The food was absolutely delicious. The coconut lemonade was the best ever. It's a little pricey but worth every penny. The portions were great. Service was good even during the busy lunch hour. This restaurant is a must if you're in the area.

We had Freddy as our server, he was wonderful, attentive kind and very aware of our needs. The food was delicious!! Everyone should at least try it once. We will be backs soon!!

Great experience - Aura served us, taking care of every detail and checking up on us often. Parents had the salmon, and I had the skirt steak, both cooked to temperature. The staff work very well together and you can tell they take pride in this great restaurant. It’s busy for a reason!

Experience was great. Our waitress Catalina was super nice and very accommodating since we had a big group. We went on mothers day and ambiance was nice with live music. Food was delicious 😋 definitely recommend. A nice gesture was rose to the mothers

After a 7 hour flight and 20 min before closing , I am super glad to have come to this delicious restaurant! Everything was fresh and so full of flavor. Lonnie provided superb service and took the time to break down the dishes. Highly recommend!

We never had to ask for him he was always there checking on us and making sure we were ok.. can't complain on the prices the portion of food was more than expected and very good... I'll give this place a 10 out of 10 on everything from the time we walked in till we left....

Sandra Milena was great, I took my kids that are picky eaters and they were in love with the soup, the empanadas and chicharron. They were very busy but the food came very fast. Many different employees passed by to check if everything was good. I always come to pick up for but i'll definitely come back to dine inside.

The atmosphere is very inviting, not very busy for a Saturday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and our server Freddy was very prompt and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were very good. We will definitely return, the trip from the Treasure Coast is definitely worth it!

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and freshly made. Our server, Freddy, was excellent and definitely made our visit pleasant. The coffee and deserts here were also top tier. As far as the restaurant itself. The main dining was pretty tidy and the bathrooms were very clean as well. If you're in the mood for some amazing Colombian food, I thoroughly recommend El bacon de las Américas on Sunrise.

I've coming to this place for years and the food and service are always amazing. The music is great (live music) and the atmosphere is really pleasant.They added new dishes and drinks which I definitely will try on my other visits. I love to see how much this place has grown. The food was absolutely delicious ! I am giving this 4 stars and not 5 just because the pork had no flavor at all but the fajitas were fantastic! It’s a smaller, not fancy, local place and very authentic. If you want some delicious Cuban food I would definitely recommend coming here and the portion size was also great.

The Bandeja Paisa is absolutely amazing. This is a traditional Colombian dish that is delicious and huge! The staff at El Balcón de Las Americas is so friendly. If you are looking for a traditional Latin American experience, this is the right place. I loved it 😍

If you're looking for delicious Colombian food, great Colombian coffee and superb service in a great ambience (cozy), this is the place to go! Our waiter was wonderful and all employees were using masks with a big smile behind it! All was very clean, even the restrooms! And OMG the food was delicious and served quickly (<15 mins). The place was not so full and we loved our evening here. Highly recommended and will return!

My sister and her boyfriend always recommended this place and I finally had the chance to try them. I ordered the Calentado paisa and jujo de mango and it was amazing. The food was packed with flavor with every bite and the drink hits different on a hot Florida day. Will be back! 😎😋

While shopping near Sawgrass Mills, I was craving sancocho. This was one of the closest restaurants that served it near the outlet mall and they only serve it on the weekend. So I was happy I went on a Saturday. In order to serve it quickly, they make the sancocho soup and you get your selection of meat: chicken, beef rib, or oxtail served on a plate along with white rice, plantains and an arepa. I fell in love with the white rice. I still can't figure out what it was flavored with besides garlic but it was delicious. I wished the beef had been cooked longer, as I still found it to be a bit tough. But overall the meal was delicious. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. It's also great for groups and to celebrate special occasions.

One of the most authentic and delicious Colombian restaurants in Broward. Lonnie was my waiter and he was absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommend this place if you're interested in trying new and different cuisines

This location was ok…. Don’t think I’ll ever come back. We ordered the following:Tostones with guacamole- they were over cooked and inedible 0/10. Empanadas de carne- 6/10, too soggy for my taste. I had the bandeja paisa 7/10, the portion was HUGE, you definitely want to share. It was a bit crowded, loud and very humid. Service was a 2/5, we constantly had to look for our waitress. She seemed overwhelmed but hey who isn’t these days…I personally don’t think I’d return. I’ve been to better columbian restaurants. Also I want to note 18% gratuity is added to all bills over $60…. Very distasteful, I personally always tip 20% but for the service and food and lack of notice I didn’t appreciate this.
