The sunrises are amazing but the sand gets so freaking hot during the day. You really want to be off the beach by 10am or your feet will burn as you try to walk back up.

The worst beach experience ever and I’ve been to a lot of beaches. After paying $35 to park for Just a few hours left in the day - you walk through a beautiful park area. Then it opens up to nastiest most unkept beach I have ever seen. Seaweed stacked high part rotten and it stinks with bugs all over it. I know seaweed is part of the beach at times but for the cost you would think these beaches were maintained. Plus the beaches are separate entities, not operated by the same group so you can’t use your parking anywhere else. So 20 minutes for $35 and we went to the hotel pool. Too bad it won’t let me give 0 stars because that’s what they deserve.

For a public beach it is great they offer chair and umbrella rentals if you don't have your own and the attendantbis very helpful. There is a boardwalk through the mangroves and a kids playground. Washrooms and outdoor shower are available. Only a few parking spots close to the beach.

Windy day had a lot of waves, high surf and red flags, so no good for water and sand blowing all over but the beach itself was nice consistent sand, with good facilities and parking at a reasonable rate in the parking lot.

I really like this beach, but as its the case with most beaches in South Florida right now, there is a lot of seaweed that gets left behind as the tide goes out. The beach isn't a very deep beach, and it's quite popular. So expect quite a few people throughout the day. I personally enjoy sunrise and sunset as the beach is quieter. There are lifeguard towers and lifeguards which make people feel safer. Parking at the beach is paid, and only allows for 1 hour, but there is a paid parking lot just to the north of the beach on A1A that shows you to be there longer. You can also find free parking (up to 4 hours) on the last block of Palmetto Rd before the A1A.

Great spot for sunrise. But the beach was very calming during sunset too. The terrace kinda thing across it gives it a perfect spot for everyday life get away purposes. Even for a few minutes it calms you down and refreshes you. Parking for an hr is 3.7 dollars I think few spots so that’s upon luck. But worth every single minute there!

This park is one of the few places where you get to share in the ownership of beach and sand....you'll have to pay to park most likely. We had breakfast at a place in the Mizner park shopping plaza...but we walked here and left our car parked at the shopping plaza...oh there was a free dance class going on at the pavilion!

Ample parking available. Parking free for those with Boca beach pass. If you live in Boca and if you like beaches then go get it. There is no reason not to get one. You can spend hours in the water on a warm sunny day. Great entertainment for free especially with the kids. Clean restrooms and shower to wash up after your time in the beach. Great way spend time with family and friends.

The park and beach are nice but the chair guy is extremely obnoxious and rude. I took a chair at 3pm on the mostly empty beach. He told me it was $10 per hour, or $20 full day. I paid $10 (it gets cold at 4), and fell asleep. He approached me precisely an hour later, waking me up, and told me to either pay or leave. The beach barely had anyone left. What a shame !

This is the tourist beach in Boca Raton, or at least as touristy as it would otherwise be. Red reef and Spanish river are just up the road to the north, those would be your less crowded residential beaches since without a beach permit, you’re paying a price to park. That’s what I like though, it’s not overly crowded like it is in delray and elsewhere. They keep it clean too, I gotta go more often and take advantage of the beach permit. Probably only have to go two or three times and the permit pays for itself! Spanish river beach (near the intersection after the bridge) is the place to take your pets, but only at certain times of the day. Check the city website as the hours may change based on the season and holidays.

Wonderful place with easy access and convenient parking. Large elevated gazebo overlooking the beach is especially convenient for elderly and those just wishing to look at the ocean. There are several beach access points. The area is well kept and clean.

Awesome beach, beautiful sand and ocean, excellent facilities. No parking near though and not entirely a beach for little kiddies. It was full of teenagers when we went midweek, did not want my kiddos witnessing vaping and what have you. But if you are an adult nice place to go.

A great place to walk by beach, especially at sunset. I saw a lot of people surfing too. It may be difficult to find parking just at the entrance, near the pavilion but there is a huge parking lot just beside it (easy to find).

Amazing location however it's $25 for parking which I think is a complete rip off. I mean I'm coming from Fort Lauderdale, Prices are exactly cheap down here either But to pay $25 when you're stranded in a place where there's no where to buy a drink there's nowhere to pick up snacks there's not even a nearby gas station.

They only have one hour max parking, but this is the best beach we have visited in the area. Nice wide beach, decent amount of shells for the area. They are redoing some of the stairs so it should be very nice when they are done. Has bathrooms and a shower for your feet. Only con is I wished we could stay longer than the one hour max.

On the date of 9/25/2022, I had the pleasure of enjoying a sunrise and calm seas at South Beach Pavilion Park, located in Boca Raton, Florida. The has a large gazebo that overseas the ocean and a smaller gazebo to the southside of the park. The park is on the smaller side with a limited amount of parking and only a few picnic tables. There is a nice faculties center providing outdoor showers, restrooms and filtered water. For the kids there is a play area that's fenced around the perimeter.

Awesome beach poor parking. Beautiful views. Watch out for huge spiders don't run into them however they don't do much. Ok bathrooms.

I had a great experience, it seems it was renewed but looks totally upgraded, beautiful beaches, nice deck with great architectural disign, showers, kids park, restaurants and plenty of parking. Even great comercial, gift stores and at hotels walking distance. Highly Recommend by the @Aventure.dos
