Danny at The Carving Station is AMAZING! By far he has THE BEST Puerco in all of Miami! Biltmore Brunch lives to its reputation. They went above and Beyond to make my son's 25th birthday extra special. They gave us the best window table center view to the enormous pool. We went to the first seating, early before the busy crowd. Our Waiters and our Waitress were all divine. I always prefer to sit inside in case it rains. The fountain courtyard was lovely to cross to get desserts and breakfast items on the other side. There was a live Acoustic Flamenco guitar player. Fabulous! Inside They had music from the Speakeasy era! The pasta station had the best Cook-to-order Ravioli with VodkaPink sauce, not to mention the amazing Lasagna. The Paella was fenomenal. They had gorgeous a glass sculpture by the seafood station. We got lucky with perfect blue skies, amazing ambience, delicious food and a celebration to remain in our memories for years to come. After the Brunch we went upstairs to the Main Lobby to enjoy live Harp Playing near the lovely bird exhibits. Superb. Will definitely go again.

The views are 10/10 beautiful. The food was amazing, very flavorful. Very nice chef who cook the omelette👌. Took a star off because we were placed right under an A/C vent and it was freezing especially that it was raining that morning and the food got cold for the reason. Also the server was very hesitant to help us with the menu, did not seem interested in explaining what was in certain meals. I felt very uncomfortable.

The Fontana restaurant is located right in the middle of the gorgeous and historical Biltmore hotel, with a central outdoor patio surrounded by internal dining areas. Large variety of fine Italian dishes and wines served by professional staff. It reminds me of the old-fashioned 'Miami Vice' ambience of the 80s...this gem is right in the heart of beautiful Coral Gables, the Sunday brunch is a must and the dinner is a perfect choice for special events and anniversaries.

This restaurant and the incredible experience of visiting the historic Biltmore Hotel is one of the reasons I moved to Miami. I have been here many times for special occasions. The service is always excellent and the food delicious. Its a very beautiful and elegant atmosphere while still feeling welcoming and relaxed. It has old world charm and is a consistent go-to which is a nice option away from the trendy and crowded "hot spots". Looking forward to visiting again for the holidays! John Byrne, Aventura Florida

La Fontana Italian Biltmore Hotel From the moment you walk through the door everything change, feels like you traveled in time, and you are greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the stage for a great experience. I have a great day by the pool with my girl. We had a few snacks. Overall, Biltmore Hotel is a must-visit destination. Whether you're a local or just passing through, it'll surely exceed your expectations.

Fontana is Fantastic. Here in the center of the National Historic Landmark you will find an excellent chef and supporting cast that provide more than great service and great food. The soup of the day is always excellent whether lentil soup, chicken noodle or Italian-inspired chicken al farro, they were all extremely well prepared and left my guests and I with taste buds exploding. Take time for a night without cooking. Enjoy salads and appetizers like beef carpaccio or Cesar salad. Main dishes include pastas and meats. No discrimination here - everything is prepared perfectly! Bon appetite!

Sunday brunch use to be much better... No more caviar or sea food... But that was the good old days.. No any more. You can see they try to cut corner to.make more profit from the $90 per person they charge. Its not worthy any more... Stop... don't waste your money and you time. There is.much better Sunday brunch in Miami compare to this mediocre buffet. Decadence its everywhere... Poor Service from a waiter who ignored our table for long time and never came to clean over many glasses accumulated over... Even IHOP do it better.. SHAME ON YOU GUYS..!!! Save you money and go to FOUR SEASON HOTEL SUNDAY BRUNCH...You will get more for your money in half price. Prestige it's not in the Biltmore Fontana any more.

A delicious dinner on a very stormy day. We were a bit late due to the torrential rain in the area but they were graciously waiting for us. The place is beautiful and you can’t beat the magnificent ambiance of the Biltmore. Front start to finish everything went very well. We started with a shared salad followed by shared eggplant parm. Portions were perfect for two ladies to share. We completed the night with a tiramisu. The waitress was very nice, patient and didn’t push us to order individual dishes. She graciously said “you can always order more if you like more food” but portions were perfect. I will be back for lunch and to eat on the terrace. Service was top notch too.

We went to the BILTMORE for brunch and had the worst experience ever. This use to be my ultimate favorite brunch spot but this place has taken a tremendous turn for the worst. What a disappointment. We basically threw away our money at this establishment. Where do I begin. We were a party of four and sat shortly after our reservation time of 2pm. We sat at the table for a little over 10 minutes before someone came to our table. Once the waiter came, we asked him for drinks and he instructed us to help ourselves to the buffet area, and stated he would only be able to get us drinks after the fact. Needles to say, we were baffled. We are the customer yet the waiter wanted to do dictate when and how we get our drinks. We went ahead and helped ourselves to the buffet. This place use to have crab legs, caviar, a carving station with great meat selections, an entire area designated for breakfast and desserts. Now they only offer a selection of breakfast items. Plus 2, subpar a la carte items. Upon our return to the table, our waiter took 15-20 minutes to come by. By now, we're close to finishing our underwhelming breakfast and still, not one drink. One of us had to get up and go find him and he explained to us that they sat two other tables of large parties for him across from where we were seated and he was having a hard time getting to us but that he'd be right with us. When he finally gets to our table, we order two bloody Mary's and two mimosas. The bloody Mary's were awful and we wanted to switch them for mimosas but by the time he came by again, we had finished the drink because our option was drink that or nothing. When we told him we didn't like the drink, he stated it was premixed. We placed our order for the a la carte items and more drinks. We opted for the lobster pasta, the corvina, and the short rib. The corvina was nice, the lobster was over cooked, and the short rib was dry. I'm sorry but this is a $90 brunch and A LOT more is expected than what is offered. Especially, at the Biltmore. I can confidently say I will NEVER be back and it saddens me to say that because I use to love it.

I came here with my girlfriend before Valentine’s Day was absolutely stunning. Best spot in Miami for a romantic dinner hands down. Food was excellent and worth the price. This is real Italian sappore, and the place was gorgeous. My girlfriend broke into tears because she is Italian and this reminded her of Italy so much. After you could walk around the place and it’s one of the most iconic and well preserved places in Miami. Very beautiful

We ate Alfresco, on a night when the weather was perfect. The ambiance was superb, not too many people, so conversation was easy, but enough to feel cozy, with light background music, very romantic. The food was superb, classic Italian, best eggplant parmigiana ever, perfectly prepared NY strip & fabulous wine list. The prices were reasonable for the level of service & attention. This well established icon, has become my new favorite.

Wonderful but pricey brunch. So much delicious and fresh food. Breakfast, charcuterie, pasta, sushi, raw bar, caviar, paella and dessert station. Be sure to ask for Hilda as your server. She was great. Make sure to go there hungry. Also I think we should have sit outside as there was live music.

This is a really beautiful spot to have a nice dinner. The food was tasty but our meals were a bit salty. I enjoyed coming here but more so for the atmosphere. I do recommend the chicken parm and the house salad was wonderful.

Every time my husband and I stay at the Biltmore, we have dinner at this restaurant. The food is delicious, the service on-point and the ambience is so romantic. It feels like you traveled back in time and are sitting in a beautiful Italian courtyard. Highly recommend Fontana for a date night or special occasion!

I absolutely love everything about the Biltmore..The bars, the food, the pool, its quintessential Miami. Wether you are a tourist or a local do not miss out on coming here, and dont forget to stop and say hi to Octavio in the main bar, he is a staple here for more than twenty years , and makes great drinks with a smile... Cheers...

The Biltmore has been hosting this legendary brunch for years. This was my 2nd time here and it's still worth every penny. It's $120 but the seafood section alone will make up for the cost. If you've been to the hotel, you know there's free parking. So that's one perk compared to paying for parking or valet in Miami Beach or most areas now in Miami charges for street parking. There are plenty of places to sit indoors and outdoors, and they will gladly accommodate big groups. The food selection is amazing. They have a carving station, caviar station, sushi station, salad section, made-to-order omelets and pasta, fruits, charcuterie, paella station, and tons of desserts, but the seafood section is the best part. OMG! Unlimited huge king crabs and lobster tails plus oysters, jumbo peel-and-eat shrimp, ceviche shooters, and smoked fish. And of course, bottomless mimosas are included. They don't put too much OJ and it's nice and cold which we prefer. Love this place and I highly recommend checking it out. It's pricey but worth it. Perfect for celebrations with friends and family.

Great Sunday brunch with unlimited lobsters and king crab legs. Also has caviar station and sushi sashimi station. Much better than during the pandemic. All you can drink mimosa and Bellini included.

Everything is exquisite! Finally came after many years and I was delighted with everything we ordered. Very good service and a huge menu with divine and authentic flavors This is a nice place with self parking. Decent prices. The risotto was delicious. Beer was very cold. Good pizza too. Desserts is one of the best thing they offered.

Very disappointing Sunday brunch experience. We waited 25 mins for a waiter after being seated who never came. I had to call a manager to get any attention. In general the service was very poor, slow, inattentive. The food was good but nothing too special. Definitely not coming back and not recommending this place to my friends. For the price and what this restaurant is trying to be they need to step up they game significantly to justify the cost.

Good food. Not amazing but nothing to complain about. Service was decent not the most attentive. Nice ambiance and setting. Know that you're paying a premium for dining in the hotel. I'd go back for convenience if I was staying at the hotel. Wouldn't make a trip for the restaurant.

Superb ambience surrounds you in this classic outdoor terrace restaurant featuring a center fountain and mood lighting. The food is good and the space is a wonderful venue for special occasions. It’s located in Coral Gable’s historic Hotel Biltmore.

This place came highly recommend. We came here and it was very disappointing. The menu is mis leading. They said they have a new chef but that is not an excuse to lie on the menu. Some of the stuff on the menu says 100% beef and lucky for the waitress, she went to confirm that there is also pork messed in. Nothing on the menu is 100%, make sure you ask your waiter to double check. The food was okay. We definitely had better food for the price else where. Don't come here unless you are just going to the bar for drinks.

Google profile includes these words… “Sophisticated and refined,” but the dining experience was anything but. I’ll give Five Stars to the manager however — She rescued the meal from total disaster a couple of times. “Extensive wine list?” Um, no, not even close, and furthermore they were out of our first two choices. The Caesar had far too much dressing, soggy, but maybe that’s because it sat there in front of me for 20 minutes while they kept trying to find the ones we had chosen. The veal chop was undercooked and had to be sent back, and the waiter although putting in a fine effort, was not refined and sophisticated — he would be terrific at a Chili’s. Adjust your expectations and you’ll be fine, otherwise, be prepared for a hit or miss experience. (I never have an axe to grind when writing a review, rather just trying to help people make informed decisions…. The three stars I gave it is generous based on our particular experience.)

I had an amazing time doing a small wedding dinner at Fontana. Vanessa helped us coordinate everything along with Desiree. The food was amazing and the service was very pleasing. Hilda (our waitress) Hilda was always available o take pictures and serve more wine. :) would deff return and recommend

Ruined an event I was hosting for my brothers wedding. I tried to put together a 16 person dinner event with Vanessa at the Fontana. I submitted their requested event form with payment information and communicated so many times I would not physically be there but that I wanted to cover all the costs associated with this event. No one ever called me to confirm the event and I should’ve taken that as a sign to cancel. The day of the event they did seat all guests but gave the guest the bill at the end of the night. How embarrassing for me who was putting the event together on my behalf as a gift. I would not trust Vanessa or this establishment for their event services is communication is a priority for you.

This place never ceases to amazing me. Chef Carlos always prepares the food with masterful perfection. He is truly a man of his craft and everything is always delicious. The staff is always inviting and makes us feel as of we are their primary customers. I highly recommend that anyone in or visiting the Miami area, comes to The Biltmore. @bryantheceo
