    There is a young man preparing the food. He has long curly hair and no net covering his head. I thought all employees had to wear a net specially if they have long hair.

    Never give proper portions for online orders. How am I supposed to feel paying $14 for one scoop of rice, 20 black beans, and 7 pieces of chicken in a bowl? You can see the bottom of the bowl most times. I’m done with this location. 3 strikes and you’re out, even though this is probably the 25th strike. Goodbye

    Ordered online. Order showed it was ready at 8pm. Didn’t get my food until 8:30pm. Did not have any vinaigrette sauce. Skimp on the portions and didn’t give me any salad in a salad bowl. Had to walk back in to get salad and told there was no vinaigrette after website allowed you to add to cart. This location don’t never have to worry about me anymore.

    $13 for this hahaha. I don’t usually like being annoying with food workers because i am one myself but come on, the guy serving was even greedy with the rice lol. First time having a problem at this location tho.

    I was with my family at your Chipotle location last Saturday. The manager on shift after 6pm, I believe he had a really bad day. He really behaved like a nasty person and was really rude towards my daughters Cheer team. He doesn't have management skills or even basic human decency. The entire store can feel how tense other employees were. He told that our group should leave as soon as we finished eating. He really was rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place at all, we definitely won’t be going back and neither will anyone else we know. The General manager is Darnell Ramirez, it may have been him. This establishment has lost so much of its welcoming atmosphere, this man was a nightmare. Never again.

    I cannot be more disappointed. I ordered 2 bowls by phone. Due to medical conditions we can only eat white meat and they decided to put barbacoa instead of chicken. White rice instead of brown rice and they forgot the veggies. All of that without taking in consideration the poor servings, not even half of the bowl. Take allergies and medical conditions seriously. We waste our money because we can't even eat what we paid for.

    I typically don't write reviews however, I was moved with the service I recieved from Mr.Alvin Grant. It's not very often you walk into a busy establishment at get treated so kindly. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by him with a warm friendly smile as well as promptly asking me what I wanted to order. He's an absolute gem to this company. Every business should have an Alvin.

    This location needs alot of help and attention from a corporate side of things. Service was very slow. It was literally filthy everywhere We walked. trash by the front door was protruding out of the trashcan and every time I go to this location they always run out of something last time was chicken this time was white rice. It seems like this location is lacking consistency my portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I hate to leave bad reviews but this was just unacceptable. I won’t be going to this location again.

    I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. I placed an order through the app scheduled for 1:10, but upon arriving at the store, my order wasn't ready. Not only did they give me the wrong order twice, but the manager, Maikol, and the blonde cashier showed no interest in resolving the issue. Maikol rudely claimed the order wasn't in their system, offering no solution and turning his back. It was a disrespectful experience; my order was paid for, yet he lacked empathy, treating me as if I were seeking free food. Unfortunate that such behavior comes from the manager, leaving much to be desired.

    usually get served alright but this time was god awful, don’t even think i’d be able to feed a toddler with this rationing. more tortilla than food… highly upset, they only had brown rice, which i get i also work in the food industry, but at least compensate for it.. again highly diss appointed…

    Burrita was a mess. All the sausage was outside the rap , I told the manager she say it was fine I do you need to eat it. She start arguing with me about the meat. It was cold and the place he was a dumpster, so definitely I do not recommend.

    The food was good. The service was substandard. The restaurant seating area was dirty. I asked 3 of the 4 employees that were standing behind the counter [in the empty restaurant] to clean a table off for me so that i can sit and eat. I was told that they weren't allowed to leave their station behind the register and for me to find a clean table.

    Be aware of this location it is one of those who try there best to not serve you a full portion. Also be careful the girls at the register always charge you 1-1.50$ more than your meal should cost. It might seem like much but when they are charging almost 4 for guacamole just be aware.

    ***DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT.**** I am a forgiving and understanding person under most circumstances. I also never have left a review for anything EVER. BUT I leave this review to warn others Ate here a month or so ago. Got violently ill for multiple days. Was off of Chipotle since then. Decided to try it again last night and the same thing occurred. I have to miss work today now and my entire weekend is ruined. This restaurant needs a visit from the health inspector AND/OR retraining of the staff ASAP. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You are poisoning people. I will never have chipotle EVER AGAIN. Thank you for ruining it.

    I was employed at this location for about a month and a half. I was not trained for anything other than working the line. The whole time, the management ignored me, held my paycheck inside a safe in the store without telling me, would not send me my schedule, and would ask me to come in via text at random hours of the day with less than an hours notice. They even ghosted me and wouldn't respond when I put in my two weeks. The kitchen was very clean and the food was always great but I felt taken advantage of. Would not recommend working here whatsoever.

    I never like giving negative reviews but I went here for lunch with a friend of mine; he is a cop. I was treated well, but the lady at the cash register treated my friend with great disrespect. My friend told me that this employee at the cash register disliked police - due to her comments and demeanor. To be fair, the food was good but I gave one star for service and one for atmosphere. The service for my friend was bad, so it created a bad atmosphere for us as clients.

    The best tasting Chipotle I've had in years! I donno what the difference was, but it was just so good! Maybe because all of the things that went into my bowl were hot and that just made a huge difference! Got very good quantity as well! So nothing stopping my 5 star rating.

    I just ordered my food via Grubhub and it was too spicy…. I couldn’t even enjoy it. Only got a few bites but the spice was too overpowering. Please go easy on the spice for next time. This is a picture of my order from today.

    Terrible customer service and attitude. No variety of rice or beans. The beans looking like they were sitting all day. Night shift 8pm needs major improvements. Totally disappointed. Curly hair, tall slim dude was terrible with a disgusting face attending ppl with an attitude like he doesn't want to work. I will definitely not be coming back here.

    Always missing items, staff never tells you because they don’t care.. You only find out when ur home with ur order.. I’ve had to make it a habit of opening everything while picking up… The staff has an attitude about it when u call them out asking for the items they don’t have… They’re more worried about talking to their buddies than preparing orders on time and accurately

    This place is a joke. Horrible service rude slow employees! Be Lucky I don’t have time to call corporate but at the least I’ll write this review. An empty restaurant and my food wasn’t ready 10 mins past pick up time. When i nicely asked about my order the employee said do you see an order on the shelf? Threw her arms up and said I don’t have any food for you I don’t know what you want me to tell you. Then proceeded to mumble under her breath that she didn’t have time for this. Was standing at the register not doing anything at all. How does someone like that even have a job!? Do better chipotle.

    I was excited to grab lunch my day was going amazing. I decided on Chipotle and I should have went with Starbucks. I won’t say the whole staff…but there was a young lady at the cashier who was beyond rude to guest. I could tell she was having a bad day but it made the experience at Chipotle terrible. I planned on dining in but not one table on a Saturday and empty space was cleaned and it is 12:55. I hope that young ladies day gets better but this was one of my worst chipotle experiences.

    I am a long time chipotle lover who frequents this location 2 time/ week on avg. This place has slowly but surely gone downhill in every aspect possible. From the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the place to the quality of the food. They are always out of something and if you have the audacity to ask if they have something that is not where it usually is (a fork) be prepared to have the cashier snark and remark under her breath. I never leave reviews, but I hope that this may add to the already piling up amount of negative reviews and inspire corporate to make a change before people overall loose faith on this location. It’s not too late but please… employees, food quality, cleanliness… I hope it’s only this location.

    I give my review 3 stars because of the online orders, most of the time I cannot get out of the office to grab lunch so I'd order delivery. However, the online ordering is usually wrong, or half portioned. I know I'm not the only one complaining about this. Then , when I do go to in store, the portions are doubled, exaggerated too much. I wish they could have a standard size and portion control. I dislike the consistency throughout. Great flavor, no complaints there.
