I've been coming to Pei Wei in Weston forever. What a great concept and great food at reasonable price. They used to have line up and now on a Wednesday I'm the only one having dinner at 5:30 PM. For a while I was surprised what happened till I saw Publix Super Market next door offering Oriental buffet by the pound! So unfair on the side of the shopping strip management as well as Publix. Publix has the same boring food at all their locations except they offer same concept food in Weston Commons to take away business from Pei Wei. I can offer Publix half dozen other food concepts to sell at their locations but to sell similar food as Pei Wei just at the same place, it's just a low blow. I don't know about their lease agreement but that shouldn't be allowed. Just a common sense. Anyway, to the people of Weston, please support the business that supported you for many years.

Great experience - 3 of us went. Associate was helpful, menu items have a lot to choose from. Portions were good and not overpriced. Right around $10 - $11 per person.

It had been roughly 5 years since I last ate at Pei Wei, and finally got around to try it again. This was one the worst culinary experiences I’ve ever had. The ambience alone at this place is enough to dissuade any potential patrons, and you should heed your intuition once you walk in. Grossly overpriced and subpar quality are not sufficiently effective to describe this place. What a far cry from the good old Pei Wei. Safe to say I will never eat at Pei Wei again. The staff was ok.

Awful service. We used to love this place and it has tanked. Orders are always super delayed, or wrong. We have tried dining in or ordering out and it has been extremely disappointing. They have no staff (only 1 cook) and the little they have is tremendously inefficient. The place was empty and our order was still more than 30 mins delayed. Sadly, this place is really in shambles :( Not going back there, and suggest you don’t either.

Food service was amazing. It was my first time here and Angie was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what I would like best. Will come back again, service was quick and employees are very helpful and kind.

If you looking for a quick Korean food this place is a go too. They have a big space and lots of available tables when we enter. They have a menu posted when you lined up to order. So when it is your chance to order you already know what you like. Waiting time to have your food is within 5 minutes. Their food taste good and they have variety to choose from. Their Korean donuts is good try.

Kudos to George at the Weston location, he was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. The food was so awesome and flavorful. (The coral springs store needs listen up)

Pei Wei Kitchen in Weston is absolutely fantastic! Their shrimp dishes are a must-try, especially the Pei Wei Shrimp. The flavors are incredible, and the portion sizes are generous. The customer service is top-notch, making it a truly enjoyable dining experience. Don't miss out on this gem! 🍤😋

I LOVE THE FOOD SERVICE HERE. It left me jaw dropped when I smelled the fresh air of chicken and rice. The server provided unbelievable service making my day very grateful and happy. This experience will make me come here day and day again also referring this exquisite restaurant to my friends and family.

Ordered Kung Pao Gluten Free. Very salty.. they redid the order with sauce on the side. The fried rice was salty, too.. couldn't finish it. Never had this problem here before. Different sauce?

This location in weston is the best there is. This is our home location and we only go elsewhere when we are traveling. The manager here, Gary has his restaurant on point with cleanliness, staff smiles, delicious recipes, speed of service. There has not been a time where we were disappointed. We have tried all the dinners on the menu, been coming here since 2012 and it’s simply the best. If anyone has not tried this pei wei location please do, they won’t disappoint, in fact they work and hustle so hard they really deserve a raise! Bautista is a great server, cashier, to go packer, cleaner and stocker and he does it all smiling. Love this location!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!! Chef, you’re top notch!!!!

First time eating here, the staff is really helpful and friendly. I'll update this with my thoughts on the flood once I've eaten it so far it's pretty promising

I rarely get to go on vacation, so having a good dinner experience is always a plus. Getting home from vacation and realizing eating here was one of the highlights of my trip got me thinking I should leave a review. Food and service was excellent.

Everyone at this PeiWei restaurant were super friendly! Kayla, the cash register, LIjo the chef, and Garry the manager all greeted me with a smile. And the food was fantastic.

The place is in the hands of 3 very rude teenagers, focused on taking online orders, loud hip hop music, we felt like an imposition, tried to tell me I couldn't order the lettuce wraps, they had to come with another dish. Argued with us. That is not what it says on the menu. Food was just thrown messily on the plastic trays, like dogfood. But I guess we did not get the memo this place has gone down hill for dine- in at least. It was 7:30 Wednesday night and we were the only ones there. Food is good for fast food, but don't bother coming in.

Honestly… this is my worst experience ever! I have never in my life been served raw meat that didn’t even look like it touched any grill, like WTH man, I expected a good meal but this is pathetic. It’s bad enough that the meat wasn’t cooked at all, the vegetables weren’t even cooked. I doubt I’ll be back to this location.

even the quality of the rice has worsened, today I went to lunch with my wife and son, the portion was very small, the mixed fried rice that my wife ordered had practically no flavor, I wonder why at 2pm we were the only table! employees watching videos on their phones and practically screaming. the waiter eating on the line, very disappointed

Called them once, was put on hold for an entire half hour before an automated message told me that nobody was picking up. We had to order elsewhere, and the other restaurant picked up instantly. Pei Wei's service is otherwise excellent, but when it comes to calls, they just do not care. It was 5:00 when I called, not even the busiest hour.

This isn't the first time I've gone to pick up an order placed online and something is missing from the order. I am so fed up I am going to call corporate and complain. When I call the manager he says come and pick it up. Well, I already drove 15 miles round trip and now I have to drive again? And this evening they are now closed! Can you explain to a hungry family why their food isn't in the bag? THE WORST!!!

We ordered 4 meals, and all of them had very small portions of chicken. They were regular sized orders not small. very disappointed.
