Good food that is relatively quick and the food bowls are reasonably priced. The staff here is consistently slow which is a little frustrating. It takes unnecessarily long to complete an order. This isn't just a one-time instance. It is literally every time I go there 😓 In part to avoid this, I wish that there were an app, or way to possibly order ahead online :/ I frequent this place often as it is close by, but I would frequent here even more, if such an option existed... The restaurant lacks variety in their available drink options, which is another missed opportunity in my opinion. The restaurant is relatively small in size, but understandably so. It mostly caters to take out orders, but there is some indoor seating available. You can seat yourself after placing an order, but know that seating is limited... Overall, the place is exactly what you would expect of a to-go restaurant specializing in food bowls...offering quick, good tasting, relatively healthy food options. **Pro tip** They have the BEST brownies, individually packaged, and in a jar near the registers. I definitely recommend trying them for dessert sometime! 😋

We were towed from the lot by Beach Towing while ordering food from Chicken Kitchen on Alton Road. Tried to reason with the towing company... even showed them our receipt and bag of food togo from Chk Kitch, but they made us pay to get our car back anyway claiming that the side of the lot we were parked on was not for Chicken Kitchen customers even though there were no signs to indicate anything like this and none of the spaces were marked. On principle, I would sue everyone involved but I simply do not have the time or the patience. Will instead boycott any business in that "B&B Plaza" shopping center on Alton & 15th starting with Chicken Kitchen.

I've been coming to this place for years. it was always excellent. now has a new manager. and new staff. Now the service is lousy. besides that I have had a very ugly experience. I asked for a piece of skin and they tell me they don't have it. behind me a couple of policemen were served skin. ugly

Up until now, I had only occasionally tried Chicken Kitchen. I saw this location was open and decided to get a teriyaki chop chop since I was craving chicken today. When I got there, the restaurant was about an hour from closing, so what teriyaki chicken was left was scarce. Still, the restaurant was clean, and the server was pleasant. For the price, I've simply had better tasting chicken bowls.

Just ordered through Uber Eats and was unable to make requests through the app. Called the restaurant to ask if I can make requests to orders and was greeted by a friendly voice and great customer service. Thank you!

Low key wishing we had one of these out in Oklahoma. Was telling the manager that. Hood food. Healthier option then all the fast food spots.

Fresh chicken and good portions. Friendly workers. And quick. The cashier is always the same and she's super nice. A smile always goes a long way in making you want to return. Also, ask for the skin if you like the skin! Parking lot is chaotic. Don't drive here during lunch if you have a choice. But that's just how Alton Rd is. I've been here 30+ times. Burritos are usually well packed. Although I started doing the large platter to get a bunch of chicken with 2 sides.
