💐Good 2 have n the area, a bit pricey 4 some of the items. I get inflation & store name, but when the same items are elsewhere 4 a better price what are going to do?

Absolutely phenomenal shopping experience. Pleasant and knowledgeable staff from the sales associates to the store manager. Great selection. I’ll definitely be back.

Five stars from me due to them having men's sizes 13-18 here. We originally stopped in as our son needed better walking shoes, and everyone left with something. I scored a pair of Crocs size 15 flip-flops for $20

The cashier named Joy at the Nordstrom Rack on 12th St. and F NW in DC was extremely RUDE today (8/27/22). She kept insisting that I give her my phone number when I brought my merchandise for her to ring it up. I told her Nordstrom already has my number because I have a Nordy credit card. She literally threw my bagged merchandise at me after ringing it up. I was shocked. Otherwise I usually have a good experience at this store.

There's nothing here. One might have a better experience and options by perusing the aisles at a thrift store.

I love this place! They have quality goods for a fraction of the price. I’m a shoe hoarder. With a size 11 foot it’s hard to find good shoes There’s always a good selection for my big feet.

It has two stories and a good variety of women, men, and house products from well known brands. The store was a little confusing. They had good sales. They had a security guy at the entrance.

Not sure how it compares to other Nordstrom rack stores but the product availability was pretty slim, in my opinion. There are some well known brands, but not that much of a selection. The clothes that were there seemed to be organized by size, so that was a plus. I have returned something ordered online here and that went well.

Good selection of shoes and clothes, but do not expect any customer service. In my last attempt to buy shoes, I was mislead and given the wrong information three times in that visit. Endup buying the same shoes from Amazon

This was a clean and organized location but it seemed to just be Nordstrom Rack merchandise and not actual sale items.

Decent store and friendly staff. Very easy to navigate and many cheap items from great brands.

Very kind associates. Had all cashiers open on a Wednesday evening at 5 pm. The long line dissolved quickly. The staff was very attentive to my needs- one of the associates gave me a cart when I had too many items.

A Hidden Gem! Great place to find exclusive deals on shoes, clothes and accessories. High End products made in Italy and the U.S. You just have to take your time, look and find

Great location and great deals and seletion on the items I needed. The bow ties were a bit more expensive than saaks but the selection was better. Shoes were pricey but I found a great pair of dress shoes on clearance.

Nice location for easy in and easy out. The men's section is smaller than some locations but good stuff here and there.

I was deeply impressed by the staff here. They're as diligent, creative, and friendly as the staff at any clothing store I've been to. They're happy to leave you alone to shop, but when you ask for help, they jump right on it, and with good advice too!

I've been spoiled by larger, more organized, and stocked Nordstrom Racks. This one was a disappointment. Just wanted a couple t-shirts. Second visit: grabbed a couple ties. Much more clean and organized.

Great prices on all of the high end items. Abundance of coats and anything in between. Awesome store.

Didn't have to wait in line long , but store is unorganized, merchandise was looking like a second hand store.

I made a return here 2 months ago, and I have yet to receive my refund. I called the store and they can not help me. they have all the info in their records, the never sent a reciept. and my bank would not refund me because i do not have tracking number since i brought it to the store..... what am i supposed to do now?

Prices mostly from $39 and up. Store was clean and orderly. A couple of customers. Monday lunch time. A brief stroll through clothing only.

What I love about Nordstrom Rack is it reflects the clothing of the area. I came in from the West Coast and found a lot of items that aren't carried in my Rack. I was hoping to find some business casual dresses, but they were wiped out. I left with 5 new business casual shirts that will be the envy of my friend back home.
