I had a new job to begin so I went to this WHBM Outlet to get some shirts and camisoles. They have an awesome array of career clothes that are modest, modern and sharp/clean. Sheryl was so helpful and knowledgeable I’m really impressed by her customer service so I’m leaving this review. Thanks for helping me be prepared for my new job, especially Sheryl. I’m glad this store is here, it’s like there are no good work clothes at the rest of the outlet mall.

No one offered to assist me, nor was I greeted. So I walked out and purchased online from a different store.

Shamara (unsure on spelling) and her co-worker (not sure on her name) were amazing when I visited the store yesterday(6/5/20). They were helpful and kind, I hope this review makes it back to them so they know their customer service was noticed. The store itself is on the small side but they have a good selection. Changing rooms were opened and sanitized after each use.

I have been to this WHBM Outlet many times over the years & have always thought everyone working there was very pleasant & helpful, but I've never written a review. I'm writing today because Debbie, the Manager, blew my mind today, in a good way! I tried on some clothes there & after making my purchase & leaving the store an hour or so later, I realized my tennis bracelet wasn't on my wrist. (My mom left me her tennis bracelet after passing away 3 mos ago.) Anyway, I retraced my steps either calling each of the stores I'd been to or going back to them & asking if anyone turned it in by chance. All the stores took my name & # but Debbie called me in the evening, genuinely concerned asking if I'd found it!! Wow! I can't believe she really cared, but she did! I did find it! Someone at BJ’s Brewhouse turned it in!! 😊 Anyway, THANK U Debbie for caring, being a great leader & human being!! 😊

My sister and I were at WHBM for Black Friday shopping. We shopped at numerous women’s clothing stores in the mall. The staff at this shop far surpassed all others with their excellent service and care for their customers. Well done Ladies!! Highest recommendation!!
