First of all, excellent service by all employees! I tried the Pipo's Choice burger. Consisting of Applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, chopped sweat Plantains, and a Guava Ketchum are a delicious combination. My son had the Bacon Me Gauda. He said it was terrific. Paid a total of $36.

Ordered at this location today and both the type of rice was not correct and the sauce that we ordered. We ordered cilantro but got two brown sauces that don’t taste good. On top of that, my boyfriend tried asking for an extra cilantro sauce (the one we originally ordered) and the lady rudely responded “it’s gonna be 50¢”. We don’t have a problem with paying, but don’t be rude about it and also make sure you put the right sauce in the first time. Their beans are usually always bland and not as good as the other locations because they don’t add any of the seasoning that is required in the recipe.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT We gave a second chance to pincho but I highly recommend people to avoid this place and find another option. We purchased a burger for my kid and it was completely raw. See the image on my review. Secondly, we ordered three pinchos and one of them was missing. This location used to be one of our favorite places.

First time there and the cashier was very nice and patient. The tostones burger was FIRE! I highly recommend. The Cajun fries were also well seasoned and delicious. The shrimp tex mex bowl was very good. Love the flavors of the shrimp. I’d do it without the pineapples. The vaca Frita was too dry for me and the ranch dressing was like Mayo. That’s what stopped me from giving this place a 5. But I definitely know what and how to order next time! Oh yeah the sauces are also very good.

A nice casual place to have burgers in coral Gables. I like their burgers. The fries was OK. The portion is not really large so it’s a great option when you want to eat something but you’re not really hungry.

Great spot with fresh, tasty food and friendly staff. Everything was perfectly seasoned from the burgers to the steak pincho plates. Moderately priced and they also make some of their own sauces and dressings.

We were treated very well. The three employees that we spoke with was absolutely great. Priced right, food taste awesome, and it was fast on getting our food. Highly recommended this restaurant!!!!

Good alternative to Five Guys and Shake Shack. Unique burgers with more local flavor profiles and often a little cheaper than competitors. The fries are ok. I miss the sodas they used to have.

I was given kind and expeditious service by staff member Rachel. My meal was a burger with caramelized onions and plantains with a side of fries. While a simple order, the burger was cooked to perfection and the ingredients were prepared fresh and hot. The fries were well salted, but not overly salty, and were still hot off the frier. I had a great experience and would recommend others to try if they have not, either the burgers or the savory kebabs crafted with the best meat you will find locally.

The food was amazing, pricing was decent and the place was clean but could be a little cleaner. 4/5, I'd still go if you want something to satisfy your cravings for an affordable price! It's also located in a nice, safe, and good looking area - so that's a plus!

We decided to visit here based on reviews and it did not disappoint. The guy working the register was super awesome, explained the menu so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I got the pincho burger and sweet potato tots and my guest got the Gouda burger and both were so darn good. Cooked just right and the dip for the sweet potato tots…yummy. Totally would go here again. Very lively feel and easy to walk to from our hotel!

I have been there three times and also ordered delivery, and they are always really good. Food is super tasty. Fantastic service. Everything clean. The cashier was very courteous, I had a confusion with my order and he fixed at no cost. He and the girl from the kitchen, both came to the tables to ask how was everything. You can tell that they work hard but also with passion. Oh! and also the second time I ate there, they had a survey and I told them that I dislike the reggaeton music the whole time, well, I got feedback from them and now they have more variety on the music selection, so I feel listened. Great business!

i tried the black truffle burger and it was DELICIOUS. The bun, the patty, the mushrooms, the cheese, the onions, the sauce, everything was perfectly made. I loved the combination so much!!! Enjoyed every bite. My boyfriend got the bacon gouda burger and he said it was the best he’s ever had. Love this place, 5/5 stars!

I ordered my meal online to make sure it would be ready and I wouldn't have to wait like I did the last time I ordered. My meal was promised at 1:15, I showed up at 1:20, but was told I would still have to wait another 15-20 minutes more. All told, it took me an entire hour, from the time I placed my order to the time I picked it up, to get my order. So my lunch hour was over and I wasn't able to eat. I ordered the tostones burger, which will be rock hard by the time I'm able to eat it. No more Pincho for me. There are so many better place to eat within a 4 block radius.

The Coral Gables’s Pincho location is super excellent. Their always give the best customer experience. Taking care every details. The flavor of the burgers, the hospitality the love that the staff is absolutely amazing! I wanted a nice craft burger, and this place did not disappoint. I cannot wait to come back at least 70 more times to try everything on the menu and experience the guava cheesecake probably six more times. Brandon, Jose, and Monique may be made the experience top-tier! This restaurant will become one of my favorites anytime I am in Coral Gables!

Perfect place for those who take on dining as a Full-Contact Sport 🥊 you can't be scared to get your hands dirty here, the food can get pretty messy but it's sooo worth it! I ordered the veggie burger (I'm not vegan, it's just a tasty burger) and had them add a fritanga on top, for the Culture 😎 5-Stars All The Way ..but you guys CAN be a bit more generous on the fries!

Don't even consider to go to this place. I ordered vaca frita which was disgusting, I asked them to change it and the second try was even worse. The pita bread was cold and old. The salad was soggy and the tostones were over cooked. My husband ordered chicken with rice and beans and that was very bad too. Service was bad from the moment I placed the order, the table was dirty and the personnel did a bad face to me when I ask the favor to clean it. When we left the place, there was a family behind us complaining about same issues: bad food and bad service in pincho factory.

We order food by phone for the office for real the only thing I eat was the salad, everything was wrong

It was okay, nothing to write home about. Very little in the way of beef. If I had to rate it one through 10, the flavor was a 5, quantity was a 7, presentation was a 2. Overall I would give this restaurant a 5. Like I said, it's okay but it's definitely not great. I've had better meals at Pollo tropical

I showed up at 9:58pm with just a bit of hope that you could prepare a bowl for me. The team not only did so with a genuine smile on their face but you made me feel very appreciated as a guest. Worst experience ever. The rice was hard, like it didn’t finish cooking. The sweet bananas were burnt. The fried cheese was also burnt. If you order from this place to go. Order a pick up. I made the mistake to order it on Uber eats and I didn’t get to check it until it got home. Very disappointed.

We ordered a Classic Chicken to go and it was definitely above our expectations; having some extra sauce on the side helped. Delicious, well-cooked, and the crisp from the potato sticks was a very nice touch. I wish more than just the chicken was Halal but the service and quality would certainly see us returning.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND orders thoughout Uber Eat App. I had the worst experience with a "Vaca Frita Bowl" order. Instead beef they sent me a disgusting like-mashed beans. I'm unable to describe how much nauseating it was... This place literally stole my money because they only refunded me $13.08 from a total order of $36.66 which it was impossible to eat. I'm posting a picture and these nasty thhing circled were the "beef"

It was ok. My bread was a little bit burnt but everything had good flavour.

I was blown away by how good the food was! I've now been a half dozen times, and it never disappoints. I was also very excited to learn on my last visit that they have keto bowls, which means I can eat healthy here while on my diet, and have one of the most amazing burgers ever when I'm having a cheat day! If you've never been, I would highly recommend the Vaca Frita Bowl or the kebabs if you aren't wanting a burger. If you are looking for a burger, the Pipo's Choice is a solid option! Make sure to also try the fried cheese! So so good! Ask for the spicy aioli sauce to dip it in. All of their sauces are insanely good, but that aioli and the pesto one are my favorites!

A nice little eatery. I had the Pincho Dog which was pretty good. Messy, but good. The way good food is supposed to be. 4 stars only because it wasn't the cleanest. Employees didn't make me feel wanted. But nothing bad or that would keep me from coming back.
