I went there after recently moving to Belle Glades area the first thing I noticed was how they greeted me it was so rude i couldn't believe they have Medical Degrees acting like trash. Also they put me in mental ward after catching allergic reactions i couldn't respond but heard all the nasty things that was said about me it was ridiculous I'm currently in process of lawsuit.

They take hours until they see you. What may feel to you as needing to be seen urgently they clearly don't see it that way and will take their time until seeing you. They lack time management. Some of the Dr's are also inexperienced.

My mother was well taken care of here. I was blown away the level of utmost professionalism here. The ER nurse, Tito was amazing! He treated my mother with the highest level of courtesy and care I have ever seen! I am beyond impressed by everyone! I am very grateful by this hospital. I cannot thank everyone especially Tito enough taking care of my mother.

No Wait , which was the ONLY good experience . " Doctors " FAILED to evaluate and examine my baby THOROUGHLY . Sent Her home with no prescription of anything, took her temperature rectally TWICE . 2 Days Later the problem I complained about and they neglected to see , is WORST . Emergency Room FULL of STUDENTS not DOCTORS . I wouldnt recommend ANYONE HERE . All the other reviews are FAKE . PALMS WEST is the only hospital anyone IN THE GLADES area shoud go to .

As a fellow Registered Nurse I was very disappointed in my nursing care. As a nurse your main job is being an advocate for your patients and your failed terribly. Besides not calling Hospitalist when needed also an employee named Burnidett told me I had to stay in my room of course with an attitude and I'm not a 1013. I have requested calls from admission without a response.

Lakeside medical is the worst hospital. It take them 8 hour to provide patient with a room. Some people be in pain and still can’t found a room to be check. They need to do better.

Not happy with my mom having to wait over 5 hours to get started with her dialysis😡 Lord knows this is not right. No one even comes in the room to explain anything!!! Not cool. First time she came in at 7:30 am and didn't get to go home until 7:30pm😡😡

Terrible patient care. The nurse came to the room once. I pressed call button 3 times no one came. 4 hours and they gave me a Benadryl. Came in here WITH THE WRONG CHART!!!! Forgot to give me the Benadryl!!!!! They are rude and the room was dirty. This is not my first time. Last time they kicked me out and told me the waiting room is not a waiting zone for my ride to pick me up. Before that they refused to check me for a miscarriage. Went to a different hospital and I was having one. They had refused to do a ultrasound because "they don't do them on the weekends". Every time I come there is absolutely horrible service. They allow anyone to come back to see you without telling you or getting your permission.

Please Acknowledge Dr Skylar Roman and Nurse Rose 9-27-18 and all the staff as well as the sonogram tech they was so polite very caring as well as concerned they listened and treated the best they can for me . I am beyond Thankful. Whoever is in charge of the reviews please treat this Dr and Nurse with a reward very well deserved as well as the staff inside so friend being more as friends who cared but licensed to help ! I was brought to Lakeside on a vent having Covid Pneumonia. I was there approx. 22 days. I only remember the last 3 days. They treated my husband and daughters so kind. The phone calls from family were treated with care. I lived and feel that they did everything they could to help the Lord heal me. Our family has been so blessed and we all thank each of you.

My mom who is 83 years old was taken to LSMC. She lost her vision sudden and began to panic. Upon my arrival to the hospital (ER) I spoke with Brian (charge nurse) , I asked how's my mom and what's her diagnosis. He began ranting " your mom was yelling and screaming, we don't have to dial a phone for our patients it's out of courtesy we do that and I told her we don't have to. " I told him she's an 83 year who suddenly lost her vision, I could understand her panicking, ( no empathy) now what's going on with her. Brian, a 6ft guy abt 220 lbs who wears his sleeves on his shoulders. My mom said she began to randomly push buttons on her cellphone trying to call her family because no one would dial the phone for her. My mom has been to LSMC several times and I must admit her care was exceptional. This was just one bad experience. I've also encountered Dr. Alonsoperez several times. He's one of the best. Very professional, kind and caring.

I am writing a report on a Nurse Nauyawho is at Lakeside medical for my grandmother (age 92) . I called and ask for an update and she didn’t even ask me for the code that is on my grandmother she just preceded to rudely say “Did you know she was discharge yesterday and her daughter didn’t pick her up ?” … I , then called my aunt whom she was speaking of and Nauya hung and said “I don’t have time for this” as my aunt is trying to explain her concerns. My grandmother is 92 with covid and pneumonia. She have only been there a day since they tried discharging her with no plan of care. She isn’t better she is the same way as she came there.

I had the best experience here delivering my son in the beginning of October 2020. I had the best nurse, Karen, who was on point and always there when I needed something. Dr. Collins was my Dr that delivered my son and he was truly amazing amd had been amazimg throughout my whole pregnancy.

dr. davison took care of my mom and grandmother in the same night. my family is very appreciative. excellent care and great nursing staff, too!

I went in for a CT scan because I had a kidney stone and was referred by a local urologist. I gave my insurance information and got the scan. That was several months ago and I keep getting bills for $3,000. I kept calling and asking why my insurance wasn't billed, and the business department would say that they were having a glitch in their system and that it would be fixed soon. I finally found out that my claim was denied because LSMC failed to send the needed paperwork to my insurance. Now I am having to submit an appeal that has no guarantees of being granted.

I was admitted by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. This place has destroyed my life. I am now a mental patient forever.

Small, hometown feel instead of big-city factory. The staff care about you getting better. The rooms could use some updating but the important part is that the staff are actually invested in making people feel better.

I'm writing this review for my niece. She took her baby to lakeside medical center she said it was the worst experience ever. She took her twice in one week. First time they said it was asthma told her to go to a specialist. Second time ear infection sent her home again. Now her baby is at Palm West hospital they found what is wrong with her. The baby has fluid in both her lungs and infection in both ears. She took her baby for medical help not to be ignored. They kept her at the hospital thank God for Palm West hospital. Lakeside medical center is unacceptable and needs to be looked into. I gave it one star because there is nothing lower.

If you live anywhere in the Belle Glade or Pahokee area I highly recommend the services of the Lakeside Medical Center on Hooker Highway. Their staff and services are the best!

Doctor is excellent and cares about patients. I have never felt rushed or unheard. I give this walk in two thumbs up.

This by far was the absolute worse hospital. Some of the nurses were asking Inappropriate questions,Some were rude and made me and my guest very uncomfortable. I delivered my first baby at this hospital August 15th 2020. Which was something that I wanted to be the best experience for me. Well because of this hospital it turned out to be the worse and I will forever regret having my first child here. they discharged me after 12:00am and sent me home with a newborn. I can understand why labor and maternity is shutting down.

Just released after 4 days. Found the staff professional, interested in your illness and always available when needed. During a illness, it is pleasant to be cared for properly, makes an unwanted situation more bearable.

It was around 1 a.m. teal 1:30 a.m. and we have arrived till this Hospital. When we arrive we was greeted by a room security cop that just wanted to flirt and lie talk to this police cop who later on I will find out both of their names. She lied about going in the back and trying to figure out who my brother name was and what he was there for. They are the rudest people in third responders names I have ever known. And I hate that we have fallen victim to be in this type of community where they don't care to update the families and let them know how their family members are doing. But to rather have a happy rather enjoying conversation in front of you knowing that you and your caring loved one's life is the whole reason why you are here in the 1st place. They are laughing they are enjoying their conversation they are not having no kind of remorse nor a consideration about u or anything that you might be feeling at this time for you or your loved one. Nurse name Ms. Buyers who identified herself as officer and also said that she was pregnant because of this cop that has yet to identify himself wanted to arrest me for asking her about her whereabouts and what was her knowledge about what she knew about my brother . On a rainy day, several of my family members and I went to the Emergency Room to see a family member, when we were told there is a one person policy to go in the emergency room (no problem). But, while that one person went back to see a family member, the rest of us had to sit outside. What was the weather like? Rainy and Mosquitos!!
