NOT. WORTH. IT. The Good: The food and beers were good. The Bad: The service became slower as the visit went on, which I could forgive if the place was slammed but it wasn't. They were out of all seafood and street corn. The Ugly: After waiting somewhere between 15-20 minutes for the check to be brought out after finishing our food, the check came with a 20% auto-gratuity added for a party of 2. After being forced to pay a premium for bad service it just left a bad taste in my mouth overall. I won't be visiting again.

Jambalaya and crab cakes were just “down-right gooood” and the drinks were interestingly yummy! My only comment that was less than favorable was the 20% service charge added to my party of two. I tip well for great service and didn’t expect an automatic charge.

I made a review a while back and somehow they had it taken down. But I went here and ordered the “shrimp gumbo” Which came with 4 small shrimp over unseasoned rice with 4 slivers of avocado and 4 halved cherry tomatoes. It was then artistically drizzled with a boring spicy mayo. It was the most underwhelming dish I have ever had. My friend ordered a medium rare burger and it came fully well done. We asked to speak to the manager who then came over and reprimanded us for not having said anything when we got the food. We tried to… but could not find our server. I also was frustrated by the fact that they charged us for the “tap water” we asked for without forewarning us of the charge. The manager explained that the charge was to help them pay for their filtration system… Interesting. I am curious about how Kush was able to take down my initial review? I certainly was there and can provide a receipt of transaction. What is wrong with you all? Can’t take the feedback from a unsatisfied paying customer?

We like the place. The food is good and stuff is always nice too. I always order their fist burger 🍔 on the menu (by Kush) I think it’s better then others but it’s my humble opinion. We also love the place because they are nice to dogs 🐶

Decor wise the place is really cool. Food wise it is simply ok. The presentation of food is great, but I cant say the same of the flavor. All components of the burger were tasty by the patty per se was plain. The truffle fries were just fries. AND THEY CHARGE YOU RIGHT AWAY 20% tip (we were 3) PLUS ASK YOU FOR AN ADDITIONAL ONE, be aware.

Delicious food, great beer collection, and excellent service! The food was fresh and local with something to offer for everyone. They offer many local crafts including some made just for Kush. The staff was on point and very friendly.

I got the Local Fish Sandwich (Cajun Grilled White Fish, Lettuce, Red Onions, Pickles, Fish Dressing on a Honey Wheat Bun) and it was really good! Fish was perfectly cooked and a really good amount too. I was also very surprised by the amount of lettuce in there! I usually need to ask for extras, but this was a lot and just right! Really soft bun too. Very big highlight here? That Fish Dressing! Oh my it was just amazing! I asked for it on the side, and could have had it just plain too! For my side I got the cauliflower mash. It was a really generous amount, right amount of softness and cheesiness too, and overall really good. Tiny bit on the salty side, but still good. I ordered my fiancé the Frita By Kush (burger with Guava Jelly, Potato Six, Bacon, Swiss Cheese and LoKal Sauce). I didn't bet a chance to try it, but he said it was really good too!

Enjoyed a wonderful brunch here with friends! The cocktails are as much works of art as delicious. The chicken and waffles with a bit of kick in the syrup were excellent and we enjoyed sharing a bread pudding dessert at the end! A lovely casual little spot in the heart of the Grove.

Sweet, small spot in coconut. All four of us liked our meals. Chicken and Waffles were delicious. We also tried the fish and chip, tacos and crab cakes. Yummy. Service was friendly and quick.

Cute atmosphere, food was hit or miss. We got the gator bites, "bababooey burger" and fish and chips. The gator bites were good with a batter that was well fried. The burger was on the smaller side but patty was cooked medium as we had asked for, and the burger didn't fall apart like some burgers do. We got truffle fries for the side - extremely disappointing because we definitely were given old fries. The fish and chips was disappointing as well. The fish had a fishy taste to it and the batter was a bit soggy. The sweet potato fries were fine though. No reason to come back except for maybe the burger and the gator bites.

The burger and dessert was great. The friars burger is definitely worth every bite. The sweet candied bacon with the jelly on the burger was juicy. Only down is that service was pretty slow compare to other restaurants

Had the Frita by Kush and it was phenomenal. Claim to have been rated top 52 burgers across the US, I had to try it and boy was it good. Quality meat and cooked to medium rare, this juicy burger should not be slept on. This is coming from someone with a history of rating burgers as a hobby. Also first time having gator bites. Was pretty happy with those as well

Kush BY Spillover, great place to have lunch or Dinner in Coconut Grove, almost all the plates I have tried are amazing. Special mention to the Frita Burger, OMG you have to try it. Great beer, great outdoor, double ceiling indoor with great decoration. Snacks and water for dogs, it has it all.

Everything about this place is Bomb AF! my hubby and I arrived around 10:30 ish and was immediately seated, we had a wonderful server whose name I can’t remember, he had no problem answering any questions we had as first timers, it’s the fact that the food was fresh even near closing for me! The Gator bites were the best, we talked about those all the way home, I even tried Oysters for the first time(West Coast for the win) my drink was tasty! We both had burgers mine being the crab cake burger....delicious! No complaints, we will def be returning. Side note: I was expecting some Kush infused items 👀🥴

Great drink variety, attentive staff. The manager was pleasant. She even offers to exchange out my Cauliflower wings when they came out incorrectly. Still was VERY Tasty, I recommend it for sure.

“Best bite of shrimp I have ever put in my mouth”. Chicken and waffles were amazing. Great crispy waffle! And the gator bites, best we’ve ever had...so good we had them for dessert too. Great service Eric.

Good atmosphere, good service once seated. I was a solo eater for late brunch and they were able to squeeze me in. Drink menu is very nice, 120K was the perfect choice for what I like. Smoked salmon plate for brunch was a star. Grouper Reuben is a unique take on the grouper sandwich.

We have been here several times. The food is all made on the premises. What I love the most is the taste and quality of the food is consistent. Drinks are great

It was my first time there and it was an AMAZING experience. The staff is really friendly and the creative environment keeps you wondering how they put it all together, not to mention the whole bar is made by old VHS tapes. Ultimately, they have a lounge space in case you need to wait for you table and also a Zaltar character in a to be appreciated.

I went here for some food. They sell alot of alcohol and it had somewhat of a bar or tavern feel. Really I saw the name and was curious what they sold :-) Anyway The alligator bites were good. I had 2 sets of fish tacos. Both were good. One fried and one grilled. The restaurant has seating inside and outside . The food is tasty and not bad priced. Overall good and I do recommend
