I have been bringing my rescue dog, Sadie, to them since I got her four years ago. The doctors are all great and very down to earth. I love how when my dog lays down because she’s nervous, the vet and technician will go to her and examine her there. Sadie has always LOVED going there. We drive down from Coral Springs because the care is so good. Highly recommend!

Staff is very kind and attentive. They are patient with my dog and make him as comfortable as they can. They also provide a printout for all recommended services which allows you to choose services so the visit is cost effective for you.

I brought my very sick gecko here a few months back and they really did all they could. They provided me with all the meds, fit me in the schedule very fast, and gave him everything he needed. Even though we ended up having to put him down, they really did everything possible and I’m extremely grateful to have taken him to a great place where the doctor and staff cared a lot. :)

We were in need of an exotic vet for our baby Guinea Pig, Kyle. It’s difficult finding a specialist who treats cavies, but Welleby Veterinary Hospital not only treats these little animals, but also snakes, birds, or lizards. The facility is very clean, beautiful, and easy to locate. There wasn’t any waiting time; we were taken in at our appointment time. The staff was respectful, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and everyone made us feel safe and welcome. All of our answers were answered, and Dr.House spent a good amount of time providing detailed information regarding our concerns. We are very grateful for the services provided by Welleby Veterinary Hospital.

Took my rabbit to this vet for an emergency situation: she became very Ill without warning. We were told that she had GI stasis and was under weight and that it was serious and could be fatal. Though the situation was obviously an emergency, the vet Dr Hausammann performed no emergency treatment to our rabbit while at the hospital. But instead charged us almost $600 for everything, for a scan and a few medications. Told us “Let’s hope she gets better in a day or so”…. Didn’t give our poor rabbit any of the medications or treatments while at the hospital… Literally didn’t administer any type of treatment whatsoever! My beautiful little bunny Fluffy died that evening. I would recommend going to another vet that is interested in giving higher quality care to your pets. In my opinion she is young and very obviously inexperienced. They never even called us to check in our rabbit to see how she was doing, like they said they would! I have 8 other pets and will never be returning. Lots of lost business for them. Devastating experience to say the least.

Really overpriced services. My first visit I got a check up and got a kitty package, the doctor told me it would be $150. When I went to check out the front desk told me $260. I had to ask for a receipt with each price cause I didn’t understand why it was so much. With the kitten package now they want me to pay $120 for each vaccine visit?? I thought the kitty package was a one time package payment. That’s way too expensive. I called to cancel my appointment and the lady got mad when I asked her kindly to cancel my appointment over the phone and she proceeded to hang up. Now I will go over there personally to see their hidden fees and cancel my appointment in person. Will never come back here. Sorry. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

Bringing my baby here was the best decision I’ve ever made for her health. My French bill dog was highly dehydrated and not eating for almost three full days. She stayed at this vet for a few hours to get all her tests and examinations done. Once I picked her up and followed the medication plan, she returned to 100% the next day. I appreciate a good and trusting vet that does not take advantage of the pet owner. Thanks for all the help!

You guys are amazing. The way you cared for bebecito in his last moments says a world about you staff. I am is very grateful. And Nugget and Zoe are also now with you guys. We are delighted and happy to have the group of experience doctors and staff taking care of our babies. Thank you for taking care of wiggles our Pekín bumble foot. Amazing vet! My puppy was having diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days. On the 3rd day, he started having bloody diarrhea. I didn't want to take him to one of these emergency hospitals where they are money hungry and don't care about your animal. I found Welleby and I thought i would give them a try. My dog's previous vet would not help me. As soon as I came in, staff was super kind and I did not wait a lot. I explained what was going on and they drew blood on my baby. Dr. Ramirez is so knowledgeable and kind. She really cares! She gave me a treatment plan for my pup. I left with a couple of stuff and towards the nighttime, my pup's stool was perfect again! I am so happy I brought him here!! I definitely would recommend Welleby Vet to anyone! ❤️

They have taken such great care of our ducks, so it only made sense to call them when I rescued a kitten in my way home from picking up duck medicine. They fixed the kitten's broken leg and took such good care of her.

Excellent service, truly. Very happy with the entire staff; all very knowledgable! Surpassed all my expectations and they were sooo thorough with my new Cavalier puppy, Jiro. This wasn't our first rodeo... we have been to tons of places before we found our prior vet and to be honest, I was a bit hesitant in trying a new place....I do know a good vet, when I come across one. Do not hesitate to bring your pets here. They see exotic pets as well, as I was informed they have 3 exotic pet vets! Super cool and a rarity in South Florida! I see why many folks make a far drive, if necessary, to bring their beloved pets here. The facility was impressive and top notch! I was particularly impressed with their "low stress" approach to vaccines, which was a very pleasant first for me! I knew from that moment and from the care we received, I had to switch vets. I will be bringing all of my pets to continue their care here. The staff in it's entirety, really care for the animals and families here. This is definitely a special place and I will be back, even after our family move (about an hour and a half away).... I was just blown away... they really earned my trust and loyalty here.

I’ve been going to Welleby Vet for about 7 years. Amazing Drs and the people in the office at the desk and techs all great. If it was not for Dr Haussmann and Dr Zimandy my Josie would not be turning 15 on a few weeks

Top tier veterinarian hospital the staff was awesome mrs.Jackie was so great plus the doctor was just so great and very knowledgeable about M&M condition. I just love everything about this office and I will be making this M&M permanent veterinarian hospital to go to.

From beginning to end, the service was excellent. We took our ball python with blisters and they were spreading fast. With antibiotics and a lot of care, our Dotty is better, she's off the antibiotics and improving. Follow up visit was a positive one! Thank you for the care and treatment provided.

Made the move to Broward-County back in the beginning of 2022 and when we found Welleby Veterinary Hospital, after the 1st appt I just knew… This place was the one. They take such amazing care of our fur babies. The amazing staff there treats them like their own. When we board them there, we never have to worry. They come back home so happy every time! I also trust in the advice and care their doctor (Dr. Hanna Hausammann) & all the staff gives us. I truly can’t thank Welleby Veterinary Hospital enough.. They are THE team you want taking care of your pets because it is so rare nowadays to have people in your corner who know what they’re doing AND who genuinely care about your pets health and welfare at the same time.

I don't think anything could have been improved to make it better on our visit. I was overjoyed when they got Ozzy to move his bowels. At 3 weeks old I know how important it is to make sure we are doing it properly. It was good to know that we were doing it correctly but need to have patience as it is not always easy. They clearly explained what we need to know and what to expect.

I’ve has exceptional service. My puppy is having FHO surgery soon and they have made me and my puppy feel very comfortable through the process. Visit for an emergency but I will be switching over to full-time with them. The front desk Jordan is very helpful as well as Ally. Sarah has helped me to and she’s been great. My dogs doctor is Dr. H and she’s really cool and knowledgeable.
