This restaurant is the perfect little spot to chill and munch at! The quality of food you get here is top-notch (the noodle making machine is one of a kind)! The fried pig ears have changed a bit since the opening of the restaurant(still great)! The takoyaki balls fire, the pork belly bao fire, the scallion pancake was crunchy well seasoned but a bit to chewy(chewier than it should be). The ichimi ramen was fire, and the DANDAN NOODLE WITH THE FRESH MADE NOODLES.... TOP TWO BEST NOODLE DISH I HAVE EVER HAD! Will def go back soon!

The last and yummy lunch before heading to Miami airport! Ban are recommended, and spicy duck wings are Chinese style boiled and then fried, decorated with chilly spices, +++super recommended! and u definitely don’t wanna miss it as it is rarely found elsewhere. Last for the entree, u can have either black dragon noodle (black garlic in tonktsu soup) upgraded with beef or the Crispy chicken rice bowl with super delicious Japanese curry!

Cute little place with near by parking garage. The crispy pig’s ear appetizer was chewy instead of crispy. The black dragon ramen was extremely oily for some reason.

Ramen was good, but I unfortunately had to send mine back due to it not being hot, Rookie mistake for a soup place. The pig ears where tasty but super chewy AF, idk if that could be helped but I was expecting them to be crispy because that’s what the menu says lol Saving grace was the server, sadly I forgot her name, but a young man who wasn’t our server did step in and help when I needed to send my food back and he handled it very professional. Flavor 8.5/10 Service 9/10 Food 7/10 Overall 7.5

Small, a little busy, cozy, chic interior decor. LOVED the pork belly bao buns (rice flour "tacos"). The ichimi ramen was good. My boyfriend said it was the best he ever had! I loved that they played Jeopardy on the tv, haha. Service was pretty good and fast. We didn't have to wait for a table for two, but near the end of the meal people started to pile up at the front door waiting for a table. We came at about 6:30 on a Saturday night.

The best pork belly buns ever! Great service. Reasonable prices. The fried chicken rice bowl is a little spicy as it’s a curry. The garden ramen bowl was my favorite. Both are very big servings. I had a glass of sauvignon blanc with my meal. I would definitely return.

I ate at Ichimi, and it was my first time eating ramen. It was a wonderful experience. In addition, the ambiance and decor are very nice. They don't take reservations, so I recommend getting their early because it will get packed. I recommend ordering the Ichimi Ramen and the Ichimi Cake

It was okay. No one spoke English (Spanish only), so it was very hard to ask questions. It was my first time there. I tried calling for an hour to place my order ahead of time. Nobody answers the phone. The food wast tasty. I LOVED the pork belly Bao Bun. The beef rice bowl was nice just a little too sweet and wayyy too much sauce. The fact that I usually have to ask for extra sauce and I consider this too much sauce, is crazy.

One of the most authentic ramen place in Miami, the black dragon ramen is very flavorful but pretty oily. If it's your first time, try the ichimi ramen.

Amazing food! I’ve travelled in Japan and this brought me back. PorkGyoza, Ichimi Ramen with chili oil and the Plum Sake were incredible

This is THE ramen spot. It’s the best ramen I’ve ever had in Miami. The pork belly was fresh and the veggies were crisp and delicious. I will forever be a returning customer and bring my friends. 10/10

Well I have to say that I'm surprised to find a decent spot for Ramen in Miami, period. I decided to give this place a try and it was a good choice I must say. Came in today on a rainy day which is perfect for a bowl of good ramen. They have a few choices on the menu for Ramen and today they had duck Ramen for special but the nice waitress recommended the Bento box which consisted of Gyoza(dumplings) pork was my choice, a small side garden salad, house made Japanese pickles and the choice of Pork, Beef or Garden Ramen(Tonkotsu). Let me start by saying that to my surprise these are some of the best pork dumplings I've ever tasted anywhere and so good I didn't even need to dip them in any sauce for these were just packed with flavor, wow. Now let's talk about this Ramen…..honestly this is really really good Ramen, from tender pork to perfectly cooked poached egg. Now I believe it's intentionally under salted but that can always be fixed with a dab of salt which I didn't need because ladded the somewhat spicy sauce the young lady brought me and suggested I tried. Not overly spicy but good enough to feel the punch. I'd like to add that the service is excellent, very nice and attentive waitresses and food came out really fast. The young lady taking care of my table suggested the Mochi ice cream and I went for the mango flavored one...this is so tasty and delicious I can't even explain so l just took a picture which you can see with the review. Overall this was a really good meal and experience on a day that called for comfort food. Will be coming back for a bigger bowl of that good o Ramen.

Ichimi is great. The ramen is tasty and better priced than most other places in Miami. The staff is friendly and quick and I highly recommend. Ichimi ramen with rib was 10/10!

Small place in coral gables featuring delicious food! We started with chicken gyoza and shrimp gyoza (dumplings) that was fresh and yummy. The shrimp ones were delicious!! These are 6 pieces each. We also got pork belly bao and brisket bao. 3 pieces each. Both were good but the pork belly one was outstanding. They came with sliced cucumber and alioli so they had extra textures and flavors that the brisket ones didn’t have. The Ichimi ramen is their go-to but I got the black dragon noodle (black garlic in tonktsu soup) upgraded with beef. You can get chicken instead. The ramen is served in sizeable red (or white) bowls. Mine came with a wooden ladle-like spoon which was funky and functional. You can pick from homemade noodles or egg noodles. I tried the homemade noodles. For dessert I tried the mochi ice cream and found that it was the perfect ending to a delicious lunch. We live far but we will definitely be coming back for more.

The waiter was knowledgeable and kind. He offered different options to us. This was my first time having ramen and this place did not disappoint! I got their vegan ramen, highly recommend! The depth of flavor and veggies were amazing.

Absolutely delicious! Second time I try Ramen and this is my favorite one yet. The only con is that it’s so full, you have to wait 30 min+ to get a table and there is no free parking so you’ll be paying a lot more in parking fees. You also have to wait outside until they call you.

Fried Pig Ears. Yes, I said fried pig ears -- you have to try them, they are just outstanding. We love Ichimi for lunch or dinner. The menu is loaded with Asian fusion dishes ranging from classic Japanese ramen, to Chinese steamed pork belly bao, to an [almost] Sichuan signature rice bowl. Their sake list is well-curated and very resaonable. A must-visit while in Miami.

Best ramen I’ve ever had. Noodles seem to be self-made which enhances the quality and deliciousness. The appetizers were both beautifully plated and tasty. Waiters and waitresses were extremely nice and helpful.

Really wanted to try ramen and a friend recommended Ichimi. Loved the location and the feel of a "joint" rather than some corporate experience. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive. I had the Black Dragon ramen with beef and shitake mushrooms, and side of tofu. It was excellent in every way, the broth, beef, veggies, all perfect. My son had the miso ramen and it was excellent as well. Maybe a little pricey for ramen, but given the location, probably not bad. Will be back to try another item soon!

Loved it. Ichimi takes the top place in my list for ramen in Florida. Spiced fried chicken was great. Homemade noodles, tonkotsu broth and high quality ingredients made for a delicious ramen.

Had ramen #2, pork gyoza, and some sake. Interestingly, the waitress did not understand tonkotus. anyway, the ramen was OK, average at best. The egg had a good sweet aftertaste to it. Even the cheapest sake was a pleasure to indulge. Tbh, idk if I would come back since it is out of the way. However, the service was quick and friendly, so I'm leaning more on the slight Yes side

Props to ichimi offering both their house-made and Japanese noodles. Noods were perfectly cooked and chewy. However, the broth leaves something to be desired. It lacks the unami that comes from a traditional emulsified pork and chicken stock. Rather the creaminess comes from dairy/cream which can be tasted rather prominently. Honestly, it taste more like a cream of potato rather then tonkotsu stock. Gyoza was good.

I love this place. I go as often as I came, I live far. The food and service is always a 10. Plates always look like works of art and flavor is amazing. Perfect little gem. Go try it and enjoy. Great prices.
