Awful service on the floor early morning on Friday I arrived at 6:50 am for a cappuccino and a cheese danish, the girl who prepared the orders didn’t be awesome and served everyone arrived before me it’s ok when I had been waiting 10 minutes I see that the people who arrived later From me he left with there orders so I asked a guy who entered his shift and it was until then that they checked that my order had not even been taken into account. It took 17 minutes for them to attend me because this girl wanted to not attend me. It’s my stop every morning close my work but now I don’t think so AND ALSO! they didn’t have matcha and i was later to work

Well Stephanie in the drive thru must have not been working. Going on more than 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 vehicles in front of me. Not a busy time according to Google. Took awhile for them to take my order. Line behind me just grew to 10 vehicles. Have to say very slow service. Waited another 8 minutes at window for one drink. Downgrade to one star.

SLOOOWWW. Why can this store figure out how to offer faster service like so many other Starbucks.

i went and got a passion tea lemonade. first of all, i’m a barista AT STARBUCKS and know how the drink is supposed to be made. i asked for light lemonade, and the drink i received probably had the lightest splash of tea. literally 99% lemonade??? i asked, “i’m sorry i ask for light lemonade” the man said “this is light lemonade”, walked away, AND THEN HANDED ME THE SAME DRINK. i work the same job as this man and could never in my life imagine being THAT bad of a barista.

Service was very slow. Waited over 10mn. for 2 drinks and 2 bagels. despite placing the order on the mobile app, well in advance.

My order was nearly $20. I gave the cashier $100 bill and she proceeded to tell me in order to use $100 bill I needed to spend $35. Did I miss something or am I using the same $100? Mind you no sign what’s so ever that stated such policy! She preferred to throw away my coffees than to take my $100 bill! Never again!!!!

A good looking starbuck coffeeshop where you can spend some times with your college and friends, also you can bring kids because there are all kind of tasty food to enjoy , i advise go at 6 pm forward because at morning there are a lot of people passing by there and getting coffee ☕ because it is working time at that moment. 👍 But is a nice place overall.

I love this starbucks because of the attendants!!! Out of all starbucks this is the one that has the nicest, most professional and fastest attendants of all. Keep up the good work guys!!

I hate this Starbucks. I only go here when the one on 8th street (next to the Coldstone) is closed. This Starbucks is always water down & every time I ask for something extra it’s still bare minimum. I have pictures. The one on 8th is way better quality & the people are nicer./I gave it a second opportunity last night & ordered a trenta only to be given a venti & 1/4 filled of a tall because your staff said the machine was having trouble. & I get that but at least try to recover with something else. I attached the water down of the two days ago & the one from last night. Lousy service.

Leslie, an employee at this store is very rude. She thinks she can speak to people as less than her and demeans customers with no remorse.

Went to this Starbucks on Oct 31 2022 paid for my food and notice that the cashier didn’t give me my card back. I went back to get my card and he had used my card for two transactions that wasn’t mines. And he never mentioned anything about it when I went to pick my card up. I’m going to get in touch with corporate about this situation!

Visited this store around 11:15 and it's the slowest starbucks I think I've ever been too. Ended up placing a mobile order after waiting awhile in the drive thru line to expedite my order at 11:21, got to the speaker at 11:31. Finally got to the window at 11:39

This is by far the best Starbucks in town. No matter what crazy mix I come up with, they have never responded with anything but a smile and a sounds really good. I have been going to this location for years and no matter where I travel or where I'm going locally, my first stop before heading out is this Starbucks location. The lines are a bit long, but everyone is willing to wait patiently for their turn. Top notch Starbucks. Keep it up guys, you are all so wonderful.

As a local I come here often, it used to be better. The recent times we come here the coffee has been mostly milk no caramel taste and did not put caramel crumble, they dont have the taste that they are supposed to have. Other locations just 8 min away have a much nicer presentation. The location is nice but is usually infested by highschoolers from the bear by schools that it ruins the nice vibe. The staff is nice but forgot the cake pop and looked overworked. Used to be better.

ST stores are my favorite spot.. I can say this is one of my top 5. So clean...the kids working there make you feel special and are very attentive to what you need... The AC is perfect; not too cold not to warm... kudos!! great store

I love this this place. John and Claudia are two of the people that attend to me when I go mostly, and the customer service is phenomenal. I met John first like maybe a year ago and his friendliness, kindness, and thoughtfulness made me go back! Claudia is always cheery and even with her mask, her eye smile can't be missed, she's so friendly and kind. I work in the healthcare field, and my shifts can go from 12,16, even 24 hours sometimes, and let me tell you, it gets draining sometimes. But coming to this Starbucks, no matter what time of day, always gives me the energy I need to go right back to work. I have a Starbucks 3 minutes from my house, but I always make the drive to this one - 15 minutes - because it's more than just a cup of coffee with them. You guys are amazing, since i've been coming to this place since I was a senior in high school, to now being in the front lines of a Pandemic. You guys are phenomenal!

I think Starbucks had changed a lot since they reopened after quarantine. The French Vanilla Latte is not as good as it used to be. They are running out of milk or not having all choices as before. I really thought I should stop buying Starbucks coffee.

Actually not a regular client, but I have to admit it, best drive thru service ,went to 87 av and coral Way location, almost closing time and they just don't hesitate in taking my order which was only a bag of expresso beans ,since I bought the grinder today and couldn't wait to get fresh roasted coffee beans from ⭐ bucks, thank you so much and you guys Rock!!!

Big and roomy. One of the few Starbucks in Miami to close late, perfect place for late coffee drinkers. Their patio is roomy. Plenty of parking space.

This Starbucks had a large lounge area with comfortable seats and plenty of electrical outlets. Most importantly version user can access 5G from this location.

The drive thru is always packed and they are always busy, but the drinks and coffee always come out great anyway!
