I purchased a few watches from Gray & Sons before and I had a positive experience. Recently, I asked them to appraise a Rolex Pepsi which I also had 2 other appraisals at $22,000 and $ 21,500. I received an extremely LOW BALL offer from Gray&Sons, at less than half the other watch sellers are giving. The business has come way down. I had to ask if they are under new Managment? Maybe a used car lot manager is now running the business, at least that what it feels like? I trust business like Bob's Watches that always work with the customer. I will not trust Gray & Sons ever again.

I was looking for an unusual watch the past few years. I had the pleasure of working with Viktoria and she found the perfect watch, a 1915 Patek Philippe which is in amazing condition. If you need a quality watch, no need to look any further and ask for Viktoria. You will not be disappointed. And all the watches come with a one to two year warranty. I have a Corum 20$ gold piece watch which stopped running. I brought it to a Corum dealer to replace the battery. They told me it needed repair after examining it. They sent it to Corum who returned it after 4 weeks or so stating they could NOT fix it as they didn’t have the parts. I love this watch and was more than disappointed. I then took it to Gray & Sons. They opened it while I waited and said they could fix it. I was happy. A week later the watch was fixed and looking brand new. I was more than pleased. Not only were they able to repair (with 12 month guarantee ) it, but they were so human which makes all the difference. We are so happy we’ve discovered them and plan to be regular customers.

Came in looking to get a replacement crystal on my omega speedmaster. Greg was assisting me and he let me know that the scratch was not deep enough to warrant a replacement so he had the repairman in the back polish the hesolite cryatal and brought it back to looking new!! They didnt even charge me and cleaned up the watch for me. Upstanding guys and really appreciated their service. Hard to find these days in so fla!!!

Gray and Sons did a fantastic job re-finishing my Rolex 14k Gold Oyster Bracelet. The finish looks just as it did when I purchased the bracelet for my Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date watch back in the late 1980's. The replacement of worn hollow rivets is only identifiable to me as I knew several needed replacing and they all now look as the did when new. I highly recommend their repair / service department.
