I was super looking forward to trying this place, but after my first visit I can only wish for improvement. The service was super lacking, more interested to chat with coworkers in the back room than to my order… Once I paid for my order it took 30 min to get a salmon toast even tho there were NO customers besides me. After I asked about my order the cashier stopped chatting with her 2 coworkers in the back and informed me they had burned my bread but working on a new order… once I got my toast the salmon was brown in multiple spots and the onions so big for the dish. I just moved to the neighborhood and really wanted to make this spot my second house, but unfortunately will have to look for a different business to spend my money. Sad, there is So much potential for better service and dish presentation!

Great breakfast spot with numerous healthy options. I'm obsessed with their guava cookies. Their coffees are also wonderful. No complaints at all.

I never write reviews, but the service they have here is HORRIBLE! They never pick up the phone, there hours are always messed up, googles says there open and when I arrive there closed has happened multiple times. Definitely don’t recommend this place for service

Great place for smoothies and pre-pressed juices. I have ordered strawberry dragong smoothie and fresh squeezed OJ and they were so refreshing. The place clean and organized, the menu has a lot of varieties from healthy options to build your own sandwiches and bowls. Varieties of smoothies as well. The place is located in a a nice area in coral gables and they do offer sitting for inside and outside area.

They don't ever answer their phone. I tried making on online order and it got canceled and refunded because no one ever accepted the order on their end (this happened twice). I ended up walking in and ordering - they were not busy whatsoever, moving very slowly, and were not very nice or welcoming. It's a shame because their food and smoothies are good!

We order very frequently and basically the same thing. We order from 2-5 açaí bowls and have never had a problem until today. I ordered bananas and coconut shavings for my husband and it was not added. Mind you, you have to pay for additions. The consistency was fine as usual. Mine I ordered strawberries as one of the fruits and there were non. But the worse part was that it was like a soup. My husband picked up the order so it didn’t have to sit out waiting for delivery. I’m extremely disappointed.

Been twice and both times I was displeased with service. First time my order was taken without any warning that they will be closed soon so I was asked to leave the restaurant and I was not even allowed to sit at the tables on the street. Next time I went there to have a take away sandwich I waited for 35 minutes before reminding them about my order, to find out it was ready and sitting there who knows how long, it was forgotten. This place needs good management. Food is good.

Really great place for açaí bowls! They're super yummy and fresh! Staff is very friendly and give great recommendations. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I love that the fruit they serve are very fresh definitely recommend

The food is good. However, the service is unfortunately sometimes unfriendly and subpar. I went Saturday morning Feb 12. The manager/(owner?) was friendly and took my order. I spent about $80 for several people, and the food arrived timely and was fresh and good. So far so good. I have a very young son who is a picky eater, and he wanted some plain turkey. They have oven roasted turkey as one of the optional items on their menu to add to their wraps. I asked one of the girls who works at the counter if I could purchase a side of turkey for my son. She interrupted me and said, "no, we cannot do that," and was just, in general, very rude with her attitude. It is fine if they do not want to sell turkey, but at least be polite about it. She seems to not understand that she works in the hospitality industry, and the customers who pay her paycheck are paying for a good dining experience, not for a bunch of rudeness. Although initially, I was excited about the place, and recommended to a few folks. I think in the future, I will steer clear and tell others to do the same.

There was a weird smell when we got in the store.

the young Latin man with the tattoos working at this establishment broke the legal emergency order and is rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me my to go order after explaining to him my inability to wear a mask due to a chronic medical condition. In Emergency order 20-20, #3 clearly states exemptions for the medically disabled. He should be fired and prevented from working in the service industry as he is incompetent, ignorant and rude.

Let me begin with this. I enjoy green life very much. But what I experienced today 04/10 was just deplorable. I walked in and there was a gentleman doing something. I walked up to the counter where I waited for some time. As I waited all I heard were three voices laughing it up in the side room. Myself and two others were waiting while they were cracking jokes in the back. Not sure what they were doing, but out of three people someone could have checked in the front. Surely one of them is a shift manager (a poor one at that). I’m not one to complain, but this really spoiled my day as I was in a time constraint. I probably won’t be coming back to green life for a while and rather go to smoothie king, although there smoothies are less healthy I know I will always get enough service to order my beverage and leave right after (couldn’t even do that at green life). Just awful customer service for the staff of 04/10

I ordered the 'Build Your Own Special Bowl'. The brown rice was undercooked and crunchy. The sauteed vegetables were replaced with raw. The red beans were replaced with the (red bean) soup of the day and the pesto was not included in my order. I called GreenLife 2 times and got it's voice mail. Recording: Mailbox is full and 'will not receive your message'. I literally threw my lunch in the trash.

We ordered the oatmeal, chia pudding and coffee with oat milk. The coffee and chia pudding was 5 stars. Best coffee I had in a while and very unexpected. The oatmeal was very compact in texture for my taste and not very flavour full. The over all rate falls due to all plastic waste. We didn’t order take out and the full order came in disposable packaging in a paper bag. I wish this will change in the US from an environmental perspective.

I've been here many, many times. After all of these times, I must say they have great food, smoothies and acai bowls, but extremely overpriced. The acai bowls are extremely expensive for the size and the topping options. I think it's actually ridiculous. I tried a smoothie today for the first time which I spent $9 on. Also overpriced. For the size and quality, TOO expensive. Unless you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on food, do not come here.

ordered two rice bowls with double chicken and double turkey, told me they dont cook on the weekends, so I showed up and got a salad instead with barely any chicken and barely any turkey. who runs a restaurant and doesnt cook on the weekends??? didnt offer anything to compensate for the confusion, wont be coming back

I made an online order today 9/26/22 at the Coral Gables GreenLife location, set for pick up at 8 PM. Once I got there, after paying and getting my order confirmation online, there was a sign on the door saying that the place was closed due to "Electrical Maintenance." I could not get my food nor my money back because I called various times and no one answered. I need you guys to get back to me, and I'm asking for a refund because this is ridiculous. Thanks

Are there new owners? I can’t remember the last time I ordered and my food was ready for pickup. They consistently get orders wrong, and take at least 30 minutes for a simple açaí bowl. I notice that the staff is super young and always on their phones laughing. They’re quick to take orders but take forever to have them made. This never happens at the Brickell location.

Found this spot via Google. Was happy with the healthy offerings. I personally got the oatmeal and kale me crazy smoothie to get my veggies in. While the smoothie was ok I only at 25% of the oatmeal before I tossed it. It was the thickess, most bland and dry oatmeal I've ever had in my life. Even the side of honey couldn't save it. I gave 3 stars to be fair since I'm hopeful one of their many other dishes is better.

I’ve been here 3 times in the last week following a surgery and the food has been fresh and very flavorful! I got the avocado toast, then the smoked salmon on top of the avocado toast and it was delicious! The kale crazy is delicious as well! Very clean and healthy options. I love it. Pitaya was perfectly made. I gotta say tho for being an organic place it was a little disappointing to taste the so sugary coconut. The coconut was artificial for sure! Other than that it was so amazing. Now I did purchase a carrot cake omg 👎🏻🤦🏻‍♀️🤭 never again am I buying a carrot cake again. Pitaya bowl and smoothies are amazing tho. When I’m in the mood for an açaí bowl, GreenLife is the place. My all time favorite is their ‘OG bowl’. They also have sandwiches and wraps that are great too. Take advantage of their rewards program if you find yourself eating here often.

I have ordered a few time from here thru Uber Eats and I enjoy the food. My wife loves their cold pressed juices. I usually order the protein bowls and a couple of juices. Every time they place the VERY cold juices with my hot food. It makes no sense why they would mix those items, it makes my hot food get cold. Hopefully they change this because I do enjoy the food.

Delicious acai bowls, juices, and healthy items are their specialty. My mom loves getting the acai bowls here they are her favorite. I have ordered a brunch item with eggs and it was delicious. Great place to come for some healthy delicious food. My only criticism is that they are a little pricey, but I expect that from a place like this especially in Coral Gables.

Horrible this time, I don’t recommend going here for takeout until after pandemic. The açaí was ice slushy and taste like nothing. Horrible 14$ down the drain. I won’t be coming back for a while.

It was good, not great. Very friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices. However, I prefer Raw Juice (but kids prefer GreenLife). To each his own.
