often,
way
too
often!!!
If
you
were
to
currently
compare
the
20+
closest
locations,
one
is
way
above
the
rest!
Congrats
to
the
team
at
292
Miracle
Mile.
Throughout
the
challenges
of
the
pandemic,
the
team
has
done
a
great
job
keeping
us
a
bit
safer
with
their
protocols
and
asking
customers
to
socially
distance,
while
never
compromising
stellar
customer
service.
The
team
is
efficient!!!
They
address
me
by
first
name
(yeah,
I
know
our
names
are
on
the
cups)
but
even
when
I
haven't
placed
a
mobile
order.
It
makes
you
feel
special,
like
at
your
favorite
bar
or
restaurant.
What
makes
the
team
unique
is
that
they
know
so
so
so
many
of
the
regulars
that
come
in
by
name.
They
also
remember
the
special
way
we
all
order
our
beverages.
Today,
topped
the
charts
-
Cristina
remembered
that
I
was
saving
some
stars
to
purchase
a
pound
of
Casi
Cielo
(our
favorite)
whenever
it
would
be
released
this
year.
I
didn’t
think
it
would
be
in
for
a
few
more
months.
However,
the
coffee
came
in
yesterday
and
Cristina
had
already
set
aside
a
pound
for
me
with
my
name
on
it.
Talk
about
bringing
a
tear
to
your
eye
-
that
is
phenomenal
customer
service
in
one’s
DNA!
Day
in
and
day
out,
Tay
is
an
amazing
supervisor
who
is
always
ensuring
a
great
guest
experience
and
provides
real
service
recovery,
when
needed.
I’m
sure
this
location
has
much
less
service
recovery
than
other
locations
–
they
always
seem
to
be
onboarding,
training
and
improving
the
team.
Cassidy
and
Sherry
always
remember
those
customizations
that
all
of
us
pain
in
the
a$$es
order.
I
know
I'm
forgetting
the
names
of
at
least
three
others
of
their
A-Team
to
recognize
-
Sorry.
In
fact,
they
are
all
part
of
the
A-Team.
Thank
you
for
making
the
daily
infusion
of
caffeine
such
a
great
experience.
