Me
and
my
husband
decided
to
dine
at
Pascal’s
this
evening.
Hoping
to
enjoy
dinner
at
a
fine
dining,
French
establishment,
we
were
left
disappointed
and
shocked.
The
evening
started
with
us
deciding
on
the
four
course
tasting
menu,
accompanied
with
the
wine
pairing.
The
service
started
off
great,
but
as
the
restaurant
got
busier,
it
was
noticeably
getting
worse.
The
wine
pairings
came
out
after
the
entrees
were
presented,
not
presenting
each
dish
properly
with
the
accompanying
wine.
These
factors
did
not
bother
us
at
first
until
the
end
of
our
meal.
At
the
beginning
of
the
meal
we
requested
the
cheese
plate
to
follow
the
dessert
an
additional
cost
of
$10.
When
we
received
our
soufflé
and
wine
pairing,
after
waiting
over
30
minutes,
and
it
was
not
worth
the
wait.
The
soufflé
was
drenched
with
coco
powder
that
was
over
powering,
it
was
not
good.
We
requested
the
bill
and
noticed
the
cheese
plate
was
added,
even
though
we
did
not
receive
it.
After
the
bad
experience
with
the
dessert
we
were
no
longer
hungry
and
asked
for
the
cheese
plate
to
be
removed.
Another
server
returns
to
our
table
with
the
cheese
plate
we
requested
to
have
removed,
we
told
them
to
bring
it
back.
Our
waitress
returns
and
informs
us
the
chef
has
told
her
that
she
has
to
charge
us
and
we
can
take
it
home.
Me
and
my
husband
were
left
speechless,
excuse
me?
She
then
indicated
to
us
it
is
not
her
fault
she
is
just
doing
her
job.
The
audacity
of
a
restaurant
owner
to
charge
a
$10
plate
after
their
servers
never
brought
it
out
and
we
are
forced
to
pay
for
it?
After
paying
over
$300
for
the
tasting
and
pairing,
to
think
it
is
proper
service
of
a
fine
dining
restaurant
to
charge
the
customer
for
a
cheese
plate
ha.
What
a
joke
this
restaurant
is,
I
will
never
recommend
or
speak
of
this
restaurant
again.
Remember,
it
is
the
customer
who
keeps
the
restaurant
in
business.
Uphold
yourselves
to
a
better
standard,
so
disappointing.
