They don't allow anyone to use the restroom no matter if you have a stomach condition . Employee stated someone left it a mess. Very rude about this. I believe it is a state and federal law. Way to go Joann's. Never going to shop at this store! One star was too much.!!!

Terrible,,, no AC . 2 Ladies tried to help me find something they do not carry for about 30 minutes in the very back of the store. No ax had to be 100 degrees or more in the back of the store.

-10 if I could. Always one employee and a lazy one that will surface eventually when the one employee can no longer handle the crowd. Unfortunately the only fabric store in town and usually drive elsewhere just to avoid this one because it never improves. Horrible!

Beware, no public restroom no matter how bad you need it. Take care of business first or go somewhere else where facilities are available. Thanks for making me run to another store, far away, one you rely on to serve YOUR customers needs.

I had the worst experience at this store yesterday, I patiently waited for fabric to be cut by associate as she was cutting a large quantity for another customer. When the second associate finished at cash she went to other cutting table and fiddled with unboxing fat quarters , I approached her table to have my fabric and was told I was just to continue waiting for the first associate to finish with her customer as she was busy unpacking the box. I waited a few minutes and finally decided to leave store without my fabric the associate called me as I walked out but by this point I was angry and decided to just ignore her and walked out, there was only two customers in the store . Very poor customer service!

Customer service near the cut-counter with a staff member inspired fear in my mother. She refuses to return to this store on account of being shouted at by the cutting counter woman, with whom has frightened my mother on two other shopping attempts already. Recently, having no idea who this woman is, went in to buy something completely random (thank you popsicle stick craft craving) and lo and behold, *a* woman came up behind my spouse while he was in conversation with me actively, to snatch a sign out of his hand. “This isn’t for you,” she snaps, and walks off. Still not a clue if that is the same woman my mother has mentioned but it sucks both ways because if it IS the same woman: shame on you. If it is NOT the same woman: shame on you Joann’s for collecting nasty people! Do better!

Customer service at this location is fantastic! We live about 45 mins away and have two other Joann stores closer but we try to go to the Port Charlotte location anytime we can. They have a better selection of fabric and since we live farther away, we call the store to see if they have something in stock before we drive up. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Tina went above and beyond to help us find something that was out of stock at almost all other locations. Great store!

This store used to be a favorite. Extremely unorganized and friendly staff has disappeared. Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not return.

This a smaller store and they don't carry as much merchandise as the larger stores... didn't have two things that I wanted...

The store presents as a junk store, everything is piled on top of each other, narrow aisles and very limited knitting stock. The employees were quite rude, ignorant and sarcastic! I recommend anyone to drive a little further up the road to Michaels, I will never return to this pit again.

Joann's worker helped me on the phone and was so kind looking for the yarn I needed to complete my project. When she couldn't find it she suggested I get on their website to find it which idea I hadn't thought of! SO helpful and kind!

The girl who was there was very nice but she was the only employee for the whole store. They need more help!

My wife and I visited JoAnn Fabric this morning in Port Charlotte. My wife had been there before, but this was my first time there. Don't get me wrong, as a husband of a needle crafter of prolific character, I have been in almost every craft store imaginable and while I had not visited this particular JoAnn's before, I have been in JoAnn Fabric stores in several states.This JoAnn is a good store. It was clean and well maintained and stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. However, like other JoAnn's, the isles were a little narrow, but certainly shoppable. I feel in general JoAnn tries to cram too much merchandise into too little space. It does give the shoppers a bit more challenge to find items, but my wife does not seem to mind and that is the demographic they are shooting for, so I guess they are fine. I would encourage anyone who is a crafter, and that would mean ANY craft, because JoAnn certainly covers them all, to check them out. I think you will find exactly what you are looking for.

They always have great deals! Right now they have fleece on sale for $3.99/ and $4.99/ yard! I always find my crafting supplies here at great prices!

This is the happiest store! Hanna is so friendly and helpful.. I will always shop here for my fabrics. The store is clean and organized.. makes my day better just to shop here.. Thank you To all the Joann employees.. see you soon !

Quality products and clean store. They are somewhat limited in what they carry so I sometimes have to look elsewhere. Example: I bought a Brother sewing machine from them, but they have very little specifically for Brothers. I had to order online. But they do have an excellent assortment of fabrics

I went there to get something for a project and they did not have what I was looking for but I did find something else that was 75% off that I wanted for my yard there was only two employees I had to wait in line and they didn't offer me any coupons or discounts when the other lady had plenty so I was a little aggravated when I left

I love wandering through Joann stores. This was no exception. I was a little sad that they do not offer sewing classes here. But otherwise they have a full selection of craft supplies and of course sewing items.

Sometimes there are good employees and sometimes bad attitude employees. I see a big turnover with their staff. So I give them a three BC there are one or two employees that are just amazing friendly go above and beyond to help you and then of course then there's the other type of employees so Saturday

The sales people are great. The product this store puts out is completely overpriced. Their quality of fabric is mediocre at best.

Nothing like getting a nasty attitude from an employee when I was trying to find out if a certain material could be ordered. If it's such an inconvenience to do a job maybe it's time to find a new one! Won't be back!!!!

I love this store! They have a great variety of fabrics, cute home decor, but what makes it outstanding is the service. The employees are attentive, friendly and helpful.
