Ive been to quite a few spas all over FL, IL , MA, GA , NC, some that I won’t be revisiting but this one is by far one of the best. This will definitely be my go to Spa for FL. A wide range of beauty treatments, post operative garments and boutique clothing is offered. It’s a one stop Spa and Boutique, especially since the prices for services and products were all very reasonable. I purchased a great quality Arm Faja and 2 different services performed on multiple areas. The establishment was clean, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was so relaxed. The customer service was amazing. Charleen, the nurse and a young lady that was being trained were all kind & informative . I had a terrific experience so I will be back periodically for more services.

Charlene did an amazing job on my lashes! She is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She was also very gentle which is a big deal when it comes to getting lashes. I am soo happy with my lashes and will definitely be going back. She also has one of the best prices around. I can recommend her for her talent and also her super sweet personality. pay for a package of 10 post-operative massages. The first two were made by charleen, very satisfied with her. The third one was done by one of her girls, it really wasn't a pleasant experience, I thought it was Charleen who would give me all the massages, the drainage points were covered and they don't know how to open them, they only use a blade, for this reason I had to go to my doctor, and pay someone else to open my gaps because the pain from the liquid was unbearable and now that I'm draining less, I wanted to go back to the massages at the spa, but they tell me that I only have 4 massages left. Unfortunately I feel they are not being fair. I hope they reimburse me for the 7 massages that I did not get, in the same way I already notified my bank and they opened a dispute. It is my first time undergoing cosmetic surgery and I expected the post-operative experience to be a good one. Unfortunately not! since I bought this package and it didn't help me, on the contrary I had to pay another person to get the liquid that was burning me out. My recommendation is to get good advice, and preferably pay for the massages the day they are done, and if you go there I recommend you get the massages with Charleen. I feel that she is the one that is best qualified for these massages.

Horrible service. Came here for post op massages everyone is so nice and welcoming in the beginning to catfish you into buying a package but once they get your money they switch up on you and don’t do the job well. Charleen the owner is very unprofessional she doesn’t know how to run a business and her staff is rude. I told her that her staff made some inappropriate comments to me and were impatient with me, cutting my massage time early and she took up for them and picked an argument with me. They do whatever they want and act like children. Don’t go there, you’re better off paying a little more and getting professional service elsewhere

My nails were pretty owner is the only nail tech so it’s intimate which is nice when the owner is speaking to you otherwise is was a little off was hard to talk to my friend who also had her nails done because it was one at a time and we were kind of kept apart (ex waiting area though there were available seats next to my friend)

DO NOT BOOK HERE . I booked my lash appointment and paid for an Uber just to find out the lash tech was out of town. Had to pay for ANOTHER Uber to leave with no service and hope to get my deposit back. What a joke

I went to this place for a deep pore facial and I was Amazed by the way this boss lady (Charlene) handled the job 👏 I love it . This lady has gifty hands ✋ and she knows what she's doing. Love the music 🎶 and the atmosphere was full of a very sweet energy so for sure I am coming back and I guaranteed you guys if you go to this place you will come back Amazing and beautiful experience. Charlene is a very hardworking girl. She makes you feel so welcomed when you come to her place. She is very friendly and attentive. She is truly a sweetheart. The only thing I can say is a Con is that sometimes the music is a bit too loud but besides that everything is great.

Love love love this place! One stop shop got lip filler, Botox, eyebrows and even some cute clothes! Highly recommend. Love the owner, she is the best.
