My
shopping
experience
today
was
awful
and
intimidating
5/23/19
at
the
Brickell
location
in
Miami,
FL.
I
entered
the
store
and
I
was
welcomed
by
a
employee
and
a
manager
and
they
asked
what
I
was
looking
for
and
I
told
them
I
was
stopping
in
to
get
a
few
samples.
The
entire
time
I
felt
an
unwelcoming
presence
and
it’s
disgusting
being
as
though
I’ve
been
a
member
for
many
years.
I
like
to
shop
and
be
very
comfortable
while
doing
so.
I
was
approached
by
the
manager
several
times
during
my
duration
in
the
store
she
even
questioned
me
when
I
had
multiple
foundations
sitting
on
the
vanity.
Asking
“Can
she
take
a
few
away”
?
She
also
made
it
her
business
to
tell
me
its
only
“3
Samples
allotted
each
day”.
I
was
unaware
of
that
policy
and
never
been
reprimanded
about
wanting
to
sample
an
item,
BUT
NOW
I
KNOW!
At
this
point
I
am
beyond
agitated
and
cannot
wait
to
make
a
review
because
profiling,
discrimination
and
assumptions
SHOULD
NOT
BE
ALLOWED
while
a
customer
is
shopping!
The
manager
at
this
location
needs
to
be
reprimanded
and
coached
on
how
to
not
be
so
forthcoming
to
customers!
I
am
in
the
process
of
making
a
$167
dollar
purchase
online
and
I
am
really
hesitant
on
purchasing.
I
may
just
take
my
business
to
ULTA
or
another
welcoming
brand
this
manager
really
ruined
my
Sephora
Experience
and
I’ve
been
shopping
with
you
all
for
years!
Disappointing
and
saddening.
