Staff is very friendly and wait time here varies tremendously, sometimes you are waiting 4 hours, other times less than an hr. Reccomendation: get a very very early appt 7:30 am or the latest appt they have available so that way you aren’t waiting long because everyone wants to leave haha. I didn’t have the Jackson card for some time and was told a doctor’s visit is only $70 for every patient even without insurance so something great to note! Parking is a bit of a hassle as well that’s why arriving early is your best bet to find parking and leave within an hour or your appt. Arrive 30 mins before your scheduled appt. Lab clinic is quick and you are even able to do it the same day so don’t eat before your appt if you would like to have blood work done. If you have the Jackson card, depending on your plan, you will ONLY pay the copay for the blood work and can have the doctor’s visit included in that price. In my opinion, getting blood work and visiting the doctor the same day is a great way to Save a few bucks and save time as well because you won’t have to come back again

I can’t help but wonder if this clinic likes to hide somehow their bad reviews because on my second attempt to see a doctor I had chosen to be my primary care provider at this clinic almost every single patient in the waiting room was mentioning that every single time they come here they have to wait about two hours past their appointment to be seen. I spoke to the doctor in question an hour and a half later than my appointment time and she proceeded to state that in order for her to properly evaluate a patient she had to take a long time with them. I agreed and said that is an excellent job but, recommended that she should probably take less appointment slots in the day so she can properly care for ALL her patients. While I do believe the doctor’s heart is in the right place clearly they are failing in the appointment scheduling area and therefore I had to made the decision to not make this doctor my primary care provider. So, with this review I’m not trying to tell you to not be seen at the clinic but that know that you will probably be seen two hours later than your appointment time for excellent care. If that sounds good to you then go right ahead.

I've been a patient of Dr Robaina for 22 years..I can say with absolute certainty that is not going to change..he is kind and devoted to his patients and explains things very well.. instructions are clear.. waiting time is a little long but other than that it's great

My wife has been seeing Dr. Robaina for about 9 months. He is the best doctor she has ever dealt with. He and the staff are always genuinely kind and courteous. The clinic can be busy at times, but it is always worth the wait to be treated like a human.

I LOVE my Dr. here. I see Dr. Andux, who us AMAZING and always looking out for my best interests. I regularly get a chance to work with Barbara and Evelyn, who are also wonderful. I appreciate how they've helped me various times jump through hoops with insurance when I need to do things. They've been patient, supportive and actually listen when I have a medical concern. I can't imagine going anywhere else right now!

I had a three-hour wait, however, I must say…the wait was worth it. Doctor Robaina is great, tentative and a great communicator! He addressed all of my concerns. One of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. The nurses and staff are excellent too, much appreciated. Thank you!

I want to start off by saying that Dr. Robaina is probably one of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He has tremendous bedside manner and always has the best interest of his patients at heart. Yes the parking is quite difficult here so if you’re on time or early parking shouldn’t be an issue. There is also parking on the street if you can’t find any on the lot. At times, there have been extended wait times but understandable if they have several doctors or if an emergency with a patient arises. I do believe that front desk should advise patients if the doctor is running behind etc to ease tensions. There have been times were the system is down and in those instances they try to rise to the occasion as much as humanly possible. As someone who has worked in the medical field I understand that not every experience is a pleasant one but learning to adapt and accommodate is something we all should learn to do. If you’re looking for a great OB Dr. Robaina and his staff are the best.

Had an appointment yesterday and was told I had medication prescriptions. Looking at my papers they gave me there’s not a single prescription. Called in and the lady I spoke to was no help whatsoever. I guess I’m not getting my nausea medication and pain medication for this pregnancy.

If you are a parent to a child please believe all the bad reviews. The doctors do their job but there's something going on with the Nurses and the front desk. They don't pick up the phone and when they do its with attitude. And they promise they'll get back to you but its a lie. I understand that people feel they should get paid more and I'm empathetic to that but I need my child's paperwork for day care because if I cant provide it they will kick him out. And I work so I need him to be taken care of. Soon I will have to call DCF because I've been at this for 2 weeks. This has to be an OSHA violation.

Wait time was not bad whatsoever, The front desk was amazing people. Fara amat and Dr robaina Truly made me feel so comfortable and safe and just had a great experience! Elena and evelyn was also great Evelyn, took my blood without pain knowing i have a fear of needles 😬!! An amazing administrator talked to me Valmarie i think her name was i’m not sure! This was my first time coming here and i’m going to come all the time! Thanks rosalie for my new home🫶 all the staff today thank you for making me feel safe. I hoped i convinced you to go.
