WONDERFUL experience from the initial phone call until we left the spa. Damian (owner) is such a sweet, sincere man, and a absolute pleasure to work with planning my surprise anniversary spa day for my husband. He understood and came up with the perfect package of services I wanted us to have. Made sure to block enough time for everything so we aren’t rushed and can truly enjoy the whole experience. Also, I added champagne, fruit, and balloons to make the day more special. Damian took care of everything and kept in communication to inform everything was good and ready for a beautiful experience. IT SURE WAS!!! The couples massage room was set up nicely with an inviting relaxing experience and balloons with a cute heart decoration on the door. Although we arrived late (totally our fault), Lino my massage therapist and Petra my husband’s massage therapist helped me to relax and assured we will still get our entire time. They creatively worked it all out on saving time but no by any means skimping on our treatments. We had the full body massage with basalt hot stones along with exfoliating foot scrub. First for both of us. It was so relaxing. Lino found knots and tightness in places I didn’t know I had. I felt so much better when he was done. Sitting a lot each day has taken a toll on my body. Petra did such a great job on my husband he fell asleep. They appropriately checked in (not too much or too little) to ensure the pressure was the right amount and the stones wasn’t too hot. Much appreciated! Next Petra did our facials. It’s not easy doing two people at the same time which wasn’t the original plan but she worked it out seamlessly. Again not shortening anything. It worked out better because we were able to leave on treatments longer on the areas needed. I appreciate her explaining every step prior to working on myself and husband. I very much enjoyed relaxing and chatting with her during the process while my husband continued sleeping. Lol! She was such a delight and sincerely takes pride in her work to ensure she does what’s best for our skin. Also, very knowledgeable and I learned several new tips when doing our at home facial. Lastly, we moved to the Breathe Lounge which was beautifully set up with a selection of teas, champagne, and a fruit tray. Damian stopped in to introduce himself between his massage sessions to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Also, encouraged us to stay as long as we like as the lounge was prepared just for us. He checked in periodically to ensure we were comfortable and refilled our fruit tray. The fruit (pineapple, tangerine) was very sweet and delicious. We haven’t gone anywhere or done anything since COVID. Options was very limited as we didn’t feel comfortable venturing out as we usually do. This was perfect for our special day. I highly recommend Serenity Rose to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, spa experience for yourself or any special occasion. So worth it! They are phenomenal! Looking forward to going back. We felt totally safe as they practice COVID procedures including temperature testing and hand washing upon entry. Everything was clean. Everyone wore masks the entire time.

Completed a birthday couple massage and it was wonderful. Our therapists Victoria & Christopher did an excellent job making it a good experience for us. They were professional, engaging, and attentive to our needs. The young registration lady and Amani were so helpful & accommodating during our appointment scheduling time. The facility is clean with holistic & therapeutic atmosphere. We will definitely be returning, thank you again for our experience!

My masseuse Victoria is knowledgeable about every part of the body. I had a fracture leg that healed but was unable get back to normal with range and motion. My gate was off, hip lopsided and continues pain. After the first treatment with Victoria I couldn’t believe how much better I felt, I could walk better and the pain left. The whole body massage improves in every area, mentally and physically. Now this appointment with Victoria is a must have and life changing. Damian is THEE absolute best! I gladly drive over 50 miles for his 2-hour massages! I've been a client for years and he never disappoints! He's a great communicator and skilled at his craft. He always asks how active I've been and if there's any areas that have been giving me aches or pains so that he can focus on ensuring a customized massage. I used to have so many issues with my left ankle due to an old injury to the point I had to wear an ankle support sleeve to workout. After Damian got his hands on this ankle...the sleeve went into the trash! Do yourself a favor and book here asap! Don't worry if you can't get in to see Damian specifically because he's also taken the time to build a team that will ensure you will receive top notch service!

Petra was amazing! It’s very hard to find someone who understands the body and has the experience, strength & knowledge to give the perfect massage. Her background in Germany and many years of great experience are very evident. I highly recommend for anyone who needs deep tissue work to balance out the body and release tight/problematic areas!

Petra does great massages, she worked out my sciatica and neck pains in my first visit. The atmosphere is perfect with calming and relaxing lighting, music and aromas. They had the best tea flavors.

Damian is absolutely incredible. He has a healing energy/aura about him, and he incorporates stretching with his massage. He taught me new reasons as to why my neck is so tight. I've had an awesome experience here. Petra has been my therapist specifically for post-op lymphatic massages and she is great! You can really tell she knows what she is doing and she also teaches you about the lymphatic system during the massage. My pain level has gone down significantly. She has also showed me a few things I can do myself at home to help keep the pain and swelling down. I would definitely recommend Petra to anyone!

My husband and I did a couples massage and it was excellent! We love getting massages but I often struggle with relaxing, not this time. This was easily the best massage I’ve gotten. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the setting was clean, cozy, and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!
