I have received excellent customer service from Aislin, Kenneth, and Darius. They make the PT visit educational, fun, and most helpful for my injury. There are an awesome team. They are professional, consistent, and they together create a great envirornment for healing.

Wonderful staff and they will get you back on track to resume your activities or prepare you for them. It’s not over crowded like the other facilities and they constantly clean as they go. Very professional and they know what they are doing. I highly recommend. I was referred here by my podiatrist.

From day one until present, I've had great experiences with my PT Keith at Pivot-Glenarden. The customer service is welcoming from the time you enter until you leave. Keith (my physical therapist) provides patience, defined program to meet my need, professionalism and a thorough clinical knowledge of what he is doing in conjunction to what I need. I would recommend this facility/therapist to any and everyone.

The therapists and staff are always very welcoming and professional. The environment is clean. The therapy has proven to be effective as well which is most important! I'd recommend any of the therapists, especially Ken.

I would like to commend Kenneth Embrack , Amber and all of his physical therapy techs for making me feel at home and welcoming me from day one. I can say this is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had from a Physical Therapist Ken is very courteous , professional and knowledgeable of his job. He also listens to your concerns and always provide the care that you need , one of the greatest healing experiences. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs care.

I was referred to Ken at Pivot by a neurologist. It has been two weeks now and this is by far my best experience when it comes to physical therapy. Ken is absolutely amazing—he is very observant, highly knowledgeable, and has a great personality. Everyone here is so friendly and the establishment is always clean. I was treated very well by all employees I encountered. My main physical therapist Ken was very helpful and knowledgeable in his duties. I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed and unafraid to do any physical activities. I have already told friends and family about Pivot and my daughter is planning on using her referral there, this the 10 survey which I consider the highest.

I had a right hip replacement in October 2020. Found this place before surgery from my neighbor. The PT, was grueling and exceptional. 3 days a week with support and pain from my therapist, who really understands how the human body works and heals. I appreciate her knowledge and sound advice for my health goals. The front desk support was always gracious, kind and professional. Loved walking into center. I know she is an asset to this center.
