Very delicious! You would never know this is vegan! So happy they are apart of Winter Haven. Everything we’ve tried has disappeared within seconds. The owners & staff are so friendly too. They even sent me home with their meatloaf, mashed potatoes, & cornbread yesterday to be the first to try and it’s soooo good. Vegan or not you have to stop by!

Went to the restaurant at old town square for the first time today after taking some goodies to go at the market a few times, and boy, it did not disappoint. The Karma sesame “chicken” and savory rolls are to die for! Best vegan cuisine I’ve ever had. You can taste the love and care they put into their food. The hosts are so warm, welcoming, and informative. They make you feel right at home with the welcoming environment and laid back atmosphere. I’m a raving fan for life!

So happy to finally have an amazing vegan spot in Winter Haven! I tried their fried chicken sandwich and a peach tea…both were so good! The chicken (tofu) was crispy on the outside and had a delicious flavor with a hint of smokiness. Everyone there is super friendly and accommodating. 😊 Make sure to stop by for some of their yummy desserts, too!

The best vegan bakery I have ever been to! We had lunch there for my boyfriend's birthday and the food was fantastic. We had the Chicken and Waffles, Mexican Tacos and Quesadilla. We took dessert to go. The Green Velvet, Oreo and vanilla cake, also two vegan doughnuts that were to die for! Really can't wait to visit again. Mika and Kevin were amazing and provided a flawless experience during our visit.

This place has delicious vegan food. I really enjoyed the quesadilla vegan meal, and the cinnamon bon was perfect. I even tried the nachos that my brother ordered and it was good! This is a family own business and the staff are friendly, upbeat, and very hardworking. For vegan lovers or foodie, I highly recommend this place!!!

How awesome to have amazing restaurant food like this + a bakery!!! Everything we tried was espetacular! Quesadilla, meat loaf and the best lasagna we ever tried. For deserts we got churros, cherrie cheesecake and my favorite; a blueberry French toast strudel. We drove from Tampa and already can’t wait to go back and try more things!

I had to find something to do for an hour and finally decided to head to V&M after liking all their posts on social media for the longest 😂 I ordered two beef and cheese empanadas and an Oreo and peanut butter donut with a cucumber green drink and when I say NAILEDDDD IT! I was in the car giggling like a child 😭 10/10 I will be coming back often to try everything off the menu :) I have a birthday coming up and very excited to get my first vegan birthday cake ! Thank you so much for making my first visit wonderful!

A rare find in any town is a vegan cafe! We visited on a Saturday late morning and enjoyed the calzone and Buddha bow and, of course, juice! Everything is made fresh as you order it so take time to relax and enjoy some juice while you wait. There are so many incredible healthy choices from dessert to entrees. You can’t go wrong. We enjoyed a more fruity juice but will definitely try others. I will be a repeat customer. The owner was so kind and very friendly. Her staff were knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a quaint place with lots of great healthy food.

A vegan friend comes here every time he’s in town & brought my twin and I out to eat with him. We got samples of Legume, some Thai (I think) chicken & rice and also some tea. I ended up choosing lasagna & I had lemon grass/mint tea. Everything we tasted was really good!! The lasagna tasted like regular lasagna & the Italian sausage was perfect. The staff was really welcoming & friendly and they made sure we were well taken care of. If you’re looking for really good vegan GO HERE!!💗

The best place on earth. We came for the bakery and they had so much more! I haven't had Chicken and Waffles in so long because there is just not good food like that for vegans and vegetarians. Eating here was like not even being vegan. The service was also great! 😊

Service is great, friendly, clean and didn’t wait long for my food. Had the vegan calzone with Brussels sprouts on the side and a juice I forgot the name of it, very refreshing, servings are perfect. I would recommend 100%

BEST VEGAN RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER HAD. ❤️ The flavor was all throughout the plate and it made a perfect balance when I ended my meal with a cinnamon roll! I will definitely be back & I will bring more along to share the same experience I had ❣️

Just a breath of fresh air after being smothered with corporate places. A genuine experience with the first food to truly wow me in years. It was the avocado toast. I was offered a spinach celery juice and told I could sweeten it with cane sugar. I asked if she could use a fruit instead and she assured me, "I got you." You could just tell she knew what she was doing. My drink came out perfectly sweetened with a touch of kiwi. So happy I came here. 1.5 million stars!

BEST VEGAN PLACE! We were absolutely shocked at how delicious everything here was. We tried the Legumes over Rice, Chik'n and Waffles, Beef Empanada, Donuts and Pizza Rolls. Every bite was amazing. Definitely coming back and HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!

The reviews were fantastic and they did not lie. We had the lasagna and the cabbage carrot stew .. both were so fresh and full of flavour. I wanted to lick the plate! Both had the perfect balances of spices so they didn't overpower each other, the portions were perfect and we didn't feel over full. It's a small place that you must visit to experience some of the best vegan food in Florida!

I stopped in while on a work trip and got an amazing cabbage/carrot stew. I also purchased a fresh juice. Being a gluten free vegan, it can be hard to find options even in a vegan setting. But this place delivers, and the owner is a sweetheart to boot!

Just stopped in after going to Carlton music, because I needed to eat something. I have never had vegan food like this! I couldn't tell it wasn't cream cheese frosting on that donut. I had the island bowl as the folks running the shop highly recommended it to me. I was very hungry, and that sure filled me up. What a wonderful little bakery and cafe, plus the music was great too. I really appreciate that they checked on me, and got me the donut after almost forgetting it. I shared it with my partner, and he loved it too. Wonderful job.

The oatmeal cookie has always been one of my favorite sweets, but to have it with caramel and knowing it’s dairy free, and egg free, really does make it that much sweeter. Not only that, but the music and movies that they have playing are some that make you feel like your visiting friends and just want to hang out. If your in downtown winterhaven, go check out V&M bakery 🙂

My respect for this place could not be any higher. As someone with celiac, I have to have gluten-free options and this place emphasizes the safety of their food preparation. Not only are they mostly gluten-free, but also have great vegan options. You can tell this food is cooked from the heart. The amount of comfort it provides allows you to take a deep breathe and relax while enjoying the vibes of the restaurant. The ladies here were so nice and interact so kindly with the customers. Definitely recommend to anyone who likes food.

The food here was absolutely incredible. The owner and her mother are so sweet and checked up on us and recommend some amazing options. We'll definitely be coming back often every time we make a trip to Winter Haven!

Stumble across this place doing a Doordash Delivery. My delivery got canceled halfway thru the drop off, unsure why but I was able to keep the food or throw it out. I’m a new mom, have been on bed rest for most of my pregnancy and haven’t been out and socially like I’m used to due to battling postpartum depression and having a newborn and my bank account often tells me “you have no funds” or “DECLINED” so I said I’ll eat the food, give it a try and if it’s good, I’ll promote it! If I’m not mistaken, the one bowl was their island bowl, 😍 oh heaven in a bowl! Cuba in a bowl! 🙏🏼😍❤️ this food is delicious! I even told my family in Pennsylvania and New Hampshire about this spot! Great food! This place is a must if you live, work or just visiting in Winter Haven, FL! A MUST!!! ❤️ give it a try! Food cooked with passion! I’ll be going there again once I’m able to afford my social life. But please, give this place a try! Very good flavor!

The Asian Chicken meal was better than real chicken! I'm a vegan believer!!! The food is made with love by Mother and daughter team, the ingredients are fresh and free if any chemicals/preservatives, and the options are multi-ethnic to be sure to provide whatever you are hankering for. I would give this goldmine a million stars if I could instead of just 5. Come and try it if you're passing through town, a must stop for sure. And for you lucky dogs who live there all year round, work this healthy option into your daily/weekly diet and never cook again. Top your visit off with their fresh squeezed juices. I had the Pina~Coconut and my body felt instantly revived. Love, love, love the food, the atmosphere, and the most of all, the darling mother-daughter duo.

Best staff ever! The food is amazing. I got the burger and fries. My boyfriend, who isn’t vegan or into it vegan food, tried my burger and got it for himself! Coming back again ❤️

The owners were SO nice and informative and the food was absolutely amazing. They had so many menu options, which was really nice to see. If you haven't tried this place, vegan or not, I highly recommend it!

What a fantastic vegan restaurant! I loved everything I tried and the space in a cool old building in downtown Winter Garden is super neat. Mika was a kind host and wonder chef :-)
