Wow, just wow. Had so much fun here, the vibe is amazing, the drinks were great, the music was awesome, not just your typical latin songs, but music that I hadn't heard in years. The live band was excellent, and the MC kept everyone entertained through out the night. Oh, and best if all there wasn't a cover charge or a force to buy a bottle for a table. Loved this place!!

I was just walking around the area, and the live music at 11 attract us to this place, totally welcoming with out being pushing, we grab 2 cigars at a nice price from they huge selection, and sip into a few drinks, have a few bite and enjoy the amazing ambience. Superb customer service. And this is about 11am, being told that at nite is a totally diferente scene. Will come back

I think we just came at a very bad time. I can see how this place could be amazing. The decor is amazing, great music and I’m sure when they have live music on this awesome stage, the place must be hopping. When we went it was a Tuesday night, there was only one other couple there. The staff was having a major issue and in the middle of a heated discussion which did affect our visit. The bartender was very short with us and even though I was speaking Spanish to him and he understood me just fine he insisted on speaking English to me. He did make a pretty awesome mojito but the ambiance was just not what we were hoping for.

Good drinks except for appetizers the orders were small for the price you pay. The workers friendly and the musicians awesome. The owner of the bar has his small cigar making there too but he was not friendly. I dislike it when people do not try to make conversation maybe if you do you will sell more.

Great drinks, music, and service, but pricey - $17.50 for one drink (normal mojito) before gratuities. Whether or not that's worth it is subjective, but you'll find more affordable options in Little Havana.

Delightful experience! The ambience, the music, the cigar smelling and the taste of rum makes your mind blowing... Acknowledging of course where it is located... Right in the heart of the Cuban Community... Calle 8 or 8th Street!! Day or night, is worth the visit!

Absolute must stop for cigars and booze - I spent 2 hours here chillin’ with the best cigars I found on Calle Ocho. Local beers were great and found my future cigar purchase place. Very high quality

Probably the best cigar lounge/bar in little Havana. It’s a huge restaurant inside and out with the bar itself being accessible by customers who are both inside and outside the restaurant. Their cigar collection is impressive and tastes even better. You can smoke inside, outside, anywhere. Music is great and the live bands are awesome. Stopping here is a must.

Wow! This place is amazing. Very cool vibe and Ramses and Sandy are amazing. Ramses spent time with us and explained all the cigars and how to pair with different drinks. Really comfortable place to relax have amazing drinks and have great conversation. The art work and pictures are really nice. If you have never been to lil Havana this is the place to come see. They have live bands and lots of space inside and outside patio seating. A lot of celebrities come to this place (Andy Garcia). When I come back this will be the place I will visit again. Oh wait and the Cigars are amazing. You also have to try the Cuban Coffee it’s sweet and it’s a great pick me up after having some drinks and cigars.

Nice spot for drinks and music. #cigars and cigar bar. Not my thing but I tolerate it for the atmosphere. Drinks are stiff, women are beautiful.

Every time I travel to Miami my first stop is Guantanamera to taste the cigars and enjoy the live music and the good service that Ramses offers.

We went to the Guantanamera Cafe and Lounge to grab a cigar after grabbing some food and drinks across the street at Old's Havana. Small selection of cigars and nice environment in the heart of Little Havana!

Easily the coolest cigar bar I've ever seen. The service, the music, and the whole vibe is just so great - one of those places you just have to experience, hard to put into words

As we were walking by, we heard the music from outside. The place was packed, and we were able to be by the bar if we ordered a minimum of 2 drinks, which wasn't a problem. As soon as we were inside the music went from Spanish to 70s, 80s etc. I know there were alot of tourists so I get it, that's what they like. When we were finally about to leave, a man said the best was yet to come. So we stayed and them there was a band but the music was still an oldie. The drinks were good. The bartender and the man at the door were polite.

This was an amazing time! We were celebrating our 30th and everyone was so welcoming! The live music was incredible. We can't thank you all enough for the fun, sexy, loving vibes. This is a special place! Love you all, from Ann Arbor, Michigan❤️

When live music is on, which seems to be most of the day on and off, the atmosphere is great here. You get a real old Cuban vibe here. When we were here there would be a couple of pockets of old Cuban dudes who'd get up for a bit of a dance in-between smoking cigars and then speak at you in Spanish... Which only added to the Cuban vibes. If you're further up the road in little Havana, make the effort to walk down here, it's cool.

Where to start, my friends and I had a wonderful experience at Guantanamera, as we absolutely brought the party into their establishment. However, from beginning to end, the staff was a bit off-putting. They were cordial, but not as friendly as I've experienced in other establishments. We wanted to peek our heads inside and enjoy the music, and the usher made sure we understood that everyone needed to purchase a drink to enter. That was fine, but the way it was continually emphasized was a bit frustrating. The bartender near the restroom was a bit overwhelming, Toward the end of the night, one of our group members accidentally dropped their beer, and the bartender acted excessively, questioning if it was intentional, which was unnecessary. What she should’ve done was offer him another beer, free of charge. She literally sold it to him Not even two minutes before it fell. Prior to that incident, after we had purchased our drinks, we decided to sit at one of the tables, and the same bartender made a point to tell us we couldn't sit there because we ordered from the bar And had to stay at the bar. This seemed unreasonable, especially since it was a Thursday night, and the venue was not crowded at all. Mind you, I ordered a piña colada, which I thought was excessively overpriced. A little under $20, and she didn’t even put a cherry on it. I had to ask for one. Despite these issues, the establishment itself was great, the music was amazing, and the performers hyped up the audience and had great voices. We brought the energy and left around midnight. The DJ continued to play great music, but we decided to leave around 12:30 AM.

We love this bar. The energy is as amazing as the drinks! We came here for NYE one year and it was so fun and romantic!

Sooooo much fun!!! We sat outside and sampled some of the cigars. We had drinks and went inside to dance. Band was phenomenal! Vibe spectacular. 💯 recommend!!!!

A great fun environment. Super exciting energy! Would definitely recommend if visiting the area. Came from Texas on vacation and found this place in Little Havana!

I wish we could rate the place “0”. The waitresses seems like they don’t want work there. The service is so bad that you have to keep calling them so they can fill your order. You buy a cigar and no one has a lighter. This is the only Cuban place that does not offer Cuban beers. The only good thing at the so called lounge is the Atmosphere the live music is amazing.

  • 5/5 Todd G. 9 months ago on Google
Outstanding experience, great live music, nice house cigars, good cuban food, doesn't get any better in Little Havana!

Beautiful place and nice atmosphere but really awful service and the service, my friend, is the most importance point. They say that you go for free in but they “invite” you to drink something. The service was always rude and not only the service charge is included, but also they see all the time the extra amount you select in the payment station so you end paying a 30% in tips. Really awful because tip is just for a good service not for a really bad one. That should not deserve that award. Awful experience for my invitees that came to see a nice place, and were go out before even order anything. Try best next time :)

Great place! Live music to DJ, awesome vibe. You can smoke cigars inside or out. The only thing missing is coffee, so we had bourbon instead. Friendly waitstaff, definitely be back!

This is a must visit in Little Havana and here’s why: - great Cuban cigars (try the rum flavour, it’s more on the sweeter side) - vibrant ambience - live Cuban music ( promise they will make want to dance) - hoppy cuban beer - AMAZING STAFFS, special mention to Sandy… he suggested the best drinks and cigars to taste, great customer service.

Great live music. Different bands during the weekend. My favorite is the Sunday's Afro 23. The place has a great ambience. The staff is friendly and courteous and of course, it is perfect to enjoy a good cigar.

Great walk through on which cigar to pick out, especially for beginners. The drinks were great, the live salsa was even better.

This place is really fun to go for a drink and some live music and dancing but my friend and I got thrown out for wearing shorts (non-athletic). No where does it mention a dress code so for the manager to tell us to leave was rude. Also, their drinks are very overpriced.

  • 3/5 K M. 2 years ago on Google
Fun atmosphere but too loud for my taste. Ordered a $8 mojito and it came in a tiny plastic cup. If you are going to portray yourself as Little Havana, have some authenticity and serve the mojito in a glass. Live music was a nice touch but it was overwhelming at 12pm in the afternoon.

We love the setting of the place really nice Cuban background and setting but the best was from the bartender carlos and a cigar seller server Ramses . We felt at home . We are miami locals and been to other places in Calle ocho “8 street “ and so far this are the best customer service on the whole Calle ocho very welcoming and friendly. Great tabaco lounge and definitivamente the best mojotos at the bar with carlos.

A friend from Miami recommend it to us when I asked for a place in Little Havana and it did not disappoint! Live music, great atmosphere, a traditional Cuban sandwich and lots of fun!
