I go to Starbucks too often, way too often!!! If you were to currently compare the 20+ closest locations, one is way above the rest! Congrats to the team at 292 Miracle Mile. Throughout the challenges of the pandemic, the team has done a great job keeping us a bit safer with their protocols and asking customers to socially distance, while never compromising stellar customer service. The team is efficient!!! They address me by first name (yeah, I know our names are on the cups) but even when I haven't placed a mobile order. It makes you feel special, like at your favorite bar or restaurant. What makes the team unique is that they know so so so many of the regulars that come in by name. They also remember the special way we all order our beverages. Today, topped the charts - Cristina remembered that I was saving some stars to purchase a pound of Casi Cielo (our favorite) whenever it would be released this year. I didn’t think it would be in for a few more months. However, the coffee came in yesterday and Cristina had already set aside a pound for me with my name on it. Talk about bringing a tear to your eye - that is phenomenal customer service in one’s DNA! Day in and day out, Tay is an amazing supervisor who is always ensuring a great guest experience and provides real service recovery, when needed. I’m sure this location has much less service recovery than other locations – they always seem to be onboarding, training and improving the team. Cassidy and Sherry always remember those customizations that all of us pain in the a$$es order. I know I'm forgetting the names of at least three others of their A-Team to recognize - Sorry. In fact, they are all part of the A-Team. Thank you for making the daily infusion of caffeine such a great experience.

Excellent place to get coffee in Coral Gables. Clean location and the staff is very friendly. There's outdoor seating and parking available as well.

The rudest person took my order, she scolded me for standing in line outside with a window half open. She told me the register was OBVIOUSLY closed. Other customers was directed inside after me much nicer from other employees….if she’s the manager she has a lot to learn!!

This is by far the worst run Starbucks of all I’ve attended. Over-staffed with inattentive employees. Not just inefficient but they actually make the guest feel unwelcome. No engagement or friendliness unless it’s to each other behind the counter. Longest wait time of any location I’ve been to. Lastly, the place is a complete mess with bathrooms disgusting and a very messy back of house. Always out of hot matcha tea when the location right around the corner always has it. Obviously they don’t like to make it here which fits in well with their “guest last” strategy.

Unfortunately this store has deteriorated to the point that it's unbearable to visit. Multiple calls and emails to Starbucks corporate are met with a link to complete a survey online and a chatbot responds (see other low reviews). The Lobby is dirty, seats are occupied by what the staff refer to internally as "travelers". You are met with the smell of human waste when you first walk in, not coffee. Avoid this Starbucks location at all costs.

I came to this Starbucks on a Sunday that my wifi went out in my apartment. I got up to the counter and was shocked that I left my wallet at home (seriously) and Isa was very kind enough to comp me of it. Very nice gesture that went a long way for me. Life happens. Thank you Isa, great staff. Don't go in expecting to get free coffee now.... lol

Horrible service None of the employees has a clue on what they are doing. They don't know the items, my sandwich came out burned, waited forever for my coffee but the worst part is that they're not even busy, they jus there talking to each other and don't care about the customer, they literally ignore you.

The worst staff out of all the Starbucks I purchase from on a daily basis. Un professional & rude. I orders a straight black coffee and it took them 20 minutes before I said something. When I said something I got attacked. By a smart mouthed at the window named Christina. I run a department of over 500 employees. When I see Christina just standing against a desk with her hands crossed rather than help out them an have better customer awareness this taking out the fastest order out the way bring it was just poor coffee into a cup. My wife and I wanted to rest for a few minutes and have coffee and dessert, as always the attendant's offered great service with a smile, a good sign for our times, the food was good the service was great and the atmosfere excellent.

I would have to say my experience at this location was probably one of the worst Starbucks I have been to. Disorganized, unhelpful, I’m probably the worst coffee I’ve had. This location, the windowI” it’s completely disorganized. You don’t know who’s ordered who is in line and neither does the cashier outside. Which makes it harder because all you have is a bunch of people standing around and you’re asking if they’ve ordered at who’s next.

Great location in Miracle Mile. Really nice service and staff. They have a pickup window. Signs everywhere for social distancing. The outdoor area is small, but I enjoy going for a walk with my drink in that area. The only parking close by is city parking. Good luck parking near by!

I went to Starbucks this morning to receive the bonus points from the app. I ordered the perfect bar, the berry trio parfait. The cheese and fruit protein box and a Trent’s iced green tea. The food is prepackaged but still good. They have prepared foods as well such as breakfast sandwiches, overall good and this one is open early

Great staff. They try their best to memorize your names and your orders. Van in particular is a lively and welcoming presence despite it being an early morning shift. Great music choice as well.

Today I placed my order through the app. 10 minutes before getting to the store so I would just have to pick up and go to work. I was going to pick up a latte and a Sandwich, no big deal right? Once I get there they never asked me if I needed something, I had to ask for help. I gave them my name and they gave me the coffee and let me know that they will give me my sandwich in a moment. I used to really enjoy coming here. The diversity of people was pleasing as well as the service, but lately the place is constantly filled with the local homeless.
