, pool or fitness center to give a review. EB will likely be our first choice on our next Miami visit if we choose to be close to the airport.

Perfect hotel if you are needing one close to the airport. The room was honestly one of the nicest we have stayed in anywhere, on par with much more expensive properties for sure. Beautiful shower and bathroom, sleep number bed, separate living room with stocked fridge. Full restaurant and bar with good food. Definitely would stay here again no question.

The hotel was beautiful and clean with great amenities. My room (deluxe suite) was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and polite. The only negative was that they were doing elevator alarm testing on the day I was there for the full day. It was a huge disruption to my vacation because we were recovering from a cruise. The day of alarm testing was the only day I could sleep in for a while, but the alarms kept going off for hours hurting my ears in my room bc they were so loud. We were forced to leave the hotel until testing was done to get away from all the noise. I understand this testing is necessary, but guests should be reimbursed something for their inconvenience. I would recommend this hotel overall and would stay here again. UPDATE: The hotel called and made it right!! Excellent customer service!

Having never been to Miami, we took a chance at this hotel. It is affordable, beautiful, and the staff have been extremely hospitable. We arrived early from the airport, and they let us check in early, as well as upgraded our suite! We have already booked another stay for after our cruise is finished, and we are so relieved to know we are in good hands. This group of Kentuckians appreciates you! We will definitely return in the future.

From the checking in at 10 pm after a 16 hour flight day it was fabulous! The staff are smiling all the time and so accommodating. The staff at Miranda Restaurant and lounge are over the top!!! I wish I could export them to Calgary Alberta Canada where our hospitality staff could learn true over the top customer service. Yurri, expresses live life to the fullest, Brian is so courteous, Vivienne so caring and kind, Leonor is gracious I really can’t say enough lovely things about the staff. Cheers! The hotel facility is nice and very vibrant, however our bed was not comfortable at all. The adjustable settings did not work and the bed was not leveled. I had a rough time sleeping and didn't get any rest due to the comfort of the bed. However the room was well updated and very nice.

From the moment you walk in you can feel you are important to the staff. They go the extra mile in everything they can. I was going through a very tough personal situation and they were very empathetic and helped me forget. Aurelio is a gem. He treats you like family and truly cares about you and making your stay exceed every expectation you may have. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are incredible. I took the best shower and had the best sleep I've ever had. The mattress has pressure adjustment on each side of it, so that you and your significant other can make it as soft or as firm as you like. I'd give everything 10 stars if I could. Pleasantly surprised with the hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant, enjoy a steak and eggs and a green juice that was delicious, I recommended this place 100% the servers Rudy and gipsy were very friendly, I hope to return soon!

The hotel is beautiful. the staff is amazing, bartenders are awesome. The gym is a very good gym you can get an amazing workout in it. The hotel room have a great shower with tons of water heads you can keep the curtain up or pull the curtain down, take a shower or keep it up and watch TV as you shower it's an amazing Hotel. Absolutely immaculate hotel. If anyone saying otherwise THEY ARE LYING! I’ve stayed here twice and each time the hotel is amazingly clean and welcoming. Rooms are amazing! Extremely well kept with amazing stocked mini bar. The pool area is so relaxing and always very few people. The breakfast…. Amazing! And free! The guest service reps…. Amazing and kind. Wish I could give you guys 20 stars! The only place I will stay in Miami

Each morning I come for breakfast at the Miranda Restaurant. Each time I’m greeted with a smile and a ‘good morning John’ from Gypsy and Rudy, (as I insisted they use my first name). They look after all the guests at breakfast with smiles, professionalism and care. The are both genuinely keen to help meet all guest requirements and as I’ve been a long term hotel guest they make different recommendations for breakfast just to give me variety. It is people like Rudy and Gypsy that will have me returning time and again. They both deserve 5. Star ratings in my opinion John Hagan

This may be the best experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Loved every detail about it. For the price paid it was fantastic. Super clean, very modern, luxury accommodations, outstanding service. You’d have to pay three times the price to beat this place.

The guy running the airport shuttle was awesome. He was the highlight of the stay. The hotel booked my day room for the wrong day. They scrambled to fix it and gave me a room that did not work properly. The beds were hard and did not adjust and half the plug-ins did not work. Had a room booked for a night November and December.Will be canceling my reservations. It needs an update.

Surprisingly nice. The exterior and area isn't great, but inside, the lobby and rooms are very nice. Corner suites are large and plush.

It was such a beautiful room... Of course the airline paid for it but definitely comfortable and spacious. If I ever get into a pickle again,I'm staying there for sure

I must admit that its been a long time that I have experienced or perhaps say that I have encountered such excellent service in food wise and service. Rudy and Gipsy are very accommodating, the food was just right the omelette made to taste and the references made by them were fantastic. I recommend not only the hospitality in the hotel in general but i definitely recommend that everyone stops by the bar area and see Rudy and Gipsy. Order more then a drink order food from in house they are great...thank you Rudy and Gipsy for helping me choose tasty and delicious meals!!

Easy access to hwy’s. 15 min to anywhere you’d want to go, but will need a pike pass on your rental.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and location being near the airport. Karen was awesome. She checked me in with over and beyond service. Friendly and quickly at that. The room was just as pictured in the photos! Which was definitely a plus. I understand why the bathrooms were mentioned so much. Very nice. Very quiet for being near the airport. Bartenders and the shuttle drivers were also very attentive and friendly. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a nice hotel experience Karen and staff!

Pros: Rooms are spacious. Lobby and hotel are nice. Convenient to airport and easy to explore Miami. Free parking behind hotel. I was able to check in early. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Nice lobby bar. Cons: Breakfast service very slow and unorganized. Night front desk are not helpful and cannot do much since there is no night manager until 11pm.

The best hotel for the price that I have ever stayed at! Wonderful clean room and HUGE bathroom with Bidet and 2 person shower with multiple spray jet zones. Bar and pool are a lovely atmosphere. Staff was friendly. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Wonderful!!!

The staff was able to get our room cleaned and get us checked in extra early. Check-in wasn't until 4pm but they got us in at 9am. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent selection at the bar. The shuttle to the airport was quick, easy, and included by the hotel.

I honestly loved it here. The hotel shuttle was timely and so polite. The staff was so welcoming. The custodial staff were prompt, thorough and came daily. The inside was such a classy environment and the room was so spacious. It truly had everything we needed. This place deserves all of its stars

New Favorite! Pre Cruise Stay Miami! It's the EB Hotel. Very close to the airport offering a complimentary shuttle. Some packages come with breakfast! My room is considered a business suite and offers a wonderful steam shower bath and a sleep number bed! Prices very comparable with other chains.They have a great bar, good staff and a restaurant with a great menu. Reviews on trip advisor are good and I will add another. Staff very professional and attentive!I I am a travel agent, always looking for a great hotel for my clients....I will offer the EB.

This was my first time even hearing about EB hotel— and I’m happy that I did. The staff is kind and accommodating and very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean, and the beds are very comfy. It’s also easy to get to with the airport shuttle. Last but not least the breakfast is yummy and affordable— not so much the dinner. But still it’s very convenient to have the restaurant on site. I’ll be back next time I have a layover in MIA.

An experience beyond out expectations! Very luxurious, kind staff, gorgeous and quiet rooms, and that bathroom!! Only issue was our ac wasn't cooling, but it was swiftly correct and we had a comfortable cool night sleep. Our family spent just one night but it was a wonderful experience! Definitely plan to stay here next time we're in town!

The EB hotel was an absolutely wonderful stay! The room was nice and clean with apparent attention to detail. Every single staff member was welcoming and sure to provide excellent customer service. Definitely recommend passing by the bar and grabbing a delicious cocktail. We tried the Strawberry Pisco Sour and it quickly became a favorite. Also recommend stopping by their restaurant for some good eats. It is conveniently located by the airport and I cannot wait to stay there again!
