I just found my new favorite burger spot! The food was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and humble, and the prices were very comfortable. The restaurant itself is very small - only sits about 5 people but the quality of the food is that of a much bigger restaurant. My first time coming here but certainly not my last!

stumbled upon this spot on my way home and it was definitely worth the trip the smoothie was amazing definitely try the slim down with peanut butter and the BBQ bar bender is filled with so much flavors and the turkey patty was straight juicy. Definitely give them a try if your in the area or just cutting through and the staff is really nice.

Be warned: this is not a “healthy” restaurant. The food is not low calorie, it’s not made with splenda or stevia, and it’s definitely not “skinny”. Calling the restaurant “fit” or “healthy” is very misleading. Many of the dishes are fried or otherwise fatty. Perhaps what they mean by “healthy” is “quality ingredients”, but that doesn’t mean it’s going to keep your waistline slim. All that being said, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly. Plus, they have a poster of bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger hanging in the front, which always wins points with me. Again, this place is good but not what you expect from a “health” food joint.

Excellent & Friendly staff. All dishes prepared with fresh and well curated food/ingredient selection. Burgers are particularly amazing, consistently best I’ve had in Kendall. They are also experts in nutrition and provide a mealprep service for all life goals (ive personally used this service and consistently lost bodyfat)

Ordered through Uber Eats and ironically Uber Eats would not let me review. My apologies I do not like leaving bad reviews especially for small businesses trying to do their thing but this burger was terrible. It was super salty, the bread was burnt, and it was a small patty loaded with potato chip fried. Nothing Fit about this burger at all. Oh and it was a buy 1 get 1 offer the other was attempted to be eaten by a 12 yr old who gave me the same breakdown. You live and you learn BOGO is not always a good thing.

A pleasant surprise the vegan choices were actually delicious. Owner and stuff were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend this to anyone as a healthy meal

The best food in Kendall. The staff is such an amazing staff. We were able to enjoy their lomo salteado which let me tell you it was such an amazing plate. The owner was very attentive with us, made us feel like home. 10/10

I the meal prep this week and the food was the delicious 🤤 , I have tried many and always get bored and find odd flavors. This was fresh and very tasty and healthy. The owner is great, friendly and very attentive to customer satisfaction. Try it!

Delicious, Healthy Spot, Loved the create your own bowl, I had bowl with turkey meatballs, sweet potatoe mash, kale, pico de gallo, mozarella cheese and balsamic vinaigrette, & Agua Panela con Limon Agua/ Sugar Cane with Lemon Juice, Simply Delicious. 5 Stars I rate it.

I am a fat guy, and i rarely eat healthy... but when i say that the food here is delicious... it is very delicious. My stepdaughter got a small lentil soup, and the flavors were outstanding. Definitely coming more often especially since I found a place she enjoyed the food.

Emily Melian. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this people, the owner Miguel is an ill mannered bully whose motto is "My way or the highway". I told him I couldn't eat anything that has black or red pepper & he assured me the food won't have any, but it came with a LOT of pepper. When I called to get a refund for the days I didnt used the service he was very rude & uncooperative & refuse to give me credit.

Amazing burgers and healthy. I highly recommend this spot if you want a grab and go. Plus they have a promotion now buy one cheese burger and get the second for free. Above all the prices are responsible. Love it, keep the good work guys!

AMAZING! I was looking online for a healthy food spot to eat, because of my UC I’m afraid to eat out, but I’m SO glad I found this place! Everything tasted so fresh and so simple yet delicious!! The owners were so nice too, you can tell they really care. The carrot cake was delicious, and perfect for me because it was gluten free and had no added sugar and yet it still tasted amazing. Everything was just perfect 10/10 recommend. They also have meal plans which I’m seriously considering.

Their food is DELICIOUS!! I’ve had their FIT4U Burger and OMG 🤤. To die for! It was the tastiest burger I’ve had. The service was amazing. The owner was extremely nice Makes conversation with you, cares about his clients being 100% satisfied. Would go again and again.
