Cool little neighborhood eatery featuring boba special drinks, fresh-made Chinese dim sum, and Asian street snacks. Located on a side street in Delray Beach, just a short distance from busy Atlantic Ave, this place makes great boba! Just the right texture of chewiness, size, and taste... They have both powdered flavored drinks, as well as fresh fruit.... And all different types of jellies and boba add- ins. There is a small sit-down eating area inside and out. Prices are reasonable, and only 1 size of boba drinks. Service is nice too. Definitely worth checking out.

Was here April 30. They have the BOGO milk tea special. Got 2 for less then $8. Cute decorations. Place looks clean.

definitely one of my favorite places! i recently found delray goodies while on the search for good boba and the boba is excellent here and the food is fresh and authentic ! the location is in the more quiet chill part of Atlantic ave which makes it so much better. i’ve been 2 days in a row, this will definitely be my new place

This place made my day! Downtown Delray is full of restaurants soliciting your business. This place is on the non-beach side of the Federal highway. It was easy parking around this small hole-in-the-wall. We wanted light fare and the whole right side of the menu consists of Chinese street fare. We ordered and were delighted with the Jian Bing, a crepe sandwich. It’s a good -sized sandwich, only one of us finished all of theirs. Its all made to order so it wasn’t a problem leaving out the cilantro. A side of dumplings were rich and tasty. This place seems better known for its wide variety of tasty non-alcoholic drinks, but I’m going back for the street fare.

Came here on a whim after seeing they offer Dim Sum. So good! Highly suggest coming here. Food was hot, vibes were chill.

I was craving on some boba tea and I really wanted to find a place where the actual boba (not the tea) its so addicting that you don’t want it to finish. I saw this place and decided it to risk it and take the 40min drive. And WOW this place did not disappoint, I will be actually just driving here every time. Not only the boba tea I ordered was amazing but so was their pop corn chicken. So if you are reading this do yourself a favor and try out this place.

Easy to get a milk tea, fresh fruit, fresh milk, probiotic drink, fresh tea, tea latte, slush or q smoothie. They also have rolled ice cream. Buns or dumplings are made of pork, beef, or shrimp. Place is descent, sitting outside and inside. Might be a little hotter inside during summer.

Ordered: JiDanBing with Grilled Chicken and medium spice, was amazing & Passion Fruit Black Tea. I work downtown and will definitely be back and try other options on the menu.

One of the few places in the area that serve a Chinese crepe/jianbing. Yes, it’s slightly Americanized... so you are not going that truly authentic taste, but it does come pretty close. The Boba tea is delicious and probably one of the better ones I’ve had in the area. The staff is nice and attentive, and food came out quickly.

We all had different teas and they were amazing. I'll bet back for dumplings soon. They make them with fresh ingredients and watching them mix was like watching an artist paint. Really different and a must try.

first time in and this place rocks! i wish i would’ve known it was here sooner. bubble tea is super delicious - like others have said not too sweet, but very tasty and non dairy!! the jianbing was also delicious. i honestly had no idea what to expect, but it was flaky and full of flavor. tasty tofu. little gem tucked away off the ave.

AMAZING! Everything we tried was amazing. Taiwan popcorn chicken, homemade steamed pork dumplings were heavenly. We tried the the Sakura rose boba and the white peach Yakult— both lovely. Finished off with Red Squad rolled ice cream (fresh strawberries and graham crackers), and can’t wait to come back. A peaceful little respite in the heart of Delray with darling decor and the most helpful, welcoming staff! We will be back tomorrow!
