10/10 recommend ChristieCare to ANYBODY. She is the best doctor I have ever in my whole life had. Where I am from doctors do not care about their patients at all. But here, Mrs. Christie loves us all and goes to extreme to help! She treats more than opioid addiction. If you are sick, like legitimately sick, she will call in antibiotics for us. Shes truly wonderful. I absolutely love her! I try to get all of my friends to go see her!❤

I wrote this original review about six months ago but I like to update them periodically because sometimes a business will start out great but then down the road their service can change. Not here! Dr. Pinolini is still as great as she was when I first started seeing her. And my original review stands. And her assistant Chris is really great too. If you have any questions or concerns she gets back to you almost immediately. It’s very difficult these days to find medical professionals that truly care about their patients. That is not the case with this office. What an absolute blessing to find Dr. Pinolini. 10/10. I spent nine months after moving to the area trying to find a doctor that could help me with my medical needs. Most doctors offices didn’t even bother to call me back. She called me back the same day. Speaking with her feels like you’re talking to an old friend. She doesn’t just wait for her turn to talk, she actually LISTENS to you. She is extremely knowledgeable. You can tell her anything and there is absolutely no judgement, just kindness. She just wants to do what is best for her patient’s. All the anxiety I had been feeling is completely gone now. I am beyond happy to have found such an incredible medical professional. Thank You so much Dr. Christie.

Christie is AMAZING! From our very first meeting I felt like we had known each other for years. She is a very genuine person. There is absolutely no judgement for anything you are working through, or questions you have, or treatments you think might work for you. Christie listens with an open mind and than gives you fair, straight forward feedback. Christie is very well educated and extremely smart. Not only is Christie very flexible with her appointments but she also responds to phone calls and texts very promptly. I recently got health insurance that unfortunately Christie doesn’t work with (yet), but I will continue to see her because my health is my priority and therefore I want to have the best professionals on my team and Christie definitely is the BEST!

After working with a couple different practices I’ve found that Christie is hands down the most caring and helpful doctor that I’ve had. I have been with her for over a year now and she has been there and helped me every step of the way. Everything is tailored for you and you can truly see that she cares and wants the best for her patients. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for help in any way shape or form!

I was lucky enough to find Christie Care when I suddenly transplanted from up north. She not only got back to me immediately. She assured me I will be in great hands. She was right. Best care i have ever experienced. A health care provider that actually cares! Flexible scheduling that includes weekends? What? Christie is helpful, informative and actually takes time to listen. She returns calls quickly, and answers my questions in a manner that is understandable. Her professionalism and experience are top shelf.

Christie has given my family a new, better future. I can't say enough good about what she has done for my life. She cannot fix anything for you, but she can definitely give you the tools to better your situation. I HIGHLY recommend Christie. I was grateful enough to have her during my treatment with for addiction. She helped me get clean and back on track. I stayed clean for 7 months. I have slipped up & am now using her through her own practice to start back on Suboxone. It is nice to have a provider who cares & checks on you during the hard time your going through. I am very thankful for her help and dedication. 10/10 review in my opinion.

Christie possesses a natural ability to understand and feel what her patients are experiencing, and she is able to meet their needs effectively. I look forward to our "talks" every month. She has gone far beyond any care that I have ever received in any medical forms. Christie is an observant listener and responds with the most honest opinion and resolution within her ability. Time of day or week proves to not be of importance to her, rather her patients are priority to her. I honestly do not know how she does it as committed she is to her practice. I can and have reached out to her with any sort of concern and she never fails to respond with her evaluation of the matter. I have very negative opinions of many past practices as receiving a return call or response from most practices, comes with anywhere from a three-day to a week delay in response. In this review I do not want to put pressure on her by stating all of the great values that she possesses with her patients, however, I do feel it necessary to exclaim the high quality of standards she naturally possesses. Again, I must say how important she has become in my life both as a professional and confidant. My life prior to Christie was on a sort of "just going through the motion" status to empowerment knowing that I have support on my side. Thank you Christie for all you do and balance. You are greatly appreciated.

I love Christie! I have been under her care for nearly 3 years now... Wow! I am so comfortable with her and trust her very much. Sometimes when it comes to our health, people tend to get embarrassed because it can get quite personal. With Christie, I have never felt awkward or embarrassed or judged. She is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward but also compassionate with the best sense of humor! I look forward to seeing her. She has kept me healthy throughout so much these past years and I trust her to continue to help keep me healthy. She is always responsive to emergencies and weird things that come up. She has worked with me when I needed it. The website gives me 24/7 access and I love that I have the option to do a video appointment while I am at work, or I can go see her in person, if I choose to. Christie is a great provider and her practice is a truly patient-friendly experience. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Miss Christie is an amazing doctor. She was the only doctor I've had that actually listens to what I have to say, she doesn't ignore me, she doesn't invalidate my feelings, in fact she works with me to figure out how we can solve certain problems and that helps me out tremendously. I would highly recommend her, especially if your nervous about finding a new doc, she's extremely welcoming and she doesn't judge you or the problems you may have. Shes One of the rare docs that actually shows empathy and compassion.

I’ve been going to Christie for several years now. She provides a lot of services and is always there to help. Would highly recommend her for Any of the services she provides. She builds a great relationship with you and doesn’t treat you like a number. To the point I pay out of pocket because she doesn’t take my insurance through my recent job.

I went with her when she 1st started now im bk with my old provider..Very sad I was one of her 1st patients very helpful. My phone broke then she made 2 appointments without my consent so I missed 3 shsays 4 and yes is correct I looked but never knew about those appointments. Very sad I have to leave I miss her so much greatest ever but feel like so people get a bigger head I guess really don't know how to explain or express this

This woman is absolutely phenomenal!! I cannot speak highly enough of this woman not only has she saved my life but she has for the first time in 20+ years shown me real honestly genuine, empathy, compassion, and understanding!!! She actually Wholeheartedly genuinely cares about her patients you’re not just a number!!!! This in itself is found one in 1 million these days or at least In my experience within the medical field! I’ve seen and dealt with hundreds of providers and she does not treat me as a number or for jst one thing? Christine has been more like a friend and therapist than anything and has helped me immensely in several ways!!! She is always the first person I reach out to for an opinion even when it comes to my own children, & unexpectedly newly sick hubby!!! I found her via telemedicine thank you Covid because of this horrific virus that’s ravished our nation there are some good things such as telemedicine and being able to have a honest genuine caring provider such as Christine at my fingertips!!! There’s always a silver lining to unfortunate horrible situations such as COVID-19 if you’re willing to look!!
