Booked two rooms because it was close to the airport. One of the rooms had a flooded toilet so we had to get a new room. The next room also has a flooded toilet so you couldn’t even shower. Our other room had blood stains on the shower floor. All three beds had cigarette burns. One of the beds was covered in some sort of hair. On top of this great stay, all the rooms smelled like urine and cigarettes. We had to leave and find a new hotel. No promises on any refunds. Stay far away from this hotel.

Please read full review!!!!! I’m being as detailed as possible! Because I do not recommend this to absolutely anyone. Specially if you’re bringing kids! It was very bad and we were concerned for our safety! It’s also Cringy, dirty, scary, gross! And very unsafe! The lobby was the only “okay” area that seemed somewhat sophisticated. We were here for four days and wow how disappointed! The room is absolutely gross, dirty, stained, smelly! The AC doesn’t ever turn off and has a bad bad smell! The bathroom tub is gross and water gets everywhere! No towels! No Breakfast, no café spot as advertised! Their page is a whole lie! The beds were dirty upon arrival and we found masks on the bed from previous guests. The floor was super dirty. Big red flag! —The area is very sketchy as we witnessed certain activities during the day but mostly at night time that were very concerning and had my friend and I very scared for our safety. Do not stay here! Do not book here! Their website is a lie. It’s gross and very unsafe

I was at Days Inn for five hours. Just needed to rest my head before my flight home. My first thought as I entered was that the Days Inn carpet at the entrance was filthy. My antenna about the cleanliness of the room went up. The room appeared clean on the surface until I moved the bedside stand only to find debris and dust. So, I decided that bedbugs might be an issue. I intended to sleep on top of the bedspread However, I had been traveling all day and collapsed on my left side (am a side sleeper). I arrived home hours later covered on my left arm and shoulder with whelps that itches. I can only conclude that my bedbug nightmare came to pass. I did not have whelp when I arrived. Similar to the other review there was no hot water. I agree, pay a few dollars more. The only positive was the location close to the airport. I chose this by location and price. I thought I am only going to be here for a few hours. Pay a few dollars more.

Normally i don’t look at the reviews until i try the hotel. But this hotel deserves the 1 star or no star review. It’s an absolute insult to brand of choice hotel. The room the mold on the ceiling. Bathroom was ridiculous outdated. I would not stay in this hotel even if it was free. Check in agents were told about issue with the door. They said they could not help cause hotel is full.

Bathroom was covered in mold. Ants crawling everywhere and trash on the floor. The ants got into our food and it was horrible. Our air conditioning was leaking water all over the room floor. The room floor was extremely dirty covered in cigarette ashes and crumbs. I had to ask multiple times if we could be switched to a new room and they gave me a very hard time! I told them I would report them to corporate and they finally gave me a new room. The rooms are $100+ per night, but you would do better staying at a homeless shelter! The staff was very rude, and gave us attitudes any time we would ask for ask towels. We were a family of four and the front desk said they could only give two towels per room. The pool was extremely nasty/dirty! *The pictures you see online are basically false advertisement, because the hotel looks nothing like the pictures online.

If you are traveling with family, DON’T stay in this hotel!!! Dirty, mold growing on walls, AC smells musty, had to walk around buildings in the parking lot for 20 min at midnight with our two children trying to find our room after a long day of traveling. Room door will not close all the way and it is a door to the outside parking lot where a bunch of people were partying. 100% we did not feel safe. No sleep at all. In fact my husband slept in a chair in front of the door. DON’T DO IT!

The hotel is run down but it looked like they made effort to upgrade a few things. The room was very small. Very humid, almost wet air. Has mold on the walls in the bathroom. Fixtures were rusted and there was a lot of gunk I'm the lights. The shower curtain was too short so water goes all over the floor when you're showering. There was no microwave or refrigerator in room. I've never been in a room without at least a microwave. The bed looked nice but was really uncomfortable. It sunk down in the middle. The walls are thin, you can hear everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Every door in the entire building slammed it seemed. People outside in the parking lot loud all night. Overall it was terrible. We got no sleep. Not worth it. It could have been free and it would have been not worth it.

Last month I travel to Florida for an Event that was in the area. Unfortunately, this is the only hotel that was available at that time at a good price, but I did not know everything that was going to come with it. When I first walked in everything was clean and neat, and I was very excited. However, when I got back to the hotel later on that night after my event, I notice that there were bugs everywhere and when I open the door they were running I was very frightened, because I’m not used to that. Also, the AC stopped working, and maintenance didn’t fix it until the next day, and I did request for housekeeping to come in to give me some new rags for cleanliness reasons , and both maintenance and housekeeping refused to come into the room and I had to go up to the office multiple times, and that was such an inconvenience for me because I have other things to worry about and since I was in a rush. The customer service was good. I do appreciate the people behind the counter that help me the best way they could and everyone there is very nice but I would never stay again. I’m not the type of person that writes reviews or anything but due to the events that occur this one deserves a review. Please read this review before booking his hotel.

This place was unkeep dispite Covid-19 is amongst us. The health and safety of the guest is not a priority of the motel. This ace needs a consistant health inspector visit for allot of codes are broken. Many lawsuits can occur here. I am not at all impressed with the services receieved and do not recommend anyone to stay here.

From the lobby you would think this hotel was okay for the price tag. That all ends when you walk into your room and see that it is smaller than some walk in closets. If that wasn’t bad enough the door to the room had some brown substance splattered on it that had dried who knows how long ago. There were cobwebs in all corners of the room and foreign substance stains on the curtains. The light switch was sticky, as was the door handle to the bathroom. The bathroom had rotted out molding around the door frames and only 1 towel. The bedding looked somewhat clean but was obviously old and had holes in it. The front desk staff while not flat out rude was definitely not all that welcoming and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by showing up. We stayed for 2 hours as we had ordered dinner and couldn’t leave until it arrived. When it arrived we packed up and ordered an Uber to a holiday inn near by. It was actually disgusting and I felt the need to shower immediately upon arrival at our new hotel. The pictures on this hotels website are extremely misleading and do not show anything truthful in their representation of the facility. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Worst customer service in the world. The gentleman at the front desk is very rude, demeaning, disrespectful, and should not be working in customer service. He should be fired for treating people the way he does. Especially the elderly. I booked a last minute late night reservation through hotel tonight because my elderly mothers flight was cancelled till the morning. I did not want her sleeping at the airport because of her health so she went over to the hotel. When she got there the gentleman said that she could not stay unless she had a credit card with $50 for a security deposit. He did not advise that she could give a valid card with $50USD which is clearly stated on the hotel policy. She told him that she can give him cash, tap to pay, or a credit card over the phone. He was very rude and said if you don’t have I will cancel. She told him not to cancel and called me right away to ask if she could use my card. When she went back to him literally 1 minute later he said it was too late and that he cancelled the reservation and that she could not stay. Nobody told him to cancel. You don’t treat people like that. Especially and elderly woman and leave her on the street at midnight. There was already a paid reservation. He should not have taken it upon himself to just cancel it right away with out waiting and giving the customer a chance to find a solution. He humiliated her and left her with nowhere to go. She asked him if he could call a cab or at least give her a number for a cab and he was rude and refused. She asked him for his name several times and he refused to give any name. I told her that since he did not want to identify himself to take a picture of him. He then started telling her that he was going to sue her for taking a picture of him. I later called back to leave a message for the manager and it was the same gentleman that picked up the phone. I was able to get his name at the time which he said it’s Arnold. Not sure if it’s his real name or not. I don’t know if he is racist because my mother did not speak English well or maybe it’s because she is elderly but she left there feeling discriminated against and violated after the way she was treated there. She called me and left distraught and crying because of this. This is not the way to treat people. I left a message for the general manager and hope that he returns my call.

I was looking for inexpensive with shuttle service. Got both. Unfortunately that meant a very rundown placexI would not recommend. No elevator, pool not open, extremely loud street noise and room to room noise. We inquired about the cruise port shuttle twice but they never thought to tell us we had to sign up. Almost missed it.

I planned on staying for 3 nights until I got there and checked in... honey.... I immediately modified my stay. I stayed the first night and checked out the next morning. The rooms are a negative 1. Everything in it is old. Its a walk up style like a motel. The addicts in the room down the hall. The homeless across the street at the store and there's no food close by and the lobby had a smell I couldn't get out of my nose for two days. I will say the man at the front desk was extremely nice but its a hard NO for me! If you're bougie like me... you will agree.

I originally booked for three nights. When I got to the room the curtains were disgusting, sheets has stains on them, wall was peeling and the shower only had cold water! It was late about 4am so I ignored it and went to bed and woke up all of my things were soaking wet. The AC was leaking and my room was flooded. I had to walk through a puddle to get out my room. The staff was really nice and accommodating when I told them. This is not like a regular Days Inn at all.

Overall it was fine. Not good but also not bad. The managers were nice, but the rooms were trash. There were holes in the walls, broken things in the bathrooms, and it just felt gross. I don't want to go back because it made me feel disrespected just being in the room. It is nice that there is a Subway connected to it, but the actual motel is not worth the $170 I had to spend on it. Also they charged me on my card when I was going to pay cash. That's just disrespectful.

Absolutely disgusting. We found many bugs in the room. Our main door for the room will not close completely. It looks like the door was kicked in at some point. Windows are cracks. Bathroom has mold all over. Floors are filthy. Do not recommend at all.

One of the most rude experiences over the phone I've ever had. If you are so busy that the front desk attended chooses to not answer the phone and let it ring multiple times and when it finally gets through, they tell me to call back later because otherwise they'll put me on hold for an hour and a half because "there's only ever one person at the front desk," maybe your hotel needs to hire more than one? Because goodness knows you lost all my future business, and I'm sure you're bleeding business by the day. I'm sure your bottom line would survive being able to pay one more person to man what is apparently the busiest front desk to ever have existed.

I stayed here for 2 days. At first I was scared because of the bad reviews but honestly it was perfectly fine. The room interior is style wise outdated but that’s about it. The room was clean I checked hard! The bathroom was spotless upon arrival. The shower was AMAZING so relaxing the pressure was great. They had cups, washcloths and a coffee machine. I can say it was a great stay. The reception ladies were very sweet and accommodating. They didn’t bother us the entire time we were there. Thank you Wyndham

Ok so let's be 100% honest here... You only stay here for the convenience and it's cheap. Free shuttles to the airport and cruise port, and relax!! Miami traffic is insane and the airport is busy so shuttle times can vary. The rooms are meh, but it's a stay for a night or 2 hotel not a long term resort. No pool. Easy Parking. Subway connected. McDs and party store in walking distance and a gas station next door. Everything you need to get you through the day before Cruise departure.

The room was deplorable. Broken mattress dirty bathroom garbage outside on entrance to room just overall disgusting. Never again. Days in use to be great. But do not stay at this location. Oh did I mention the roaches. And the broken light switches and no TV remote. Not a good stay.

We stayed 3 nights never had bed changed once , garbage was never picked up, room never cleaned during stay and had to ask for towels everyday never got dirty towels , pool is not in service . They said we would loose our deposit if we smoked , vaped , damage in room or any stains. As we watched staff walk around vaping. See pictures . Lady in black vaping

This place is like a seedy motel. My husband and I had to stay here as our connecting flight was suddenly rescheduled for the next morning. The hotel rates do NOT match any "quality" at this hotel. The front desk guy is tatted like he just got out. Upon our arrival, there was some huge Caucasian man that looked like he was in a biker crew. He was bald with tattoos all over his head and was arguing with the front desk guy. We should've left then but because it was so late we stayed. The rooms look like a reformed jail cell. There was a big hole under the ac that appeared to be very mouse friendly. Smh. The walls are so thin its impossible to get any sleep and you hear everything from nearby people. Literally heard a chicks loud phone convo from 2am-5am. Then they put us right on the same side as ongoing traffic. Smh. Definitely would not recommend.

I appreciate the last minute accommodations during a very busy weekend in Miami. Sabrina was understanding and addressed my issues in a caring, professional manner. This is not a 4 star hotel by far but the dedicated employees make it worth a second stay. Looking forward to the renovations.

On 10/26/23 I returned from workto discover my medication, credit card, all my clothes, my fòòd, my glasses and other items were stolen by hotel staff. Thr manager got the stolen book from their lounge, which proves they stole my stuff. He did not attempt to get the rest òf my things even though hotel staff were still present. I did a police report, but I know nothing will happen.

Firstly when we checked in, customer service was very poor!!! They didn’t even showed us where our room was or even escorted us to the room. They wasn’t friendly. Secondly the bed is UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Had back pain for days. Wanted to use the pool went there the gate is locked. Had to call front desk to ask about the pool then is when they told us the pool is unavailable right now. Like this was to be said when we was checking in so we can know what’s up. To top it off the Wi-Fi is TRASH! A rusty old blow dryer in the bathroom look like it been there from 1972. Cracked tiles in the shower. The cleaner didn’t even clean the room properly saw garbage and dirt on the floor. The bed sheet had stain. I would NOT come back here ever again. Here is the pits. No customer service, no nothing!!! On the internet the picture of the rooms had look so good. But in person it’s tacky!!! False Advertisement!!!!

The room was convenient for us to pack food stuff in barrels to ship overseas. I slept well. For service one of the high spirited receptionists gave me wrong directions twice. Good thing I'm not directionally challenged. Will choose this place again. Shuttle service provided.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The pictures online is NOT what you see when you get there. The air conditioner broke we called the front desk for a new room they told us they would move us. Then said the air worked it was just hot outside. We had linen only for 1 person with 3 people in the room. The iron didn’t work. The hot water in the sink was hotter than the shower. The toilet ran constantly. If I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend this location to anyone for any reason. If this is all that’s left just sleep in your car. Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE

If I could give the hotel less than 1 star I would. The hotel got the reservation wrong and me, my wife and 4 kids stayed in a small 2 bed room with no couch , 2 towels , few linen, no microwave or refrigerator . The next day they put us in the correct room and refunded $30 but this is not enough to compensate for the lost because we had to throw away food and in Miami cost of food is expensive

This was our second stay at this lodging establishment and was extremely disappointed. The first room we were given had no WiFi signal and had to request a change in rooms. The second room was situated in the main building with a strong WiFi signal. The problem with the room was that it was extremely cold inside and out! We had to turn off the aire and turn on the heat! Even then it was still cold as the unit would not stay on! We requested an extra blanket from three different people at the reception desk before we received it. The bathroom upon arrival was not thoroughly clean. The hot water to which I was so looking forward to was sporadic. We lost the satellite/cable signal for a night and part of the following day. In the four (4) nights we stayed, not once did someone from housekeeping appear. We accumulated a bit of trash in the form of plastic bottles from water, soft drinks, and snacks which we were forced to place in plastic shopping bags. The security latch to the door was either broken or missing entirely! I will have to give some serious thought to staying here a third time!!!

This place is a joke. We were picked up from airport 1 hour late. The lobby was the only thing nice. My room- fridge was molded inside and not working, Overall cleanliness was filthy, hair and stains on wall and floors. late. Its time to leave and we were scheduled to leave at 10:50am...I guess it will be 11:30. We cleaned and sanitized the room ourselves. I awoke to 10-12 police officers outside our room( not for us) ..I'm glad this experience is over. I'm going to enjoy my cruise. I do not recommend this location.

They tell you when you get here that you have to pay an extra $100 for the use of a safe and damages. Luckily they didn't charge me though. I didn't see that anywhere in the booking. The room was already damaged. The floors are all scratched up. The bathroom door doesn't close. There were stains on the towels and one was just laying on the toilet like it had already been used when we got to our room. The upside is that it's right near the airport although, you can here the planes take off constantly. That didn't bother me but if you don't like the noise it can be irritating. The air conditioner is easy to use and works well. They have a walking closet that contains an ironing board and iron. They also have lots of drawer space if you need it. I Don think it was worth what I did pay, I've been at nicer hotels for the same price.

The hotel is currently undergoing remodeling construction and you will be very well aware of that. The night clerk gets their sleep when you do. If you need to call the property directly, you will need to bring a big bag of patients, it takes several attempt calling to get someone to finally pick up.

  • 2/5 Greg W. 10 months ago on Google
As you can see by the other reviews, other than the fact that it’s location is close to the airport, the building is “really old”. Our room had a coffee maker that didn’t work at all. The shower in the morning never had any hot water and the phone didn’t even have a dial tone to reach the front desk. The pool water was way too warm (when people just wanted to cool off). Will never even consider this one in the future. Pay a little more and get a decent hotel.

I would not recommend this place at all the front desk representative was very nice however the room is very tiny a smell like mold the the buttons on the AC machine were broken so I couldn't adjust the temperature so I just happened to unplug it the TV did not work the mattress is so old that I fell in the middle of it it's not firm at all. I asked the front desk representative if he had more sheets he said no unfortunately he does not have access to them so I have to wait until housekeeping comes in at 8 AM Next I asked what about the maintenance guy well that also can't be resolved until 8 AM. I only needed this hotel for the Day until my cruise ship leaves the next day So I shouldn't be too upset the only reason why I'm upset is for what they charged me to stay in this dump. So at the end I end up getting a 20% discount for my room and now I have to wait until 11 AM when someone checks out if someone checks out to get a new one because he couldn't give me a new room due to the fact that they were already sold out and he had to tell 3 people that they were not gonna get a room please please even if you are desperate do not book here

Rooms were dirty. Visable mildew on curtains, hair on the walls and in the tub inn the bathroom. Bathrooms didn't have any toiletries, not even hand soap. Outlets are all super wobbly and the lights flickered whenever I tried to plug something in. No fridge in the room and the ice machine doesn't work either. The deadbolt doesn't work so there is no additional lock. Had someone walk into my room at 9:30 at night. No luggage rack or place to put a suitcase. Wifi also doesn't work.

void this hotel, the pictures online are very deceiving. You would think a hotel with Wyndham attached to it would be a decent hotel. I've stayed at other hotels by Wyndham and there are good. You'd think for the cost to stay at this hotel the AC would work properly, the room would be clean and not look like a room from a crime scene show. The employees were all very nice and helpful, I don't think they're to blame so much. I would out blame on the owners and Wyndham for allowing this property to get to a run down state. If the cost will be on the $75.00 it will be good but I paid $185.00 for a night.

This hotel is outdated and in a desperate need of a serious remodeling. I was supposed to have a "superior" NON smoking room and this is what I got... just look at the pictures ... BTW, The shuttle service bus NEVER arrived. And be prepared to pay additional for having a useless safe in the room, even if you say you don't want it.

  • 1/5 Betsy C. 1 year ago on Google
Just...NO. First room hadn't been cleaned. Beds were unmade and there were wet towels on the bathroom floor. They moved us to a new room, but it was just gross. Cockroaches all over the bathroom. We stayed one night because our flight was delayed until the next morning and had no other option, but I would have preferred sleeping on the airport floor, it was that nasty. Didn't even shower--the bathroom was awful. Don't do it!!

  • 4/5 Januario G. 2 years ago on Google
You get what you pay for! Cheap and very close to the airport. Perfect for a quick snap before flight. The lady at the reception was very kind and friendly. She indicated a very good restaurant just across the street. We had a good night of sleep regarding the noise area that we was.

  • 4/5 Joseph R. 2 years ago on Google
Perfect for a late arrival. Not much to do here but sleep. Room was clean. Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave but it's a budget room so to be expected. Employees were diligent and hard working. Unfortunately there were not enough employees. One of the workers told my wife that she had been working since 3 and that no one had came to relieve her. Our plans ended up changing and they gave us a refund for our unused days. I really appreciated that. Will likely book with them again when I come to Miami.
