I
visited
this
cafe
recently,
and
I
must
say
that
I
am
deeply
disappointed
with
the
level
of
customer
service
I
received.
I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
of
this
establishment
even
before
they
expanded,
and
this
experience
left
me
questioning
whether
I
would
ever
return.
Upon
entering,
I
was
excited
to
find
a
cozy
spot
to
work
on
my
laptop,
especially
since
both
my
laptop
and
cellphone
were
out
of
battery.
Unfortunately,
my
enthusiasm
was
quickly
shattered
by
one
of
the
servers
who
informed
me
that
I
couldn't
sit
at
a
table
designated
for
two
people
unless
I
had
a
second
guest
with
me.
This
was
the
first
time
such
a
restrictive
policy
was
communicated
to
me,
and
it
was
disheartening
to
be
treated
in
such
a
manner.
To
make
matters
worse,
there
was
no
one
else
waiting
in
line,
and
I
was
the
sole
customer
seeking
a
table.
Despite
the
availability
of
empty
tables
inside,
the
server
insisted
I
sit
outside,
where
there
were
no
power
outlets
to
charge
my
devices.
As
someone
who
relies
on
electronic
devices
for
work,
this
decision
was
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
impractical.
I
made
a
purchase,
intending
to
support
the
cafe
while
I
spent
time
there.
I
ordered
a
chocolate
chip
and
a
mango
smoothie,
hoping
for
a
pleasant
experience.
However,
the
server's
unwelcoming
behavior
overshadowed
any
positive
aspects
of
my
visit.
Being
literally
kicked
out
after
making
a
purchase
was
both
humiliating
and
disrespectful.
Treating
loyal
customers
with
such
disregard
is
unacceptable,
and
it
reflects
poorly
on
the
overall
image
of
the
business.
I
truly
hope
that
the
management
takes
this
feedback
seriously
and
reevaluates
their
customer
service
policies
and
staff
training.
Until
there
are
clear
improvements
in
how
patrons
are
treated,
I
regret
to
say
that
I
won't
be
returning
to
this
cafe.
It's
a
shame
to
see
how
an
establishment
I
once
enjoyed
has
become
so
unwelcoming!
I
ended
up
taking
a
phone
call
in
my
car
while
charging
my
phone.
Here's
a
better-phrased
version
of
the
situation:
Update:
When
I
arrived
at
the
café,
the
staff
pointed
out
that
I
should
sit
outside.
I
didn't
notice
the
empty
seat,
or
else
I
would
have
chosen
another
spot.
Usually,
when
I
sit
at
a
table
for
four,
someone
comes
over
to
sit
on
the
other
side
or
vice
versa
because
they
have
a
laptop.
If
you
have
a
camera,
you
can
check
the
conversation
to
verify
what
happened.
Allow
me
to
describe
the
interaction:
I
politely
asked
if
I
could
sit
at
the
table
for
two
people
since
I
wasn't
waiting
for
anyone.
The
staff
replied
that
I
couldn't
sit
there
and
suggested
I
sit
outside
where
they
have
more
tables.
I
expressed
disappointment,
and
they
apologized,
but
they
didn't
offer
any
information
about
a
charger
station
or
other
options.
It's
challenging
for
customers
to
know
where
all
the
outlets
are,
after
all.
I
felt
offended
being
asked
to
sit
outside,
and
it
didn't
feel
welcoming.
She
clearly
y
saw
my
backpack,
and
that
I
was
on
the
phone
with
someone.
I
did
even
mentioned
to
the
person
on
the
phone:
a
server
from
this
cafe
told
me
to
sit
outside,
since
I
don’t
have
anyone
to
seat
with.
Thank
you
for
addressing
that
I’m
not
welcome
to
your
establishment.
Very
courteous
