Wow! Definitely will come back again! From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with smiles and kindness. My husband and I absolutely loved the vibe here, and the food was beyond amazing. Order the homemade oreo ice cream for dessert, you will not regret it. Our waitress Krystal was so nice and attentive, she was amazing. Will come back soon!

I was in Coral Gables for an event so I was excited to try Doc B's after reading reviews and hearing friends talk about how good it is. Unfortunately, it's a no for me. Service was attentive but TOO attentive. Like coming by way too many times to check on us. Trying to pre-bus our table when we had only had half our appetizer. This happened twice! Our server even said, "well your meal is almost ready to come out". I'm not sure if it's Corporate's policy not to have an app and a main course on the table at once but seriously I don't care and I don't want to be rushed. Drop my main course and I'll figure it out but I'm not going to let you toss my paid for app! Even a food runner insisted on taking my app plate before I was ready! What is wrong with these people?!? So we started with the guacamole which was recommended. It lacked overall flavor so salt was added to each bite. It definitely needed seasoning. For our main courses we had chicken parm and what was supposed to be the southern fried chicken but instead chicken and waffles came- my husband did not want to send it back. Chicken parm was just average. The chicken was hot. The pasta was cold and the sauce tasted jarred not fresh. My husband said the waffles were tasty but the chicken was overcooked. Our server came back several times, which I get is nice but my husband takes his time while eating and almost always clears his plate. I think by the 4th time, she realized she just needed to leave us be. We also were gluttons for punishment and split dessert- oreo ice cream. It was good but what really was the worst part was our server's assistant dropped spoons off to the table before our dessert arrived and placed them on the dirty table. Not on a napkin or even a small plate. It was gross and just lacked basic etiquette. Then our server came by and took a rag and wiped the table down (lord knows where that has been) but avoided the spoons. We just looked at each other and laughed uses our water and cleaned the spoons ourselves. Food-wise and service wise the Doc flatlined for me.

The customer service was 100% satisfaction. The waitress was very formal and took great care of us. The skirt steak was excellent. The pizza was great. And the dessert's were mouth watering. I had the Cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake. That is a must try item. My daughter had the Oreo fudge ice cream.

Everything, yes I mean EVERYTHING is impeccable at Doc B's! From food, service to ambience, everything is top notch, arguably our best meal in Miami this trip. Candied Bacon is out of this world - must have! Special shout out to our adorable and professional waitress, Gaby!! She made our dining experience that much more extraordinary!

Really nice restaurant for a quick dinner. Food is really fresh and tasty! The chicken sandwich was really good. Service could've been better , they are very slow. And the restaurant has a nice ambiance and a lot of nice art with dim lighting.

Nice atmosphere, spacious booths and calming lighting. Not too loud, can carry a conversation with ease. Great for a first date. Staff are professional and attentive. We had the Salomon with salad which was healthy and delicious. Also had the cheeseburger cooked to perfection. Yummy sesame bun with our burger. The sweet potato fries were great. Would return. They do brunch too.

Great restaurant! Our food was delicious and when we asked the waitress to bring it out fast because my cousin had to catch a ship, she got it to us in under 10 minutes. Great drinks and the atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommend!

I was visiting Coral Gables for work and was downtown charging my car and was looking for someplace new to try. Doc B's was a pleasant surprise, I sat at the bar, the bartender was friendly and attentive. I ordered the #6 which is a hot chicken sandwich with a side of kale slaw. The food was good, service was outstanding, I will be back!

First time coming to Doc B's Fresh Kitchen and definitely lives up to its name on everything being fresh. The appetizers from the 1lb meatball, chimichurri chicken wings, the entrees like the Fall off the bone ribs and steak, the chocolate dessert with ice cream everything was phenomenal. Aside from the food being great, fresh and tasty what makes a place thrive is also the people. Our waiter (Jonathan) was awesome. My kids are very observant to good food service when we go out and they loved him. From making sure the drinks were always full, making the best recommendations, having great conversations and bringing warm moist towels for the finger foods, the service was second to none. Very rare I leave reviews to places but this made an impression. The whole family enjoyed the time here at Doc B's so much to the point we lasted 3 and a half hours! The ambience, the great food and the exceptional staff makes this place worth coming to on multiple occasions. Huge shout out to Jonathan (our waiter) and thabk you to the rest of the staff for all that you do. You will see us again in the near future.

It gets busy lunchtime, so make sure to come earlier and order a starter for the table. The poke bowls are delicious. You can choose your protein, sauce, and garnish. Child friendly.

Always a great meal to be had here. Food is on point, great ingredients, and service is dependable. I highly recommend the boneless southern fried chicken. The breading was exceptional and coleslaw made a great side. Our server suggested trying the waffles as a side next time which I could definitely do. What made it great was that one piece was a boneless skinless breast and the other was a boneless skinless thigh. Combo that with the Mediterranean salad and you have a phenomenal meal

First time trying this place with the family. Everything was very good. Service was pretty good too. Had enough options available for all to order something we liked. 1lb meatball was pretty good. Maybe a little too dense but really good flavor. The oven baked wings were very good. For entrees we had the Fried chicken, Filet sandwich, Skirt Steak, and Danish Ribs. All were excellent but the star of the show was definitely the fried chicken. Very good! Will definitely come back!

This is our new favorite spot! The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The food is AMAZING! Ribs don't require fingers, and their guacamole appetizer is salted just right. Food comes out hot and fresh. Chicken & waffles and fried chicken sandwich are really good and are seasoned well. Key lime pie is also a winner! This is a must visit spot when you're in Coral Gables.

Came here for the first time to surprise and celebrate my sister’s birthday with friends and family. I must say she is a regular there however I have never seen the most loving and attentive restaurant staff in my life! It was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing. Every appetizer was amazing, dessert was delicious. Drinks were spot on. Thank you Amy, Jonathan and Mccoy for making this day an amazing day. I will be trying the Doc B’s in Fort Worth in hopes I get the same love. I will be returning

This was our first time at Doc B's. We had gone out to enjoy the day walking around Miracle Mile and decided to stop in for lunch. We didn't have to wait to be seated and the servers were very prompt and professional. We were seated right by the passage that the servers used to go to the kitchen, so it was a little noisy and busy. Next time we'll ask to be seated away from the kitchen area. We just wanted a quick lunch so my wife ordered a quinoa bowl and I ordered the chicken and waffles. The quinoa bowl looked good, with a perfect fried egg on top. My wife enjoyed it. The fried chicken on my waffle tasted great, I was just a little disappointed by the amount of chicken for the price. It wasn't a breast, more like bits. The waffle was also very plain and flavorless, though a good size, fluffy and hot. Overall it was a good experience and we'll probably be back in the future.

I had a great time with my friends. I enjoyed the food, drinks were great, and the atmosphere was nice. The one thing I did not like is that they didn’t have lychee martini 😅

Out of town from Sarasota, Fl, we happened to eat at this tasteful restaurant. Modern, warm, and inviting decor delights. We've eaten at the Coral Gables location three times while on various trips here. Service has been attentive with good quality food every time. On our last trip, Cliff got us drinks and told us Gabby would be our server. Being the jovial guy my boyfriend is, he asked Cliff if "Gabby" was his alternate personality. Gabby is REAL... LOL! She gave us space to decompress after dropping G's on the Miracle Mile but attended to our every need. Thanks, Cliff and Gabby, for your excellent service. Much appreciated ❤️

My review is a bit old, but..... My husband took me here for my birthday in December of 2023. We were joined by our pastor and his wife. The atmosphere was wonderful, and our waiter was bubbly, professional, kind, and patient. We were blessed to have our ticket paid by an unknown person in the restaurant, which brought me to tears. I cried almost the whole way home. There are not many generous people in today's world, so to have great service and a free meal was truly a blessing! The manager at one point, came to our table to wish me a happy birthday as well! I would definitely recommend and go back.

I love this place especially when you can sit outside when weather permits. Food is great. I’m usually not a salad fan but they have some great choices on the menu. The marinated beef is delicious 🤤

Had a great experience here. We had the shrimp cocktail, chicken sandwich, tofu bowl with lo mein, and cinnamon crunch cheesecake. Everything was so good. The server gave us her personal recommendations and she was very kind and attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as there is really a dish for all tastes. Also great for the Miami Spice menu!

The food was very good, service was extremely good. Always enjoy coming here, the restaurant is usually not that busy and makes it easy for a quick lunch or dinner. Recommend when dining in a Coral Gables. The Guacamole and chips are pretty good also.

Unfortunately, my review of Doc B's is not particularly positive. While the restaurant may have some redeeming qualities, the overall experience is marred by a number of significant issues. First and foremost, the food at Doc B's is overpriced for what it is. Many customers report feeling like they did not get their money's worth for the quality and quantity of food they received. Additionally, there are persistent food and fry odors throughout the restaurant that can be unpleasant and distracting for diners. In terms of the restaurant's atmosphere, it is often described as pretentious, with an overall vibe that feels forced and inauthentic. Customers report feeling like the restaurant is trying too hard to be trendy and upscale, but falling short in execution. Overall, I would say that Doc B's restaurant at Coral Gables is like a Denny's, but with a pretentious and overpriced twist. While it may have some redeeming qualities, the persistent food odors and high prices make it a less than appealing dining option for many customers.

Krystal was an absolute treasure. Her service was top notch and she was so kind. She recommended us a few dishes which were all awesome. The food itself was delectable. I had the chicken littles and sweet potato fries. Honest to god that was the juiciest chicken I’ve ever eaten in my life. If I wasn’t from out of state I would be here every weekend without fault. I would rate it 10 stars if I could. 100% recommend.

There weren't very many people in the restaurant but it still took a long time for someone to take our order. Once they did take our order, the service was great. They even brought fresh hot wet towels to clean our hands. We weren't that crazy about their popular wings. I should have gone with the teriyaki. In all fairness, I did get them without cheese, so that could have been the game changer. It was a relatively expensive lunch with decent food and nice service.

Ok run do not walk to Doc B’s!!! Amazing amazing amazing. The food is so good here, we have yet to order something and not enjoy it. From their artichoke and guacamole appetizers, to their salads (my personal fave being the shaved brussels one, to their unique entrees. Their drinks are also great, you can definitely tell there is alcohol in them but they’re not overly strong and just concocted really well. Lastly, their service. Wow. You feel like a celebrity being waited on when you’re there, everyone is a team player and helps one another out, the servers have great personalities, and when you’re leaving everyone is saying bye and being so kind. Truly an experience especially after a long day of shopping. Cannot say enough good things, only that you’re missing out if you don’t go!!!

Great place to go with friends. Gather round a round table and eat drink and be merry. There is an angry meatball and a green burger so something for everyone. You can happy hour it and get a table and close the place down like we did. Would recommend for office parties and groups.

The serving staff and manager were both attentive and very friendly. The ambiance was relaxing, We tooked a booth in the back. It was quieter than the front bar area. I had the shaved brussel sprouts with buffalo chicken nuggets. It was so good, very fresh, and not overly dressed. The " hot" chicken was more sweet than hot. The buffalo chicken nuggets were spicier, but still mild. The pastas with sausage, I was told, was really good. All in all, a really a wonderful relaxing Friday night experience.

One of my default restaurants for my family. By FAR the best person in that organization is Angel, met him 1 day a few years ago, he waited our table and now at this point I consider him a friend and one hell of a guy. The food is amazing, I have ordered just about every dish on their menu and they are all good.

Doc B’s! Absolutely amazing! What a great way to end our anniversary trip with great food, drinks and awesome service from Yahir! Yahir definitely helped us out to pick what was best for my husband and I’s liking! When it came to martinis & entree! We truly enjoyed our dining here. Thank you all!

We enjoyed a very good dinner at this contemporary American restaurant which has a nice bar with large TVs showing sport events. The guacamole is served with crispy sweet potato chips, a nice twist, and fresh small chunks of avocado instead of the usual paste like texture we get at most places. The Carnitas Sandwich (slow roasted pork) was very good, but not spectacular. The highlight was the Marinated Filet Mignon WOK Out Bowl with Lo Mein noodles and sweet and spicy Thai sauce, pictured below. That dish was delicious and well balanced. The chocolate cake passed the test with a B, but we've had better. Excellent service by Sabrina and friendly hostess and manager made for a very nice evening.
