Beautiful little spot, interesting, with a lot of exotic plants from over the world. It has enough shade and you can walk also around the beautiful University campus right there. We found plenty of parking. Insect repellent it’s a must specially on summer time.

There are beautiful trees and some seats to have a quiet time there. Squirrels running around makes it feel more alive. A bit small though, and walking trails are short.

This is a great resource for the University of Miami to put into practice sustainable methods for food waste recycling and educating both students and university staff on ways to create edible gardens.

I can’t rate the arboretum itself because ironically there’s nowhere to park! Tons of parking spots everywhere but you need a parking permit during the day, otherwise you can do pay-by-phone but only after 4pm.

Fun small arboretum to browse, be careful of mosquitoes. Parking is not free if you don’t have a permit for UM.

Nice quiet place to walk around or sit in a bench. Pay-by-phone parking is available, on the right, as soon as you get in. You can take your dog, too.

Small park on the UM campus. Peaceful, tranquil, dog-friendly ( on-leash !! ). If you need a break from the noise and bustle of south Florida, head here. Easy to find, alot of parking ( it was free when we went ), and short trails to walk around. Wheelchair accessible. Numerous plants shrubs bushes and trees from around the world, including a community sustainable garden. And the abundant and different flowers are amazing.

The only problem I had was trying to figure out how to pay for my parking. I was expecting more flowers. But I did like the description of the trees and it was very pretty and Serene

This little arboretum is pretty cool. I usually bike through it with my friends and I love to just look and all the plants. It provides nice shade as well.

Lots of different species. Worth the read of signs along the walk.

A beautiful and compact “bang for your buck” space for everyone, especially botanical enthusiasts. Very diverse collection in a relatively small space - love it!
