Went for a Mont Blanc pen, ended up with a traditional, trusted jeweler too! While I was being expertly assisted by Andrea in choosing a new pen from among the many Jae's has in stock, my "shopping companion" was happy to see the quality and variety of jewelry pieces on display. An excellent conversation was also had with Jill about revising current jewelry to update the styles - exactly what we were hoping to find after recently moving to Coral Gables!

My experience with Jae’s has been unbelievable. I brought in my grandmother’s heirloom ring to be redesigned. Jill helped me through it all. She showed me all the possibilities for the jewels that could be re-purposed. The vision she was able to create for the necklace was transformative. The jewelers who worked on the piece made an exquisite cross that I can wear and think of my grandmother each time I wear it. It feels like it was always meant to be a necklace. They were also able to redesign the piece so quickly! Faster than what was originally quoted. Jill was so friendly and helpful! I can’t say enough great things about Jae’s. My boyfriend went into Jae’s to buy me a birthday present. I am a little bit picky to shop for in terms of jewelry because my mom owns a women’s clothing and jewelry boutique. My boyfriend knows I’m also allergic to sterling silver and even the nickel free earrings give me issues most times! Gold earrings are the only ones that work for me, but due to cost it’s not typical I can get my hands on a pair! My boyfriend worked with Andrea and Jill on finding the perfect pair of gold ball earrings for me. They were patient, helpful and super friendly. Not even two weeks later and one of the earring backs fell out of my ear (accidents happen!) and they were able to replace the back for me with no issues, questions asked or anything of that nature. The jewelers that I’ve interacted with there have been very nice, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. their prices may be a bit higher than other jewelers‘ similar pieces, but it is hard to compare because generally the pieces are not exactly identical. It is definitely worthwhile to check their pieces out when you are looking for fine jewelry.
