This place truly, as advertised, has the best empanadas in town. The fillings are well-seasoned and absolutely delicious, and the wrapper is thin and yet holds everything together beautifully. I have never eaten empanadas with such amazing filling to wrapper ratio. Just took home 24 for Thanksgiving and will be back/ordering from Smile Empanada again soon!

The empanadas of Smile Empanadas are AMAZING. So much flavor in every single type. The dough is great, each empanada is TRULY filled, not like the empanadas in Graziano’s, where they barely stuff them! I highly encourage everyone to try them out. The PORK empanada is THE BOMB!!

Had the Smile x3 (Beyond Beef, chicken, and mushroom). The empanadas were definitely thiccc bois! Very tasty, great for a quick grab and go.

Below average at best. The chevron gas station has more flavorful empanadas. Order was also partially incorrect. Chicken- tasted like minced rubber, flavorless no seasoning at all. Only good note is that it’s juicy, like cat food-.- Bacon egg and cheese- better than chicken but the bacon is rubbery and stretchy, cheese overpowers the egg. Onion and cheese- cheese not melted, onions watery/ drenched in oil. Mushroom and cheese- only one good enough to eat, out of 6 my girlfriend and I only had this one. Again best out of bad. AND no the sauces don’t make it better, the garlic parmesan tastes like Ragú Alfredo sauce, gross 🤮 All empanadas dough was raw. It tastes frozen and processed. Most of the other reviews must have been friends and family, reviews are far from the real thing. As a Miami native for 23 years, please go to a gas station or buy your own frozen ones you’ll save your pocket and palette.

Empanadas were amazing, and the person doing the service was not only very amiable, but also very patient and gave good advice. The menu at $11 for 3 empanadas, a soda and springles is a good value (you pick and choose each empanadas, which is cool)

These are, hands down, the best empanadas in Miami! You should definitely try their cheeseburger and their pork empanadas! Very friendly and welcoming spot with delicious food. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back soon!

I’ve been coming here forever. The food is always delicious! I love the empanadas and appreciate all the meatless options. The mango habanero sauce goes so well with the empanadas. I haven’t had a chance to try the new churros they offer but they look absolutely delicious too.

The best empanadas in Miami. My favorite ones are: tomato mozzarella, cheeseburger, mushrooms. The service is always very friendly and the price is unbeatable. If you buy 10 empanadas, you get a deep discount. Great to take to friends when meeting to watch a game.

Empanadas are empty!!! Mostly air and half a spoons worth of ingredients, and they were burnt. Who ever is working today/weekends sucks... it's too bad I can't post a picture of this disgrace of a empanada

Probably not the best empanada in Miami but pretty good and with the best deals. Tasty, hot, delicious and they sell beer. Take out, dine in ir order through an app. It's my place to go in South Miami for empanadas and beer.

This was my first visit. Everything was great next time i take pictures. I ordered the sweet beef and bacon, egg and cheese combo. Both were great but the breakfast empanada was my favorite. Great texture and taste. Im definitely going back for more!
