HORRIBLE!!! 10:00am Nobody ever at the front desk. The 1 lady that is there , Cristina Arnold rude and rushing while talking to you. Doesn't even let you speak. Wait times are ridiculous! Never Again!!! I was waiting to be helped for an hour when I kept seeing people go ahead in front of me I asked Cristina and she simply said they're prob appointments. But never did she check in with me for the hour I was there. This was my second attempt and there's just no sense of urgency or customer service. The least you can do is acknowledge the people waiting, which in this case, was just me.

Not only being the most culturally irresponsible place of all the minute clinics I've ever visited, they do not care for the elderly. How is it possible that 2 elder non-English spakers do not have the opportunity to have a minute clinic session with no issue? Well, apparently this minute clinic lacks training and most of all sensitivity to elder people who do not speak English. Avoid going there, unless the personnel receives appropriate training. How to know? Simply walk in and see that THERE'S NOBODY indicating anything and nobody cares about who goes or not. I'm very disappointed with this location because I can't judge all the minute clinics. I have gone and used the service many times and this minute clinic MUST BE the worst. Do something!

Worst experience I've had in probably any store in a long time. I was asked to do a physical with any doctor or nurse practitioner in order to receive my G license as mandated by the Department of Agriculture. I was refused service at the "minute clinic" at this location by the staff member working there on Thursday July 7, 2022, due to the fact that it was for the purpose of obtaining a G licence and it had to do with firearms. First and foremost, this was NOT for a law enforcement, or civil servant position, were they could argue the fact that the hiring department should be responsible for the physical. It is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS, what position I'm currently applying for, or what company is hiring me. Your job as a physician or a nurse practitioner, is to simply provide a physical to your customers in order to ensure that I have no physical limitations to do the job. A FIREARMS POSITION IS IRRELEVANT!!!!!!! This is a direct discrimination against me, regarding my second amendment right to work an armed position, as I have already passed & qualified all the other proficiency tests required. This also prohibits my ability to work by refusing me service. Thankfully there was an Urgent Care in the same shopping center and they were able to take care of it, as apparently they don't discriminate. I'm sick and tired of you idiots using politics as a reason to deny service to hardworking people. Maybe you should get the hell out of Florida if you don't like guns. Forwarding this to my attorney

Superior service . Christina was so helpful and sympathetic to our sicknesses , she made us feel better right away. The wait time was only minutes . Reserve your spot in line before you get there and they call you right in. I went twice , once for me and once for my son. Also they work directly with the pharmacy which is right there and make sure you get the best price or no cost for the medications . Definitely recommend !

YANELA IS AN EXCELLENT HEALTH OFFICIAL, AND HAS A VERY KIND DEAL WITH PEOPLE, SHE TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN AND INFORM THE PATIENT, IN ADDITION, SHE HAD HER WORK AREA VERY CLEAN. I WISH THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER. THANK YOU YANELA.

The attention of the doctor of Asian origin is excellent!! Professional, detailed, in short, I loved it!!

Walked in for a regular consultation and was not greeted because the nurse practitioner/physician assistant was in a room. Even though the wait time was "0" minutes because it was empty we waited a reasonable 10 minutes to get helped after checking in. They will eventually come out and help you. I like the format of these cookie cutter health clinics better than emergency clinics because the prices are straight forward and reasonable. Average consultation is about 18 minutes and they are sure to sort you out with the meds you need to feel better. Will definitely consider these clinics again for minor ailments.

I had such a great experience here! After checking in to the kiosk I waited maybe 5 minutes for the provider to come get me for my vaccination appointment. She listened to my concerns and helped me with an insurance issue. She was extremely reassuring and it's one of the fastest medical appointments I've ever had - no one else in the waiting room. I'll definitely be going back any time I need a vaccination or really anything else - they do it all!

Walked in and Walked out. Ms. Nguyen NP was extremely nice and she helped me out very quickly. It was so much easier than going to an urgent care and I was out very fast. With a built in pharmacy, it was easy to get what she prescribed me, plus I picked up some things from Target. Won't hesitate to come back again.

For a 10 minute visit to have 1 result read to me I paid $39

I would give no stars if I could. My 17yr old son was denied treatment today by NP Emma Metcalfe. Since I have a different last name than his, she began to question me. I explained he has his bio mom's name. She then asked me if I was married to his bio mom or if I adopted him. When I told her we were divorced, she asked me for divorce papers!! This all took place in front of my son!!! All this after I waited over an hour for the visit.

I can’t recommend this urgent clinic more. Went on MLK Holiday (with Appt.) They washed my ear in a very efficient, thorough and caring manner and even send my prescription to my Walgreens. Juliana Isaac, NP is awesome. You can schedule online at CVS Minute Clinic website… Only $40 copay in my case. Plus all your records here flow into the MyChart App which is what I use at Mount Sinai and Cleveland Clinic… Very Recommended

That place is a total embarrassment. They dont want to see you eventhough they are empty. Extremely poor patient service.

Very bad and rude service. The provider Chen Yu kept rushing through the visit because she had to go to lunch. I would have preferred to wait until after lunch and be treated kindly than this. being rushed and then her telling me to schedule another appointment. Very rude, clearly don’t want to help.

It's no use, we arrived at the doctor who didn't even want to attend to us nor was he kind enough to say come on, let's take your blood pressure, nothing here and pure stones to vaccinate was his horrible response in Flagler
