One of my favorite places to buy cigars in the whole world very good people very kind people very knowledgeable people very nice people very well-kept cigars this is a true Jewel of cigar magnificence. A one-stop-shop for every need you may have with some of the best prices in the world. I love this place every time I go over there I have a ritual Beginning by having Cuban coffee right away lighting a cigar then doing a lot of talking and smoking while I'm picking out cigars to buy and take home to Greece with me. I've been coming here for 6 years and I love it when I discovered it there's nowhere else I would go while I'm in Miami to buy cigars.

They are in the midst of a remodel but still a great place to go with a phenomenal selection and very friendly and helpful staff and it's also fantastic they have an on-site barbershop in the Crafters location as well as a cigar lounge and a Cuban coffee bar highly highly recommended if you go to Miami

Excellent experience and service while smoking some fine cigars. Great prices, great selection of top shelf cigars. Try the house cigars for $5 as well. We drive down from Ft Lauderdale to enjoy the atmosphere. Make sure to ask for a complimentary Cuban coffee shot. It's like being in Havana without leaving the USA.

It's been a couple years since I've been here and they still have some of the best prices in town. I'm always treated like family by the staff when I come here. This trip I met Liz she showed me the new house trolled cigars, they went up in price a bit but that's still a great deal since it didn't matter the size or cut of the cigar. I bought 15 cigars I hand picked for under $80! I'm sending some off to a Military brother of mine in Vegas because yes their products are worth shipping across country.

Rodrigo!! This man hooked us up with everything we need for our first cigar! He was so professional, was very knowledgeable and gave us a great shopping experience. He cut our cigars for us and showed us the many different ways to do so and the significance of each style. I’d come back again and again. I wish Rodrigo the best with this company! 5 stars! Amazing service and great selection of cigars! I bought as many as I could fit into my carry on! The house brand is is a bargin at twice the price. For my money the maduro is where it's at and will always be!

I have been visiting, running in and out of this shop for years. When I say running, they are so close to the airport, if your layover is more than one hour, you can catch an Uber to the shop, grab some cigars *ask them where the $5 hand rolled cigars are, you won't be disappointed*, a shot of cuban coffee, and you could be back in your terminal in about 40 mins. The staff is always excellent, friendly, just and overall fantastic experience, every visit. 10/10

Get the house cigars in a bundle, you won't find a better price for a smoother smoke. I was chilling out smoking a cigar and ran into older dude smoking one of the Cuban Crafter cigars who said this was the only place he trusted to get a great deal balanced with quality. I went over to Cuba Crafters the day after and have never seen a larger walk-in humidor. The staff was friendly and helpful without being too pushy. The bundle of house cigars range from $55 to $100 for 25 cigars. I smoked one of their cuban seed house cigars and it was the perfect level of sweet and smooth. If you can't go in person, I recommend ordering online.

It's one of my favorite Cigar Shops in all of Miami. They have the largest humidor in South florida, and their selection and variety go beyond any average shop. All the staff members are very knowledgeable and will guide you in the right direction, from novice to experts. These guys and girls know what they're talking about. Quick Shout out to Luis. He's an amazing dude who really loves this hobby and is very passionate about his job. Overall love this place!

Visited from Jensen Beach with my girlfriend. The manager Richard greeted us with a warm smile as soon as we entered. The smell was wonderful. Surprisingly it wasn’t overpowering. Instead it was quite pleasant. Being relatively new to this lifestyle I asked a lot of questions. Richard was extremely helpful and explained the basics to us. His wealth of knowledge led us to the right cigars, cutter, lighter and humidor. I appreciated that he didn’t try to over sell me. He made sure our experience was fulfilling and satisfying. Cuban Crafters represents the cigar culture extremely well. They’re focused on customer service and love what they do. We’ll be back again for sure. By the way, try the Cuban coffee made by Mario. The best we’ve had!

Best cigar cutters on the market! I have a half dozen "premium cigar cutters" and I probably will never use any of them ever aging. I cut my fist cigar with it and I giggled like a little kid. Its so sharp I cant believe it! You could brand it Davidoff slap a 200 dollar price tag on it and Cigar Aficionado would call it the best cigar cutter ever made. I got the Cuban Crafters 29 perfect

Horrible customer service at the store and at the airport. I traveled to Miami for a baseball game last week and was meeting my buddies there. I travel Miami once a month on business, I arrived early and went inside to start a purchase for us to enjoy after the game. Needless to say did not happen. I walked in with my carry on and was barely greeted, was mostly looked at with bewilderment. Proceeded to walk into the humidor and set my roller board carry-on to the side when a young man approached and notified me that I remove my bag and place it near the register. He sensed my embarrassment and was emphatic. At that very moment my buddies arrived and we just left and purchased our cigars elsewhere. Decided against my better judgment to try their airport store as I was flying back home. Very rude and unengaging older man handling the store. Seemed bothered to be asked questions about the smoking pipes. You'd think a mature man his age would know better. Maybe it was my NY accent, but there won't be a third time.

I came to this cigar shop on Labor Day weekend with my service animal and was denied entry into the cigar humidor. The owner claimed he would not allow me entry because they had a problem in the past of dog hair getting on the cigars. I informed the owner my dog was a service animal and that he is permitted by state and federal law to accompany me at all times, but he still refused to allow me access to the humidor to purchase cigars. I will definitely be reporting this business to federal and state law enforcement to ensure he doesn’t continue to violate the law.
