Restaurant Dim sum restaurant

🫤 Really bad quality food. Dim sum tasted like cardboard and was way to thick, I ordered the soup dumpling and there was no soup inside. Just a lump of mushed up pork. Bao Bun was soggy, fell apart and the crispy chicken was just batter with no chick meat inside. The only thing that had flavor was... Really bad quality food. Dim sum tasted like cardboard and was way to thick, I ordered the soup dumpling and there was no soup inside. Just a lump of mushed up pork. Bao Bun was soggy, fell apart and the crispy chicken was just batter with no chick meat inside. The only thing that had flavor was the soy sauce and chili oil. Food 1 star but the service was great

The presentation and the service was good. The food came with ample napkins and was nicely packed in cardboard boxes. The dumpling sauce was okay. However that’s about the extent of the positive experience. The soup dumplings had no soup inside of it whatsoever. In fact, the dough was super tough. The 305 dumpling was acceptable. Chili oil is an additional charge. First time experiencing a dim sum place charging for chili oil.

We were waiting to go see a movie at the Aventura. We were getting some Dim Sum snacks and Boba Tea 🧋 We had a Sui Mai, which it was okay. The meat texture was okay, but the skin was not 100% cooked. The Boba was only okay. The price they charge should be better than that. We will try the other Dim Sum next time and see. We gave them 8.5 out of the 10 👍🏻

This dumpling restaurant has gone downhill and I'm thoroughly disappointed with my recent visit. The veggie dumplings were undercooked and inedible. Instead of the promised shrimp and chive dumplings, I was served just plain, unseasoned shrimp. To make matters worse, the shrimp in the bao were not even properly prepared, with their veins still intact. The staff's complete lack of enthusiasm and indifferent attitude was the cherry on top of this unsatisfying experience. It's a shame to see such a decline in quality and service from a once promising establishment.

I would give ZERO. Ordered shrimp Har gao and it was literally inedible. I took one bite and returned the whole thing to the THREE ladies standing around talking. It is very clear they have no clue what this is supposed to be like or taste like. I’m pretty sure they were frozen from the Asian food store and they just microwaved them until they were hard and falling apart. I told them they may want to start a job search because with that awful food they won’t be in business long. I didn’t even get my money back. They just acted like I was bothering them both when ordering and when I came back. shameful to put that out for customers. I’m so sad I wasted my money and still had no lunch! I didn’t get my money returned but hopefully someone else can save theirs by not choosing to eat here!! Owners… you know this is going on. Look at the older reviews. NOTHING has changed. SHAME ON YOU! There will be no prosperity for your new year.🤮🤮🤮👎👎👎

FOOD POISONING. I regret I didn’t read reviews before ordering. Had dim sum here on Sunday last week, I didn’t like it at all, the test was weird, couldn’t eat more then 1 dumpling, but the worst part happened after, was suffering from food poisoning for 2 days, and still not fully recovered.

I'm a fan of boba tea 🧋 and I've tried different boba tea inside and outside the state. Today I wanted to give this place a try... so I ordered one of they "signatures"(boba Strawberries) And what a disappointment!!! 1. It doesn't taste like strawberries( It's more like an artificial flavor or taken from that type of powdered milk that is given to babies(Do you know what I mean!! ) 2. It's not creamy, rather I think it has more water than milk. 3. I don't know what kind of sweetener they use but it taste like if they use splenda no flavor at all) 4. I think the tapioca was half cooked because it was still hard. 5. Y page $9 por el tamaño largo( demasiado caro) In the end I felt that I waste my money!!!

I just had a horrible experience at this place with my two daughters. I left without their bobba drinks, and we came to the mall just for that. They were very disappointed and sad. There was a male server that was supper rude with me. I paid for two small bobba drinks and after I paid and was waiting for the drinks, he tells me that he only has large cups, and I have to pay extra for that. I tell him to just add the amount the small drinks have, he says that he can’t do that and that I have to pay extra. Then, I tell him that he should then give me the large cups because they didn’t tell me before paying and it was their problem. He refuses, then I ask for his name while I was going to pay the additional fee and he refused to give it to me. I don’t understand why. We ended up cancelling the drinks because I just felt so mistreated! He shouldn’t be serving customers with that attitude!!!!

We haven’t tried the food here yet, we’ve only the boba milk tea and we’ve loved it every time. Service has been good for the most part. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss Also note that the food is not served in the containers they have displayed, they are served in regular takeout containers

I recently visited YIP with high expectations and excitement, MARIANGELA M was my cashier but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I sensed an unfriendly attitude from the staff, particularly the older lady who took my order. Not only did she get my order wrong, but she also refused to correct it initially, which was disheartening. When she finally agreed to make the necessary changes, I couldn’t help but feel uneasy about the sanitary conditions, as I witnessed her handling food with little care. To make matters worse, when I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, the young girl began shouting, making the situation even more uncomfortable for everyone present. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction at YIP were quite disconcerting. As a customer, I believe we should be treated with respect and have our concerns addressed appropriately. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the management to improve their staff’s behavior and focus on delivering a better customer experience. As for myself, I am hesitant to return and will likely explore other boba places with more attentive and courteous service. The manager how ever was helpful and helped us with a refund .

Just be careful! I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this boba place. They don't never have small-sized drinks, which is inconvenient for those who prefer a lighter option. The lack of variety in sizes really impacted my enjoyment of the drinks.

not worth the price, ordered chicken and dumplings which the pic on the menu comes in a bowl but received 4 chicken dumplings in a little cardboard box. when I wanted sauces they said I would have to go back to the cashier to order them $1 each. Their cash register is automatically set to an 18% tip, I put zero.

The cashier was very nice and friendly. Very convenient location within food court. Dumplings and Boba was very delicious. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

There was no employee at the register due they were all talking in the corner not paying any attention, had to give them a call to come. Tipping was forced as goes to it unless you hit no tip. Waiting was long and $9 for small cup I don’t see it worth it

great boba teas but they raised prices recently and started charging almost $1 for dairy substitute. I always got taro tea but the last time I got it the flavor was very watered down compared to what I was used to getting from this restaurant. Still nice place

I went to visit yip today since it was recommended to me. I was helped by the manager José, he was so sweet and nice, he made sure I understood the ingredients and every plate from the menu. I’ll gladly go back for the Thai boba which tasted amazing, my favorite for sure!!! Really good food and service.

The boba was great but the dumplings were a sham they weren’t even soup dumplings just dumpling with pork only 3 stars for the boba the dumplings were really disappointing

  • 2/5 K G. 1 year ago on Google
First, Jose the cashier seems like he didn't want to be there and it showed. Second, as you can see from the receipt I ordered their "Signature dumplings" Bacon Cheeseburger and from the picture I bit into something that tasted like chicken! Highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail, and this could have gone worse if I was ALLERGIC to one of the ingredients in the unknown dumpling I received. 3 out of the 4 were correct. Finally, the Boba tea was $11 alone and tasted JUST okay. Needless to say, I will NEVER return.. it's not worth it.. so many other options in this food court.

Horrible boba. I asked for a black milk tea.. I was given just black tea with a splash of milk. The drink was watery and the boba was over cooked. I would not recommend a waste of 7 bucks.. save ur money and get boba elsewhere.

Simply impressive. A dumpling that hits the spot with graceful flavor and perfect size to keep you going and not zzzzz right after. Boba tea with great options of milk chose from cow, nuts of veggie. Right on guys! I will be back!

Cashier put in 4 wrong items, repeated what I said back to me but rang in completely different items. Also very rude and dismissive. I hate writing reviews like this but this place takes the cake, save your money and go somewhere else.

Food is mid at MOST, dumplings taste like thawed paper or cardboard and the tapioca in the tea in un-chewable. Flavor isn’t there but it tastes like something, kind of taste like atmosphere or hot plastic.
